Try to use a reputable site for buying your ticket, this one has no attitude for customer service. So you are on your own if anything happens.
NEVER EVER again and for sure not to recommend. Booked a 200 USD ticket. I needed to make a call from Germany and Hong Kong to the US four times to confirm that it is me and no fraud. Spend around 120 Euro on one hour of phone call costs. They offered a telephone conference call with my bank Hotline where I would need to disclose my private credentials. Great idea. No response to emails. Customer service was completely useless.
Summary. If you want to book a ticket without spending hours on long distance calls and repeatedly receiving e-mails asking you to call them back... pick another site. Safe your time and money and use one of the established travel agents instead.
They charge a lot i made a typo error with one letter which i try to call them right away and I pay additional $147. Customer service was not so great keep telling you want me to cancel your booking 75 dollar per person. Its a ripped off. Stay away from this scammer.

I had booked a ticket with all the options that I wanted but came to know that the option provided in booking is not sure that you will be getting just ask for extra amount for service but didn't get any such services like wheel chair. When I had conversations 24/7 via chat they would say there won't be any checkin but please confirm with airlines if we have do by ourself for the confirmation and request why shall we use agency as a mediator? Never recommend

Website is hard to navigate and inaccessible. Links provided via email do not allow me to check in early and it takes way too long to simply access my itinerary. Definitely the first and last time I will be using this booking site.

We booked a 4 round trip tickets for over $1300 and when we got the e-mail confirmation was over $100 more and when I called they could not tell me why... and what a joy is to find out that the customer service agent is located IN FREAKING INDIA! Needless to say just to talk to these pricks is a challenge... here comes the worst part... after cancelling this deal we are only getting back $59.80 of the $1349. 00 the charged to my credit card... it's a nightmare and an abuse.DO NOT use this unless you want to be robbed.

Had just booked a flight to London for next May, saw that the price was cited in USD. Called to cancel, as their site states that you can cancel within 24 hours... They charged me 50.00 US to cancel, whereon I said keep the reservation, but I will complain about this underhanded way of making money off the disabled,. They are effing thieves!

Airlines are the only ones that must follow the faa policy of allowing "free cancellations" within 24 hours. 3rd party booking sites are exempt from that, but most do allow cancellations within 24 hours for a full refund. We do not discriminate against any person disabled or other wise.
We managed to get our Travel Package set up despite your Customer Service help. We had a question, called in and were on the phone for over an hour and our problem was not resolved. Did more on-line work starting fresh and figured it out for ourselves.
We kept getting email offers. We almost gave up and did one more trial on-line and were able to book what we wanted by ourselves. Prices seems good for what we are getting.
I booked 2 flights with them and the Canadian amount showing during online purchasing was 200+ less than what my bank charged me. I have been fooled since I disregard other websites giving me better offer. I ended up paying $200+ Because of their wrong rate showing on their website.
First you dont assist deaf people turning communication way difficult. Than, when I finally go my booking confirmed I have another charge of $43.00 and no explanation of what is this for. The live chat could not help me and the e-mail provided never answered me. No courtesy or care for anything! And also, I do not agree to have this feedback published on public websites (Facebook, Sitejabber, Google) to help inform other consumers. Just did due no other option to send this feed back. Disappointed!

So far so good. Booked trip in Oct 2022, flight not until end of March 2023. There have been a few complications, but customer service is very helpful. The people are sometimes a little hard to understand with the Indian accent, but its manageable. It's understandable booking trips so far in advance, that flights plans can change. No worries, as long as I get where I want, it is comfortable and its does not take long.
I needed a service which could book multiple flights and arrival cities. These guys came up and the prices were great. I have never used them before. We will see if the flight experience will be worth it.
My experiences with Onetravel are not good. I definitely would not recommend them. They are rude at best, always quote higher prices than are available on the internet as if trying to bait and switch.
I spent 4 hours trying to talk to an agent but it's impossible. I think they have one person or none answering their phone calls. After two hours on hold the line was disconnected. I tried 4 different numbers and nothing was working just music and waiting time. Very bad service, stay away

We are a US based company and state on our website that you will be charged in USD. As advised at the time of purchase, there may be multiple charges but the total amount charged will be the amount authorized.
This is honestly one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I booked a flight from Dublin to Geneva. I wanted very specific dates. When the booking came through, they had changed the dates by 2 days each way! A very big problem! When I called them to tell them there was a mistake, they said there can be no changes or refunds! It was "in their policy". So, in short, I lost ALL my money. I went directly to the airline (SWISS) and got a booking for the same price--directly! They gave me the seats and times I needed. Now I am out the money, and there will be 2 empty seats, because they will not cancel that other flight. Very much a scam, unhelpful. I have filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs. STAY AWAY!
At first I was skeptical about my transaction because it was really a great deal, plus the negative complaints and reviews online. I reviewed the billing and looks ok to me and even called long distance to confirm my hotel reservation and all came thru easy.
Overall, One travel provided me the best deal, round trip ticket, 8 nights at a 5 star hotel for a great price, my friends and family can't believe. I would fly with them again, the only thing is the 800 number that kept me holding forever with no answer

I have been trying to get their customer support for the last 3 days. I need to cancel my booking and there is only few more days before the flight. I don't know if they will refund me after the flight date. When you call the customer service phone line, it gives a very bogus estimate of wait time (it will tell you "fifteen seconds wait" for half an hour), and then when the turn comes the line just disconnects. Their site says you cannot cancel booking through email. There is a chat line, that is stuck at "queue no 99". This is such a horrible experience.
Everyone I tell how much I paid for my flights etc can't believe they are so low! They want to know how I do it. I say, "Easy! Just go on OneTravel.com". I get the best prices of any site I've tried and great service with major airlines.
Very bad response on insurance my friend had a death in the family and they told me I have to submit a death certificate to get the money back. Its ridiculous.
Customer care person name was Louis. I hung up saying bye and he keeps calling me like three times in one minute leaving the voice mail that he will call in 5 minutes.
Very bad experience I am never coming back to it. I like Travelocity I am sticking with it from now on. I have traveled multiple times with them why did I open this site. They paid my flight and hotel the same day no hassle but this site is the pain in the neck. Asking for a death certificate that is just too far.
OneTravel easily had the lowest cost for my trip! Instead of having to search multiple sites to compare, they brought up the most affordable option very quickly. If you find a flight even cheaper on other sites, they will match the price. They even called me afterwards, with a very short phone call asking if everything went fine. It was over in about two minutes and I had a discount coupon emailed to me! I was very pleased with my experience and look forward to booking again. (No, they didn't pay me to say any of this!)
It's unfair how your customers spend money on a ticket but when they want to cancel it in order to book another trip in whatever case their is, it's impossible to do so (I was in that situation today). I find it wrong they some way stealing money today I lost money and time which I can't get back and you guys just took it with no worries and that's messed up also the agent I spoke to was disrespectful and unclear with his directions. After today I don't find one travel trustworthy at all.
Stay away from this website! I booked an expensive, last-minute flight from Europe to Chile which cost around $2400. After booking it on onetravel.com, I received an email from the airline telling me that the booking could not be confirmed, even though OneTravel claimed otherwise. Now OneTravel is still charging me the money for this ticket that never existed! Their customer service is very poor -- I had to wait on the phone forever until I could talk to one of their representatives, who refused to acknowledge that there had been a problem with my booking. I finally was able to talk to his supervisor who said he would investigate into this, but it's been two weeks and he still hasn't been able to solve the problem. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get my money back...
I bought 2 tickets from them for Norwegian Airlines. Found them cheaper on the airline's own website. I called them to cancel and was told by the agent that there was a $75 cancellation fee per ticket. Mind you, the tickets were only $68 each. I thought airlines allowed free cancellations within 24 hours, but not through One Travel. I will be avoiding them like the plague and Cheapoair too (same company)

Good friends or ours recently moved to Denver. My daughter is anxious to see them on a regular basis. I am thrilled that OneTravel has been so easy to work with to help us find the best prices and flights directly to Denver.
I had a horrible experience with this company, which is also known as Cheapoair.com. I highly recommend that you check reviews of these companies, and be prepared to go through disputing charges with them, and then with your credit card company. I have never seen such poor customer service, long hold times, and lack of standing behind their cancellation policies. The customer service staff seems to try to mislead you to keep the booking, and charge you additional fees.
