My (ticket) $56 dollar flight, as long as it was round trip, cost 162.54 after a $35 discount. If this ticket wasn't for my mother, I would cancel. Read and re-read to make sure of the price before committing. Not again.

Stay away from this company, their customer service is terrible and it seems nothing short of a scam. I understand that many companies are under pressure from the pandemic, but the airlines have cancelled our flights and we cannot get through to one travel to get our money back. The online chat takes hours to speak to someone and directs you to a phone number that directs you back to the online chat. Will never use them again and other should not as well.

Most tickets are non refundable, and customer service didn't do anything to help or try to fix the problems they had caused. I called told them im active military and they gave me 2 flights that were not changeable or refundable, my command changed the dates and they did nothing to help me except make me pay more money, and then cancel my flights and I don't get anything in return except for a voucher for a company that I will not use again. Hopefully someone listens, don't use this place

I use this website every time I travel. You can easily find flight tickets from different airlines that has decent price. Also, customer support is always there for you if you have any problems with booking or canceling your trip.

I was using this site first time. I booked two ticket and spend almost $3000 for it. When I got my credit card statement it was saying they have charged me lot more. When I called them they explained me that the amount been charged was in Canadian dollar, the different was huge. So i strongly suggest that before booking ticket with this guys double check the actual price in your currency because I am sure it will cost you less if you book through your local agent. Once you have paid for your ticket it will really hard to talk to there guys.

We've been waiting for over a year (tickets that were purchased in January 2020) to receive our refund from this site. Tickets that were purchased and could not be used due to COVID were never refunded or credited till this day. We've been writing to them on daily basis and keep receiving generic bot like replies, urging us to "bear with them" or " be patient", well we lost our patience already used by this site to its maximum. We paid large sums of money that they keep holding for their own reasons. I can't even say this site has customer support. STAY AWAY! There are many similar service providers out there that will offer similar prices with better customer support and respect to their paying customers.

My return flight was a nightmare. The airline was not the one indicated on the reservation so all of the baggage information was wrong. There was no carry on luggage allowed so it cost us an additional $70 to check in our carry on. The first flight departed and landed at satellite terminals not at the main terminal. The only way to get from one to the other was on foot. This caused a great deal of pain and stress as one of our party had mobility issues. The first flight landed at 9:41 pm and we got to the main terminal at 9:55 pm after running like idiots. The airline counter closed at 9:45 pm so there was no one there to accept our luggage and check us in. After causing a huge scene, we were finally assisted and managed to make our second flight. However, not without great stress and health issues for two of our party.

After researching trip Vancouver to Ottawa, I was sent a link by OneTravel.com. Their price seemed good. As I was a Canadian, in Canada, booking a Canadian airline to and from a Canadian city, I was choked to find later that I had been billed in foreign currency (US dollars of course) They also charged me for seat booking and travel insurance, either of which I knowingly signed up for. (All in the fine print apparently) After one hour on the phone, they agreed to take away their service fees only. They suggested that I should have used OneTravel.ca, who of course never contacted me. This company is not upfront and Canadian airlines should not be using them.

Bought round trip ticket with one luggage only find 2 weeks latter that I had to pay 109 dollars extra for my baggage and 10 dollars for bording pass, I definitely dont recommend buying tickets at onetravel.com

I book my personal travel and business trips through this site. I find it convenient to book through one site and I usually find pretty good deals (I do check other sites to compare). However, I think the site's user interface can be improved further to provide easier search for 1) flights starting or arriving at a particular time, 2) pick options for outbound and return flights independently 3) to find better routing (i. E. via a particular city), etc. This will help me book my business travels easier (I spend a lot of time now to find the right flights).

Seems like you should be very cautious with using this travel site.

As many people know the world of active duty is very last minute. One minute there home and they can go places. The next the minute... well they are across the world and can not go on your FAMILY vacation.
Sadly we spend $994.00 dollars on tickets, and we can not get a penny back. No way.
I have recored the whole conversation even when he tried to say that the insurance company makes the police. And I'm more then willing to share it. I shall also be weighting a blog about all of this. Its sad that so many good men and women die protecting people who don't even pay them any respect.

Now my family is out that money. And there is no way i can take that trip alone. With my three kids one of witch is 2 months old the other just turned 1 and the other 3.
Shoot i don't have enough room on my lap for the two lap babies.

I am unable to use stairs or walk long distances. In addition to booking a direct fllight, Onetravel arranged to have wheelchair service at both airports. Could not have made the trip otherwise. Many thanks.

These guys are little scammers! They quoted me a ticket change of $64, Said my new ticket would only be $708 but my bank statement said they pulled $764! Theres more. Then they charged my card for both tickets after I canceled one! I called Customer service and all they do is transfer you to other people and give you one big run around. They act like they don't know what your talking about. I finally had to call my bank and dispute charges. Worst travel site I have ever used and I fly a lot. Please don't waste your time with these people and save your money cause you will end up paying more than whats quoted, and good luck trying to get your money back cause their billing department wont ever call you back.

I found the travel one site when looking for a reasonable price to fly to Florida from Cleveland. I found a nonstop flight for $99.00 round trip. The best part was how easy it was to follow instructions. All I had to do is check my bag. I was ok with paying an additional $25.00 to get the seat I wanted. I am looking to price another trip. & I told my daughter about your web site. Nancy

Was impressed by engaging customer helper/agent while trying to make my booking in a poor network area! My itinerary was adjusted to my liking, with shorter layovers and the flight cost was affordable to an economy traveller like me! My card payment was declined for security purposes but once I had sorted it out with my institution, the same ticket awaited me within the 24 hour limit since reservation! Thank you!

Our flight in January got canceled (airline cancelled that) and we called OneTravel for the refund. First, (after 2 hours call waiting and denying their responsibility) they said next 2 weeks the money will be in your account. We called 2 more times so far and we have not seen any refund after about one month. Every time, they say something new and the last time I called, they said to check with the airline but airline says that only travel agency can follow the refund status.
I travel a lot (personal and business) and this experience is the worst. Can't imagine how they don't care about the customer right and my money has been taken with no service received (means stolen!)
Never use OneTravel.

I was booking ticket for my desired destination. When I put my dates it did not ask for flexible date option nor I choose so. It showed a flight with best deal so I booked that. While doing payment website says free cancellation within 24 hr. After payment the site shows you were looking for particular date and you booked different date...? So I called customer care, they were ready to change date but they were asking for service charges. When I asked him to cancel my reservation within 15 minutes of booking... company was charging 50$ per ticket as cancellation charges. Even it says free cancellation while booking, they were charging money.
So this is cheap, worst company to deal with. This is a fraud company.

I paid for a flight and put the wrong date and then they charged me more than if I would have just bought both tickets. I paid $332 the first flight and because of the change they charged me $371 and more. Buying two tickets is cheaper than changing the ticket. I'm very frustrated and they get to make double the price on one seat. No sympathy.

One star is too much for this company. They changed my flight from business to coach without my consent and now I am being transferred from one person to the other. If someone is pursuing a class action suit, sign me up. This organization is a total scam. Be very very careful with this company.

I purchased tickets to Greece and Italy before the pandemic hit. They proceeded to leave me on hold for more than 50 hours over the next two years, and refuse to refund my money, or give me a credit. The few bits of information I got our of them was that the airline, Iberia, refused to respond. Well, Iberia said the same about them. I saved for 5 years for that trip.
