Be very aware if you buy something from these scammers. They will take your money, send items that don't work, cancel orders and ignore your messages when you request a refund. They may respond to every review, requesting details, but then you don't hear from them again. I have been waiting for more than a month for a resolution on a broken electrical item that was sent to me- never worked. It is getting silly to the point they want me to hold a thermometer on it to show it does not get hot! Clothing sizes are all wrong and they refuse to give a refund. They only do credits (against the law) to buy more rubbish from them. Do not buy from them!
Ive spent about $2000 plus with NZ sale in the last three months and the time you have to wait for your goods is getting worse and worse. They give you an estimated delivery, im not sure why they do that because their dates are way off.Im still waiting for something i bought 2 months ago, still not arrived. There our pay system im not sure about that i seem to have paid for it before i get it because there shipping is so bad. There are many other sites can use with far quicker delivery times
The site has great bargains and so far everything is exactly as promised. I have ordered everything from jewellery to kitchen things and it all turns up well packed and safe. The delivery dates are a bit misleading but if you don't have a deadline for a gift or are happy to wait then you will get good deals here (to be fair the delay might be custom's fault not the site).

Placed the order. 2 weeks later was informed it had been cancelled as they don't have stock. Advised that I'd get refunded in 3 to 5 business days. Day 5 no refund. Queried and told another 3 to 5 business days. Now I'm on day 5 with at least 10 messages sent to them and still no refund. I'm going to the NZ police as I'm now considering this as theft.

Really like the site, have got some great deals. However, I had issues with two recent orders. One took weeks longer to ship that the estimated shipping date, and another just had to be cancelled after the stock had run out.
I gave 4/5 review to indicate how I am happy about the services since my first purchase in nzsale. The product range has variations and easy to search specific item you've looking for. However there was one product that was not checked before sending the package to me. I can't use it despite the refund.
Absolutely abysmal customer service. Reps copy-paste responses that don't answer your question/address the issue. It's common for items to be significantly (weeks/months) delayed past the expected deliver with no proactive contact from NZ sale whatsoever. I shopped shopping with NZ sale for almost a year after several awful customer service experiences and recently started again... only to see they still haven't bothered to address the issue. I won't be shopping with them again.

I've brought a few things off of nz sale and they have been nothing but quality and such quick shipping despite having to wait until the sale ends which is ok.
Everything is so easy to find and I love that they have resales of some items so you can keep getting the sam of something for the same price as last time.
My experience with NZ Sale has been a great one. I really enjoy their emails that have such a variety of different things to browse at my leisure. It is great to be able to shop from home especially when you can buy things from other countries that you might not be able to buy here in New Zealand. Prices are fantastic as they are usually hugely discounted. I will certainly be coming back to NZ Sale to grab another bargain soon. Thanks NZ Sale for such great shopping experience.
Whether I'm looking to buy a favourite designer perfume, skincare, hair product or want to treat myself to a new pair of sunglasses or a handbag I will always go to NZ sale first as they often have exactly what I'm looking for at a price much cheaper than anywhere else. My orders have always been processed and dispatched quickly and any of my account or customer queries have always been dealt with efficiently and professionally. A pleasure to deal with and you always know you're getting the best price.
The shipping of a simple product takes forever! But once it arrives it is usually amazing and in perfect condition! Only once have I ever had an issue, sent the item back and got a refund! Easy as that :)
The prices here are excellent for the products sold. I have bought everything from electronics to clothes and shoes and have been thrilled every time. Delivery can take a while, but that is explained. No complaints from a happy customer!
I have brought lots off nzsale. Most of the time I receive good quality, authentic bargains but every now and then I have had to wait a LONG time to receive below average goods.
I do recommend nzsale but be wary as there is the odd cheap crap. The old "you get what you pay for" rains true here.
I'm so frustrated they should advise they won't make any order for Christmas I order mine 2 months ago and they told me that I should look around my house... really? This Happen to me twice and I want my money back what a horrible feeling you can't trust in them they are si polite when they answer but they haven't solved my problem

Appalling Service! The site did not save my changes to delivery address so they sent item to the wrong address. When I followed up the item it took several messages on their website and a complaint through PayPal for anyone to even respond to me. When they did respond they were rude and less than helpful. We managed to retrieve the item ourselves by contacting the people at the address where NZSale had wrongly sent the item, but it was the wrong size. We arranged for a return and dropped it back to the warehouse where we were told that the sizing is often wrong and they could not process our refund as this would have to be processed by head office. Two weeks later we are still waiting for our refund, I have left messages on their website once again as there is no contact phone number for them (the only phone number I can find for them online has been disconnected) but surprise, surprise, nobody has responded to my messages! Two words - Never Again!

I enjoy the different range of items for sale and are at great prices. When I do go to get things a lot of the time they are sold out- to be expected when the products are good prices- so that's not so bad. It's the time for delivery that really grinds my gears. Sometimes it can be up to 2 months wait- I do try to buy as much in advance (birthdays etc) but most of the time the delay in shipping has meant that the day has been and gone. This has now stopped me from buying so many gifts for others from the site as i can never guarantee when it will be delivered. If the delivery had better timing - I would be giving this a 100% thumbs up.

Ordering is simple and delivery normally reliable. And you say sorry for your mistakes! Good for you! Returns for me in Auckland is also easy - thank you - although rarely needed. I have purchased from nzsale numerous times and have got my money's worth every time. I can search all around and they come up with the best prices. Only trouble with site is I always want to buy more
If you are looking for a no nonsense online shopping then NZ sale would be the perfect choice. There are different merchandise one could look at and by a click of your finger one gets to shop with confidence that you get the best quality merchandise at a fraction of the retail price in the market. What is so amazingly good is the online customer support one gets if items you bought is not suitable.
I have been shopping in NZ sale for years and have never found any other better online shopping that is even comparable to the overall shopping experience I get while shopping with NZ sale.
I bought slippers. However they are too small. We used the size guide. And now I have to pay $10 to return them. They won't even change for another size.
I waited ages for these to arrive. I chose nzsale because I wanted them to come form New Zealand. But they came form Australia!
Not impressed and won't use nzsale again.
I order my watch and pay it. In the previous status said stock arrived then when I checked it again its cancelled now and refunded. I didn't received any money!
Kindly annoyed that i paid $207 for this and they didn't return my money!

My experience with NZSale has been great. I have purchased many items ranging from bulk deals on products I love and use a lot, to products I wanted to try and was happy to find for so much cheaper than their standard retail price. The range of brands and products is so good that I have ended up doing much of my shopping on this website alone.
Had offer of free postage with first order but was charged and when I asked was almost called a liar and made to prove the offer by sending copy of email advising free shipping, got a refund but no apology and very poor emails from people I dealt with, was not happy at all but hopefully service will improve

Ordered items and we were notified of any delays and also when it was dispatched out once item were in stock. NZ Sale was easy to go through website and purchase product was fast and efficient. I would and have recommended NZ sale to family members especially getting items on a discount even though they don't have much money.
I have made many purchases on the site and there are some really good deals when you do your research.
It would be very helpful if there was a record or history of purchase with pictures and prices of the items purchased to refer to. They email you confirmation of your purchase and sometimes the picture and price are there and sometimes there is no information about what you purchased.
I like to look back on my purchases and how much I paid for items.
