Good selection of quality products. Great deals. Had trouble adding items to cart, until I downloaded app.
Be very aware if you buy something from these scammers. They will take your money, send items that don't work, cancel orders and ignore your messages when you request a refund. They may respond to every review, requesting details, but then you don't hear from them again. I have been waiting for more than a month for a resolution on a broken electrical item that was sent to me- never worked. It is getting silly to the point they want me to hold a thermometer on it to show it does not get hot! Clothing sizes are all wrong and they refuse to give a refund. They only do credits (against the law) to buy more rubbish from them. Do not buy from them!
Ordering from NZ sale is very easy and the items available are a great price the only thing that lets NZ sale down is receiving some of the items as shipping seems to take a long time.

Great bargains, good brands. But lots of junk too, possibly too many sales? Have had excellent customer service when I've had enquiries about orders.

Brought product on 6 of feb, and now is already 6 of March, still haven't dispatch yet, and I cannot find refund or any option.

All products quality arrived as to expectectation, just takes a lot of time, days/ or even month to come.
NZ sale has a good range of products and great pricing. Failure to deliver occurs from time to time which is very disappointing

I've bought a few things from nzsale. Always had a good experience. Great deals, good tracking system and their processes are explained clearly.
Had a few hiccups over the years and some products have arrived smashed or faulty but I really like the scottage clothing and contour make up

There is always heaps of choices when shopping on NZ Sale, with the confidence that you can return the items if they don't suit.
There is so many products to choose from while shopping for Xmas gifts that I could spend hours browsing knowing I am getting a great deal
My order was cancelled on the 18th October without informing me and I have not received my refund yet! I will not purchase from this site again!
