Good selection of quality products. Great deals. Had trouble adding items to cart, until I downloaded app.
Be very aware if you buy something from these scammers. They will take your money, send items that don't work, cancel orders and ignore your messages when you request a refund. They may respond to every review, requesting details, but then you don't hear from them again. I have been waiting for more than a month for a resolution on a broken electrical item that was sent to me- never worked. It is getting silly to the point they want me to hold a thermometer on it to show it does not get hot! Clothing sizes are all wrong and they refuse to give a refund. They only do credits (against the law) to buy more rubbish from them. Do not buy from them!
With the different purchases I have made with NZ Sale I have not only been pleased with the quality of the products purchased but I have found the delivery times to be reasonable as well. Thank you N Z Sale.

Very good. Customer service is great as are the products. It's great to be able to buy things that are not normally available in NZ, at great prices. Often things take a long time to arrive though.
Products are always top quality and delivery is usually pretty quick. When I had to change my postal address and couldn't work out how to add new address customer service were great and helpful
This has been my first order with NZsale, there is a little delay with my order but customer service has informed me as to why. Love all the deals available
It has always been easy to shop with NZ Sale, and they always back up the service, so if there are any problems with the product delivered, help is never far away.
I have been buying from NZ Sale for over 10 years but I don't buy from them as often now as it takes months (and yes I really do mean months) to receive the items. This is even before Covid 19.

Easy online shopping, but found that some products were out of stock a lot, and things didn't fit, but you get that sometimes with online shopping. Overall a good place to find bargains.

I bought a cheap $9 shirt, and when it turned up it was better than I expected. It seemed really great quality! I'm so happy with my order and I will definitely buy off nz sale again and again!
I love how many products you have available and how quickly new items come up on getting the first order placed you start wondering just how long you have to wait as it's just not clear

I ordered Tigi after party and headrush. These normally cost me around $40 each but I got them both for $38! I am looking forward to using NZSALE again.
Potential Small Claims Tribunal claim;
I initially purchased a dog bed which was too small, I sent it back and expected a refund. Instead you gave me a store credit.
I hate store credit because I'm then forced to purchase off people who clearly never intend to give refunds (as they should).
So to clear this store credit I purchased an item that required me to pay an extra $2. The PayPal checkout showed I needed to pay $2 and after I'd gone through the checkout you had actually charged me $8 which is close to fraud and theft.
I then phoned your store and the suggested the cancel the order and make a new order that used all the store credit.
I did this and ended up in the current situation where the item you sold me is not in stock and you are now ATTEMPTING TO GIVE ME A BLOODY STORE CREDIT!
I DEMAND A REFUND!
You have advertised and sold items which you don't have and now you are attempting to keep my money as store credit which expires!
I demand a refund

Separated packages took a long time to finish the order, but the result was generally great, 1 pair of the shoes was slightly tighter than the other pairs (though the same size).

I have found shopping to be very enjoyable and easy with nz. Sale, I do not have a lot of free time and it is too easy to get everything I need on this site.
I had questions about a watch I wanted to buy and the nzsale team were really helpful by getting in touch with the retailer and answering my questions promptly so I could go ahead with the purchase.
Failed to provide a refund when item was out of stock - provided a store credit instead (with a 6 month expiry deadline)
Received an email a month after purchasing items online to inform me that one item was out of stock and wasn't included in the dispatch. So they had effectively failed to manage their stock, and did not inform the purchaser of this at the time of sale. Also no offer to rectify or send the item once it becomes available.
They provided me with store credit for this (instead of a refund), stating that a part of the sale was composed of a voucher. This is despite the much larger proportion of the sale being topped up with my own money. I asked for a refund on part of the money I put towards the sale and they declined my request.
So as a consumer I'm now stuck with more store credit with a 6 month expiry, even though I don't intend to buy from them again, and I also didn't receive the item I spent time purchasing and waiting for, at no fault of my own. I'm also stuck spending more precious time just trying to get my own money back from them for an item I never received.
On the other hand, NZSale get people's money and no incentive to manage their stock better whatsoever.

When you place an order with us, we generally do not have the stock in our warehouse. We will only receive the stock once the sale is completed.and if there's any discrepancy with the stock then an refund will be process. However, I'm sorry to see that the refund for this item was not refunded into you card and instead as Store Credit. I order a G-Shock Watch from NZ Sale on 23/03/2019 the estimate delivery date of which was between 16/04/2019 to 21/04/2019. I patiently waited for the item to arrive, however it did not arrive till that date I contacted to know how long will it take form the estimated date, was informed to wait as it can take 5 to 7 working days after the estimated date... I again waited patiently... RECEIVED THE WATCH TODAY, HOWEVER ITS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE WATCH I ORDERED THE DIAL OF THE WATCH IS NOTHING LIKE ITS SHOWN IN THE SITE... IT IS COMPLETE FALSE ADVERTISING... I WOULD LOVE TO POST THE PICTURE OF BOTH THE ITEMS (WHAT WAS ORDERED AND WHAT I RECEIVED)
