Be very aware if you buy something from these scammers. They will take your money, send items that don't work, cancel orders and ignore your messages when you request a refund. They may respond to every review, requesting details, but then you don't hear from them again. I have been waiting for more than a month for a resolution on a broken electrical item that was sent to me- never worked. It is getting silly to the point they want me to hold a thermometer on it to show it does not get hot! Clothing sizes are all wrong and they refuse to give a refund. They only do credits (against the law) to buy more rubbish from them. Do not buy from them!
On the whole, dealing with NZSale is easy and a pleasant experience. On occasion however the products are not of the quality or nature describe, but NZSale's return policy allows for these to early be returned. However if NZSale have shipped the incorrect item, the customer is still expected to return the item at their cost. This I feel, is not a fair process. If I've changed my mind about an item ordered, fair enough. But getting an item different from the one ordered is not my fault in any way. The process in dealing with incorrectly sent items should be made much easier - other online retailers take care of the entire return process for an incorrectly sent or faulty item.
I love that NZ sale always has the best deals of any site. Plus the quality of products is really great! Makes it easy to shop for presents for people or Christmas without needing to battle the malls!
I am new to this site and I can't believe I went so long without it. NZ Sale has seriously changed my life for the better. I can try out and see so any different products without spending an arm and a leg. You have created an addict out of me. I check nz sale more than Facebook now and I look forward to what tomorrow brings. Love NZ SALE!

Ordered an expensive fragrance for my partner. Originally due 22-27 November, according to order tracking the item was delivered into the uk warehouse on 14/11 and should have been shipped on 16/11. As I could see nothing happening, I followed up and finally it was shipped 28/11 to arrive in 7-10 working days. Except the parcel tracker doesn't work. Multiple emails and phone calls later, still no one knows where the parcel is and can give no update. All I get back are generic cut and paste answers (apart from the reply I got that was meant for another client not related o my order). So here we are, 12th December and still no parcel, no commitment to when it will arrive or even any inkling of care from nz sale. I don't generally complain but the service (or lack thereof) has been absolutely appalling.
Let's see how I go getting a refund...

NZ sale - online shopping at its worst. Terrible. Amazing that they still have customers when there are so many other online retailers that are superior. Quality of brands has gone downhill, google the brand before buying - many are not what they seem e.eg. "Poon from Switzerland" - not Swiss. "sale" and percentages off retail price is not actual, you often end up with very low quality goods - my experience was with bedding. When your order is 'cancelled' without explanation - you receive no notification that this has occurred. The wait time for goods is horrendous. Size charts are not always accurate. You do not get money back with returns. You must pay postage for returns. Once my store vouchers has been used, I'll be happy to see the end of NZSALE.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased almost $400 worth of clothing. After more than two weeks I contacted them to ask why my order wasn't even at the stock arrived' stage. Their reply didn't come for three days and was automated. This has been the communication process with this company for the past week. I message, three days later I receive an automated unhelpful response, and then it repeats. Please don't waste your time, money, or energy here people. I regretfully didn't read the reviews before downloading. It appears to be the case for many many people. It's the most frustrating online shopping experience I've had to date. I won't be using them again.

Wow, I am an avid shopper on NZ Sale. I have enjoyed the hassle free easy navigation site and just love adding items to my cart for easy completion of multiply sales in one transaction. If and when an issue araises (which is not often) despite not holing stock NZ SALE always deliver with a solution. Can not be faulted! Customer is 120% looked after by the team :)
I have bought several items online and have never had any trouble. They arrive when they state they are going to and have always been good quality. We visited the Hamilton store at the Base shopping center and had a really good experience while there too. Staff were very helpful and friendly as well as informative with specials and where to locate things we were looking for. Only downfall with the visit to the store was that there are not enough changing rooms. We had to wait for quite some time to try on clothing but were able to both fit in the same changing room to save time as there were other customers waiting as well. Overall though I absolutely love NZ Sale! A++++
I've been using nzsale for awhile. You do get some great deals but be careful ad there is also some s#*#... for example jewelery they claim is originally hundreds of dollars and sell it for next to nothing. Ive sent every bit of jewelery back as it's all been cheap and nasty quality
In the last 2 weeks I have ordered a bar leaner and 4 stools and a foot and calve massager. Both items were reasonably expensive, order accented and paid for only to find out days later, they can't fulfill my order. I don't believe they ever had the items to sell in the first place and I messaged and told them that.

As a mum of 2 littlies, heading to the shops is the last thing I want to do. NZ sale allows me the opportunity to grab great bargains on a whole variety of items without leaving home. Love it. It's super easy... and very addictive! My only wish is that delivery was a bit faster but then it has always been within the time frame specified so I can't really complain.
I read all the negative reviews and tried to risk it anyway. Low and behold they held onto my money for 2 weeks, didn't order the product. This was for a $600 designer item as well, not just toothpaste or makeup. Realised my risk didn't pay off and tried to cancel but my messages were either ignored, or was given vague nonsensical replies. I had to contact the 3rd party payment app I used as a safeguard in order to get a refund as their customer service base actually responds to messages, unlike NZsale. Then they finally reply to my message with a lie saying they had no stock after I get my refund. Trying to "smooth things over". If you're on the fence about using them I guarantee you'll absolutely regret it

Order took ages to arrive. I ordered Havainas and they sent me one shoe only!
I returned it and got refund as a store credit! What a joke. If it's a faulty or incomplete order you should refund to the credit card. The also haven't refunded original shipping cost! Time wasters really. Needless to say they have no more stock of the shoes and I've lost $30 on Nothing! Terrible customer service. Stay away!

Every Christmas I use this website for getting some good gifting ideas from this website. You might be able to find stuff cheaper in other places, but I think it's better to pay up for better customer care and shipping options.
I am impressed by the range and quality of lines on NZ Sale and have been able to purchase items which I had previously written off buying due to price. The only problem with the site is the extremely long delivery times and the highly inaccurate tracking. I've found a good rule of thumb is to add a week or two to the delivery estimate on the order list.

Updated status - have received one of two orders, it was ten days late however we have it now and the price was very good and the item is perfect. Still waiting on item two, which was due by 25 Dec, but I'm confident it will turn up sometime! It would be great if NZ Sale could give correct timelines for delivery, and repair the tracking system which doesn't seem to work. I do understand it's the busy season, but when it says three weeks for delivery and takes a month, it's not great.

The bad stuff is having to do returns due to wrong sizing, wrong items sent or damaged goods. This also includes any photos or other information that they should already have.
Good stuff is some very good items you can get on here and sometimes of good quility and at good prices. When doing returns the staff are always pleasant and fair with any outcome.

I ordered a product two months before I received it. I was showing 'in transit' for 4 weeks. When I made contact with NZ sale, every reply I got it was told we are investigating and I would hear back in 2-3 days. It took 3 weeks to get a proper answer. I wanted my money back but it was not granted. I was very disappointed and it has made me cautious about purchasing from NZ Sale again.

I've used a lot of online sites and on the whole they have been pretty good but NZ Sale is my absolute favourite. I have never had a problem and if I have anything that remotely resembles an issue it has been handled and to my satisfaction. I'm a lifer.
I have ordered a pair of sandals on the 17 October 2017, which was to be delivered between 04/11-09/11/2017. Today is the 6/11 and it has not even arrived to the dispatch location. Quite clearly will not be here by the latest time promised. They don't inform you about delays unless you start emailing them and even then, you only receive apologies and explanations as how it is not their fault.
I don't care who is late. I have paid NZSALE, so it is their problem to manage their suppliers better or penalize them. But they rather take your money and promise anything, which they don't care to fulfill.
I am fed up and cant wait for Amazon to set up a distribution warehouse in OZ.
