NEVER USE THIS SITE! Scammers and Liars! Worst site on the web! First they lied about cancelation grace period, then after paying a fee for cancellation, they neglected to inform me that the "credit" they issued me is not actually a credit. The "credit" can ONLY be used to rebook the same flight for the same passengers to the same destination as the original cancelled flight. AND they charged a fee for the cancellation. So, they lied to me about the cancellation grace period, they lied to me about the "credit" and they scammed a cancellation fee from me for a credit that is not actually a credit! I was an IDIOT to use this site. Please don't make the same mistake as I did!

I booked flights with this company a coue
Of times and paid for seats and when I checked in the airlines did not see any reserved seats and no knowledge of payments for reserving the seats. ONETRAVEL took my money and the airlines denied the confirmed seats that stated in my etickets given by OneTravel. Do not trust this company!

SCAMMERS! BE AWARE AND DONOT USE THIS SERVICE. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER. I REPEAT, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR BOOKING TIME AND DATE AND WILL NEVER GIVE YOU A REFUND. TWICE THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO ME. DURING THE HEAT OF THE PANDEMIC THEY DID THEY CHANGED MY FLIGHT TIME AND IT TOOK 1MONTH TO GET A REFUND. THEY ARE OUT HERE TO GET COMMISSION AT ANY COST. A FAMILY MEMBER JUST USED THEM FEW DAYS AGO AND EXPERIENCED THE SAME THING AND CALLED THEM AFTER GETTING THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHICH TOOK 10 MINS TO COME. THEY REFUSED TO MAKE CHANGES AND REQUESTED ADDITIONAL FEES. DEPENDING ON YOUR TICKET PRICE,
THEY GET A MINIMUM OF 35 PER TICKET AND WILL NOT LET THIS GO FOR ANYTHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE AND THEY ARE ALL LOCATED OVERSEAS. IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAM THEM GO AHEAD AND BOOK WITH THEM. DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR FAKE GOID REVIEWS.

Had a round trip flight booked to Beijing from calgary Alberta. A change was made to the connecting flight home, it happens no problem. Now I have a 10 hour layover in Seattle, okay I understand. I call to make a change to my flight so I am not having to wait for 10 hours so I called One Travel and was on hold for over an hour so hung up as I thought there must be a problem. Called again and waited over an hour to eventually get an automated voice asking how the service was good or bad, then hung up on me. Well this happened for two days, on hold during family photos and at work during very important meetings and so on and so on. I was on the phone for around 8 hours.

To make a long story short, I purchased another flight out of my own pocket and am sitting in Seattle as we speak.

What a waste of time and money, this has been the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I am a General Manager of a Hotel Resort and am in the business, shame on you One Travel!

FYI: please have agents that can speak English fluently as it could help the process move faster.

What a scam! We just booked flights for a Friday departure. Once we paid the flight confirmation randomly reflected a departure on a different day of the week! Such bs! Do not use!

I don't know if these guys are worse than the others, but my experience was horrible! First, I made a point of bypassing many cheap flights because of the unreasonable 6:00 am departure time (I have to drive an hour and a half to the airport). I found a 20% mark up on a flight that departed at a reasonable time, 10:55 am. I chose that one and then chose seats. When all was said and done, the site claimed that I chose a flight that departed at 6:05 am, precisely what I wanted to avoid! Perhaps it was my mistake, perhaps not. THERE'S NO WAY TO KNOW! I called customer service to change the departure time. Sure enough they could change it to the 10:55 am departure time that I thought I had selected in the first place for a $125 (33%) fee. When I explained that that was too high, the representative said I would not be able to get anything cheaper. That was a lie. After I got off the phone, I checked, looking for the most expensive flights, and literally could not find any more expensive than my flight plus the penalty. This sucks, because I'm supposed to supply my employer with two other flight itineraries to prove to them that I was trying to find a cheap flight. Now, I probably won't get reimbursed. These people need to provide a clear, easy-to-read review of the entire itinerary before you're asked to confirm the flight. But I don't care if they do that or not, now, because I'll never use them again! MINUS FIVE STARS! Now I'll have to make sure to block them to make

Originally booked a flight and price that seemed perfect on their website. Received a call from their customer service stating they were going to help keep the seats together (as they were for a mother and infant) and to watch for the email for the updated seating. Got the email more than 24hrs later and the flight had completely changed (after costing me the additional money for the changes to "help") and ended up on returning to the destination almost a full day after my original desired flight. I called to see if they could help and after being on hold off and on again for about an hour I was told the only way to get the original flight I booked was to pay an extra $650~ per person on top of the price I have already paid. They also kept insisting I change the first flight when I kept telling them the issue was only with the return flight. I could not cancel without 100$ fee per person and they kept telling me they were doing a "service" in changing my flights since it was post 24hrs after my purchase time. It's best to do this company a service and just not book anything through them.

Booked flight from BOI to LAX 06/27/22 departing 06/29/22 to return on 07/02/22. On the return flight booking One Travel has return departure on 07/02/22 but due to long layover during stop in SFO flight does not actually arrive until in BoI until 12:23pm on 07/03/22. Absolutely the worst flight booking ever experienced on the internet.
No thanks ever again ONE TRAVEL.

Trying to connect is impossible - both to make reservations and to make changes. You save some money when booking with them but when things go bad they go bad
