Try to use a reputable site for buying your ticket, this one has no attitude for customer service. So you are on your own if anything happens.
Service provided by Werner its the worse that i ever received my hole life, not professional, bad attitude, not willing to assist or provide a resolution to my problem, and when I asked to talk to a supervisor, he said that no one was available, a supervisor named Bearden supposed to called me back but that never happened, I called back and a girl named Teresa told me that the supervisor noted o, the system that there was nothing he can do for me. This is the worse experience I ever had in all of the years that I have been traveling in, and out of the country, I don't recommend this company at all, I'm very disappointed. I rather lose money than travel with a company like this. What type of company don't care about their customers, they prefer lose customers that help with our concerns.

Pretty awesome website! My mother was passing away and I needed to get from SF to the east coast immediately. One Travel offered amazingly low last minute fares and I was able to save a LOT of money in a time of grieving. AND I got to fly JetBlue for the first time which was really cool! Now my first stop is always One Travel when I need to move fast!
First of all the representative's are rude, not helpful whatsoever, I tired calling multiple times to the customer service number and they kept telling me I would receive an email of the adjusted name on my flight, never did. I had to live chat with a representative who told me I had to rebook my whole flight and I would be charged a fee to adjust the name and also had to pay to rebook my flight and change the dates. I ended up cancelling my flight only to be charged 50 to cancel, received an email saying there was a $25 cancellation fee when I asked this to the representative said I would get a different email with correct amount, received an additional email saying there was a $50 cancellation fee. So they pick and choose the cancellation fees. Worst company.

I booked a flight to Vegas from Calgary yesterday. There was a small banner underneath the booking labelled "Flexible Dates". Those dates weren't going to work for me, so I continued with what I thought were the original dates I had chosen. I completed the sale, and when I looked at my itinerary, the site had booked the dates I didn't want!
After speaking with "customer service", they charged me an EXTRA $290 for the changes!
Of course, they offered me a full refund, but how was that possible when I had other people meeting me in Vegas? So I ended up paying the extra, but will absolutely NEVER use this gong-show of a company again.
One travel booked me through Japan changing airports which is not allowed. Then their customer service refused to fix the issue. I called airline which was ticketed and all they asked is onetravel call them and they would assist in fixing the issue and one travel customer service refused.
Been trying to get to speak to someone about my flight cancellation. Was transferred twice and was on hold for 2.5 hours after which my call was dropped. My flight is next week and no resolution. This company is so quick in booking your flights and calls you nonstop to try to force you to buy their seat reservations and travel insurance but now that I reach out to have my flights cancelled, they made me wait and drop my call after 2.5 hours. Please spare yourself from this trap. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID. Their flight deals are not really great and their customer service is $#*!ty! I wonder why they are still in business. Please stay away. I would gladly speak to someone from their company who would get in touch with me to resolve this issue! Until then, i will come back for my next review to spare future victims! PLEASE STAY AWAY AND PROTECT YOURSELVES.
They didn't give me one dollar on two return tickets from Melbourne to Brisbane, my wife and I couldn't go because we had Covid and they made up charges and took the lot. Don't use them
On the way home from our honeymoon, my wife and I were stuck in an airport 24 hours because OneTravel sold us tickets without enough layover time between flights. The first flight that day was late, and no airline would accept responsibility for what they called an "illegal ticket", so we had to pay for room and meals out of pocket.
Calling OneTravel later on to find out their policies, I had to endure bad music, followed by a jarring, screeching burst of static every few minutes, as though they REALLY did not want me to stay on the line. The employee I eventually talked to was polite but unhelpful, so we are now forced to blame OneTravel for costing us extra time and money, as well as causing stress on what should have been the happy conclusion of our honeymoon.
We concluded that it's better to pay more for a real booking service, and we will never use OneTravel again, nor will we recommend it to anyone we know.
Very smooth and easy process to use. I'd use it again, of course! The checck-in process was perfect and they even had my Global Entry/Known Traveler number on my ticket making it easy to go through security.
One way travel gave me the runaround on a cancelled flight for a whole year until one day they told me this was the last day I can get my money back they called the airline and told me that I couldn't get my money back I called the airline and they told me that they didn't even file a claim and they'd be more and happy to give me my money back as soon as they filed a claim Probably spent 8 to 10 hours on the phone with them very shady people I have never ever had this happen to me the way they did it to me be very careful this company and the people that help you. They are dishonest and are scammers.

I booked ticket to india through them and they booked me with turkish air and baggage limit is 2 bags at check in because website doesnot explain anything about baggage so they booked me with one bag and now I have to pay another $200 for second bag, I will tell everybody who is booking international flight you book through the airline otherwise you will be in big trouble like me and onetravel will not help you on that, I will never book through them again

I also gave them a rating of 1 star. But the site simply refused to accept it and gave me this screen;
"There is some technical issue while submitting request. Please try after some time."
It was quick and easy to book my flight and the website showed me all the options.

Do NOT use this site. Terrible customer service after they take your money. Had a hotel reserved and paid for. When I showed up, the hotel had sold to another chain... I had no reservation even though One travel already charged my credit card 90 days prior, I ended up spending 3 times the amount to get a new hotel room on short notice. After 3 calls and holding for more than 15 minutes on each call to talk with their customer service reps, they can't do anyting other than give the message to management. Now still waiting for MANAGEMENT to call me... and waiting... and waiting... and waiting...

2. My booking through you and confirmed by at least two emails was to depart Phnom Penh on Wed 22 Feb. The airline you booked, Jetstar, have me flying on 21 Feb. Speaking to them, they blame you, speaking to you, you blame them. But the end of my holiday is stuffed.
I didn't I chose you on 16 January, it's just that website only shows the flights of 25 Jan

I have spent upwards of 2 hours on your chat box without getting anywhere. My booking reference is *******. I booked through one travel to fly from Paris (Orly) to Biarittz on 1 May. First the flight was delayed with the flight time changing from a morning to an afternoon flight and now it has been rescheduled for 2 days later! Although this change has messed up my forward bookings, I was wanting to accept the changes through the chat box. Chat box reps said the flight had not been rescheduled but it has as I have received 3 emails asking me to accept the new changes. Please can someone email me on *******@xtra.co.nz to HELP. I tried the phone number given and even it didn't work.

I booked round trip tickets to Beijing and learned I need postpone my travel. I called the customer service to exchange the tickets. I am willing to pay the $200 penalty, but was told they can't find same flight from October 1 until November 30, the time window I gave them, actually they can't find any date that I can reschedule my flight through One Travel. But I can go One Travel website to buy a new ticket for any day. I pay my own penalty for looking a cheap ticket through One Travel.
I had selected a bundle when I started to book and it disappeared. I had wanted to check a bag each way for $55.00 each way. The original trip was 387.88 and then the $110.00 for baggage. That was before seat selection. Can you fix my reservtion?

I asked to refund my ticket they claimed they would charge me 150 $ from my credit but the bank refused. I communicated with the bank and they informed me that the transaction was 450 not 150.

OneTravel has excellent prices, but if you have to cancel or change your itinerary, you can kiss your money goodbye. I bought a round-trip ticket for an excellent price. However, the cancellation fee was the same amount as the cost of the ticket. The change fee was not so bad, and everyone has to pay the difference in cost, but OneTravel has a requirement that you first have to buy another ticket (at a horrible price), before you can apply what is left of your credit. In other words, the credit was useless. I never took the trip. The money I spent was lost, completely. I don't recommend using this company, UNLESS you are 100% certain that you will not change any part of your booking. So, OneTravel has great prices, but if you need to make changes, their fees and penalties and policies will make you wish you had never heard of this company.
I booked a flight for a date in June. The representative called back and offered me a flight that would save me $44 so I accepted. Turns out he booked me for a flight in May. When I called to fix it, they said I had to pay $2oo to change it. I asked to speak to a supervisor. After an hour on hold, she reviewed the phone conversation and said they acknowledged their mistake and fixed it. I will never use this company again.
