Try to use a reputable site for buying your ticket, this one has no attitude for customer service. So you are on your own if anything happens.
Bought tickets from Ontario, ca to El Salvador. Ticket price 755 total with taxes after submitting my information and credit card each ticket price was 800 and time flight change also call them right away kept being transfer to a different operator. Send them emails about the error, after the 4 hours pass i was able to talk to them but people was rude and not being able to take care of my problem i ask to speak to a supervisor and i was told i never called them cause they keep track of all the call and they didn't have any calls from my phone.so i ende up being charge more and different flight times. Never again will use this website.

I had some difficulty with the seating of American Airlines and the agent from OneTravel was so kind and so very helpful. She was very honest and straight forward. It is good to see that all is not just about money.
Since I booked my tickets, there were several changes and each change, the time between flight have increased and now it is at 4 hours in N.Y. And 3 Hours in S.P.
I hope that there will be no more increases or we will have to change the ticket.

On February 2017, I bought 3 air tickets for my three children that have to travel alone. A day before the trip one children became sick and couldn't travel. I requested a cancellation for his tickets and requested a refund. At today April 12,2017. A customer representative is telling i cannot get a refund, after many phones calls staying hours and hours on the phone. I would not advice anyone to do business with this Company.
OneTravel.com was suggested to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier with their service and great fares. I have secured fares for far less than any other site including the airlines. I will continue to use OneTravel.com because right now it's simply the best.
You need to know upfront how this agency works and what you will get. Their system does not allow you to access your flight online even though you will have the code from the airline. You need to make very certain you are booking the correct date and time as it is very easy to accidentally book the wrong thing. You cannot book your seats and must take whatever the airline assigns you at the last minute or pay 12 to 15 dollars per person for them to book for you. You should be able to call the airlines as soon as you are confirmed with the airline code but that may be difficult or impossible in some foreign locations. If you need assistance or are travelling with a child or really need particular seats due to physical issues you may want to book elsewhere.
I needed to delay a flight, they kept changing the price even with the protection travel insurance it is a joke does not even apply. On top of that they book your change without the insurance you have to followup with the insurance company separately. This is a scam. I was quoted the change would cost me $1000 per person then 125 per person then 400 per person and then another change at check out for 482 because their computer did not compute correctly " they had to do it by hand" per person this is ridiculous do not buy the protection plan it is worthless and to change a flight is impossible. I understand $125 fee but the other is ridiculous.
After booking my flight with one travel, i didn't not received my flight information.

The next day I cant again and the associate sent me the same broken link.
I called them. I talked to one of the associate, they sent me 5 times the same email with the same broken link.
Finally got it. But wait.
I still don't have my billing information. They keep sending me what they called " invoice", All it showed it the total amount paid. NO details. After talking to one of the associate for 45 minutes, i keep receiving the same empty invoice.
If you want the cheapest flight GO with them but know that it comes with a very bad service!

Last year I bought tickets to fly overseas on March 19,2020 which was during the pandemic and after the government implemented the travel ban. Before the travel date I tried to contact OneTravel to cancel the tickets but the office was closed and an automated message directed me to the airline. I tried to contact the airline and the automated message said that I had a year to use the tickets. Fast forward one year and I still can't use the tickets and have been told by OneTravel that the tickets have no value because the outbound flight took off. I have explained that, even thought the flight took off, there was a travel ban in place and I would not have been able to return home. OneTravel will not refund the tickets.
I was lucky that my card didnt work. Actually I bought a ticket and said I had inky 19 hours, after booking, I got a confirmation email saying my flight will be for 36 hours. So what they do is make the flight cheaper, once you book, they find a very cheap flights different from what you booked. They are scammers. You will wait in the airport transit for many hours.
I have never had a problem with onetravel until recently. I purchased a ticket online couple months ago only to find out it would be hell. My flight would constantly change and I'd have the call and confirm because the layovers would change from 2 hours to 14 hours. This was not just one time, every time I try to fix my booking it says the airline has changed the times. I have wasted over 52 hours out of my time to stay on hold and talk to you guys. I'am happy to inform I will never ever be giving you guys business any longer. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, and the people answering my calls are not trained properly. Thanks for everything. I continue to call and review my booking because it changes weekly.

Also, received a phone call after I booked making sure I received my confirmation and put me at ease knowing I'd booked my tickets successfully. Also, he ensured that I was informed about adding insurance & let me know that he could even handle my baggage over the phone.

This is a terrible company. Somehow they get themselves as the number one pick when you Google the actual airline that you want This happened to me They canceled my husband's flight But charge my credit card $33 for something? I didn't dare call because I read the reviews that they charge you every time you call to ask questions about charges I disputed the charges and did make very sure that I went through the actual airline and got the ticket do not use this company!

I found out my father was in the hospital and I needed to fly north ASAP. I was almost frantic trying to figure out the best airline and price in a very small window of time. One Travel became an option and it was so easy to book my flight. All the information I needed was readily available. It took the frustration away so I could concentrate on the important issues I would be facing.
I truly don't appreciate having a representative call me immediately after I just booked my flight reservations to try to sell me travel insurance! I declined several offers online when I was making the reservation. I was already offered the opportunity for travel insurance, and I declined. The fact that someone from your organization called me immediately after I booked my flight reservation online made me assume that my flight was cancelled or full. This is not a leisure trip. I am flying because I have a family member dying and I am planning her funeral. How dare you try to sell me something on the telephone after I spent 15 minutes viewing every single option offered to me to pay more money. Do not ever do that to me again. I do not appreciate that at all!

One Travel has been one of my favorite agencies.I am not happy with the way they are managing the website anymore.I tried to book for a cheaper price and when I go to pay and continue it says booking is in progress...and in the end it says timed out. When you go back again to rebook the prices change.

I bought a ticket through OneTravel and wanted to cancel the ticket. The first document they said no charge within 24 hours of cancellation but they again changed the document to tell me that cancellation fee is $25. Big liars never use again!

This company is a scam. I asked for a refund, instead of providing a refund, they asked for my debit card and charged me $75. Their customer service representative was very rude. Didn't answer my question. I will never get a flight from this company again. They're terrible

I booked two tickets from San Jose to Athens on Iberia and American which had the best travel times and what seemed a good price. First - after they had my credit card it took 18 hours for a confirmation that I actually had tickets. During this time I tried calling - on hold and never to through to an agent. Finally got confirmation and found that I had to go direct to the airlines for seats. Both Iberia and American charge me for making seat assignments - even though I had no choice. The extra fees came to $120.00. When I called Iberia it took several tries to get through and had to wait so long the line went dead and I had to call again and wait again. I actually meant to get the tickets from Iberia but the ASK took me to OneTravel - so I gave it a try. Never, never again.

Wish I could give zero stars. Rude representative, low communication skills, They all seem to have poor call quality. Should always book directly with airline, they seem unable to be able to talk to airline about refunds.
