There stop loss function doesn't work 50% of the time, and it caused more than a dozen liquidations. I've submitted multiple tickets already, it's been 2-3 months now still hasn't gotten back to me. Don't use this app/website if u don't want to lose money buying crypto.

I rated you with 4* because you deserve it but I really frustrated and revoked with your customer care or services. For now at least 4-6 months I have an issue of deposit ( untradable crypto) but unfortunately till date the matter couldn't solved, this thing really touched me and makes me so angry. I had an unpleasant experience with this company and I wonder how people still write good reviews when their website stopped functioning and there is no way to get all my crypto out.
