Am not happy with the service the worse costumer service. I have to canceled my 3 ticket from Newark to barcelona due to covid 19 now when i need to reschedule with an additional charge of $277.33 USD per passenger, including airline penalty, difference in fare and fees. Total cost to change this itinerary including taxes and fees: $832.00 USD (Total for all passengers).
Thats not rigth why penalty wasn't my fault that all airport got close due to covid
They should help costumer

As I was reviewing my schedule from Tangier to Lisboa (November 18th 2013) I took notice that I mistakenly purchase my return date for February 4th instead of January 4th. When I called and talked to a representative two days later (November 20th 2013) the solution I was giving was to pay a fee for $170 dollars. When I protested to the representative about the amount I was told, He then lowered the fee to $140 dollars. How the fee was lowered in a couple of minutes baffle me. SO I decided to search through multiple websites and I decided to pay for a new ticket for $157. Why I wasn't giving a "real option" to my situation when I'm buying a ticket with more than a month in advance? What kind of business is OneTravel.com running?

I purchased round trip ticket from Nashville TN to New York and everything went smoothly. I picked up ticket in Nashville airport and in New York airport when returning just as expected. I was worried when I read some of these reviews but I had a perfect experience with the tickets I purchased.

I booked a flight on April 14th, to suprise my family on April 23 after 2 years of not seeing them. 3 days after I booked my flight I get this email notifying me that my reservation was cancelled, I called OneTravel to ask why, and what had happened to the money deducted from my account. Their explanation to this was at the time of purchasing my ticket there were 5 other people buying the same one and since it was 1 ticket left only the lucky one had gotten it. And regarding my money deducted on my account, they told me it wasn't touched, it reflects as taken on the bank statement but in reality it was there, that I should be able to use it on another purchase. I tried purchasing another ticket it shows as declined. I'm beyond enfuriated with this service. I can't believe I'm left with no ticket and not enough money to buy another ticket since now I have to wait 7-10 business days for the money to return to my card. Horrible service. Wouldn't recommend anyone this Travel agency

I booked my ticket 4 months before travel. I booked my ticket with a $100 insurance. I called 3 times before travel. 1 week, 72 hrs & 24 hrs before travel. I was told everything is perfect. On the day of travel, I am told I do not have a reservation. One travel was supposed to give me a paper ticket & they did not. & when the flight officials talked to Onetravel, they lied & told them that Onetravel had sent the ticket to me. Thank God, I document all my stuff well, One travel did not stand a chance. But I had to pay $100 from my pocket to get a paper ticket... Its been 5 months after my travel now, I still have not received a reimbursment check. They keep on lieing to me taht they have sent it to my address. One travel is unethical, & ILLEGAL. The company should be closed down.

Worst site to book airline tickets, I booked 3 tickets to india with travel insurance, suddenly i got the email from lufthansa saysyou cancelled your tickets, i contacted luftansa, they asked me contact one travel, they said you have to pay 1850 dollars to rebook the ticket, again i called the luftansa, lufthansa said we only pay money to one travel, one travel informed me we wont pay penny, i am still working with insurance people.

I was put onto this website from a colleague saying that they were the cheapest and bets priced for flights, I have used Expedia now for 6 years and never had an issue, This is the first time I will use One Travel and I will make sure that I blog as many websites as I can disgracing your company as the way you advertise is tricking people and the way you deal with people who have been tricked is worse by charging them a cancellation fee ($75 each total $150)
One travel does not operate with business with scruples, if you continue to operate in this way your business will not last.
Even the address I asked for to complain to was wrong, You people really can't enjoy working for a company like this its disgraceful.

I only hope that you have some compassion to refund my cancellation only 5 minutes after I booked it.

In my life Ive had to deal with the IRS, divorce attorneys, crooked car mechanics, military command, having my credit information hacked, zoning commissions, insurance companies, living next-door to neighbors with barking dogs and no mufflers, applied for loans, the fairly tale world of higher education, hemorrhoids and burying a few dogs. Now I get to add OneTravel to that long list worsts.

Their travel guarantee is BS. Found a cheaper flight in minutes and emailed and called them. Never got the money back. Also apparently picking seats is an extra charge. Complete BS.

My flight was canceled due to COVID in April. I tried repeatedly to get refund but each time I called I was put on hold over an hour and call was disconnected. After finally getting a person on the line 5 months later they only refunded $270 even though I paid $343 for my flight and still have to wait another 30-60 days to receive. I will NEVER use them again I and I suggest you do the same!

I only gave them one star because I could not give them negative stars. They are an unethical company that will take your money quickly and without issue without fully disclosing what exactly you might need to travel the path that they have set out before you. I travel to Indonesia frequently as my fiancee lives there. I am not a stranger to possible transit Visas and I stay away from flights that require one. I have flown through China with no issues before but apparently when you have multiple stops, 2 or more, in certain cities then a transit Visa is required. Travel One did NOT notify me before or even after as a courtesy that a Visa was needed on this unique scenario that they booked for me. It is bad enough that when you book through this shady company that you need to gather your luggage and check back in at each airport. Also, in order to change your flight or cancel it is treated as separate flights. What this means is that YOU have to pay fees for each airline used in order to make any changes! Hopefully right now you still have a choice. You have a choice who to book your tickets through. And to be honest, you have a lot of good choices, but through travel agents and direct from the airlines. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache, save yourself the time, enjoy your travels and DO NOT TRUST this travel agent with your hard earned money. I am still fighting, 2 months later, to try and get my money back.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away. You are better staying at home than using this agent.

I bought a ticket from your website for Jan 28, roundtrip yvr-doh leaving at 10:25am(Vancouver time). I got an email stating my itinerary and went to the airport. Upon checking-in, they couldn't find my booking. I called your customer support and he said that the payment didnt go through. He proceeded on offering me to book the same flight at a much higher price, sine the previous price is not available anymore. I didnt say yes, I said I will think and requested a call back. I wasn't able to answer the call back because I was busy.

10-15 minutes before 10:25am, an alert for the credit card stated that money was used to purchase a ticket, simultaneously, I received an email stating the booking for that flight.

Obviously I can't be on the flight with that span of time. I wasn't able to call your agent back because I was busy.

I needed to check in & do seat assignment - their Chat Bot lied to me, adding minutes and NO HELP they just kept me on HOLD forever. TWICE this happened, I never got any help. So then they e-mailed me AFTER the FACT and asked if I still needed assistance. WHAT a joke... makes it even worse. Now they want to save face and help me after NOT helping me when I needed it... THANKS a lot ONE TRAVEL...

One of my flights got canceled and when I called to get a refund for that one ticket they told me that it was impossible to only refund the one ticket then refered me to the actual airlines. I called them and they told me that only the travel agency can give me the refund. The guy for one travel said that my only options were to refund all my flights or accept the flight change and if I didn't accept the flight change that I wouldn't be allowed on the rest of my flights because I would be claimed as "absent". After playing phone tag with one travel and the airline I finally got the refund. One travel made things more stressful and difficult than it had to be. It seemed as if they didn't care about my situation. Never will I book with them again!

Worst site Ever. They do have cheap fares which I got lured in. What I didnt expect was it choosing flights for me totally different from the dates I Actually asked for.

I booked on a weekend and didnt get to check booking confirmation back when at work where I sued my work email. Turns out it was 3 days different from my specified departure and arrival dates specified! Flight to vegas was $232 for 2. To rebook, it cost me ANOTHER $236 additional. DOUBLE! What a rip off. They got their pound of flesh but I will NEVER EVER use them again. And I'll make sure No one else I know uses them. Should have stuck with Expeedia or ORbitz. I never had this problem with them before. Im sure Ontravel would'nt stick around for long. With dissatisfied NEW customers all the time like me preaching how HORRIBLE they are.
