They sold me canceled ticket and flight is canceled.
I found out the flight is canceled AT THE AIRPORT and I had to buy new one with very expensive price at the airport.
They didn't inform me and I couldn't get refund for my full-paid ticket and
They don't reply my refund request.
What should I do? Should I sue them?
I need advice seriously.

I have had the worst experience dealing with this company. I called as soon as I booked to add middle names to 3 passengers and they said they needed to call the airline to confirm and that I should call back within 4-6 hours to confirm that the change had been made (which no great servicing company would make you do). After calling back, they were going to charge me $50 per name change WHICH IS MORE THAN WHAT I PAID FOR THE TICKETS THEMSELVES. They said the best thing they could do was wave ONE of the $50 charges so it would cost $100 USD to add the names. I am now waiting on a response to see if I can cancel these this booking. By any means STAY AWAY from this site!

One travel is quite possibly the worst honorable travel website, when I booked mt flight through them their website was confusing and I thought signed up for a flight from Orlando to buffalo at 1 o'clock but it was from Chicago to buffalo 1:15 and my first flight was at 10:30am which I couldn't make it on time to. I called and tried to straighten this error out and they said I would have to buy a whole new flight and I'm out the money. Then they said they would connect me with their supervisor and left me sitting on the phone for 35 minutes without any talk with this supervisor. This website is a scam very confusing and wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy! And as far as the person in customer service who I spoke with... I hope someone gives you the same respect you have shown me you rude person..

Like so many before me I was routed to this site from another provider. Clearly they have the flexible date in default when you are brought over from another site and I guess they are relying on people like myself to be too distracted to notice. And they are right, I was. I selected a date double checked that date and booked that date. There was no scrolling down to find the correct date as another customer was advised. After reviewing my itinerary I discovered they booked me on a flight two days earlier. I would never ever ever select flexible dates. I work full-time and flexible dates are not an option for me. Yes, my bad for not noticing immediately. I thought I got the ticket that I selected. Its sad and disappointing that there are still companies who resort to this type of hustle just to bring in a few more bucks. I travel frequently and I am always looking for good deals on flights and I dont need to be automatically booked in it. Unfortunately I will not be able to use this organization in the future because they are not trustworthy. I anxiously await the documentary that will be made exposing their greed, I hear its coming out on Netflix mid-2018. P.s.-the customer service rep who assisted me was a nice guy.

An absolute FRAUDULENT company. Seemed legit when they charged my card for the flight. Seemed fine when I was emailed an itinerary after my purchase. It even seemed ok, although odd, when I was shipped (fraudulent) paper tickets in the mail (that indicated CHECK IN REQUIRED). I shouldve known after not receiving an email from them ever since. Or that I couldnt check in online and the flight companies hadnt heard of my reservation. Or when I couldnt check in with my passport because the reservation didnt exist. Or when the assistant at the check in desk couldnt find my ticket.
The prices are cheap for a reason: They only deal in one-time customers. After they steal their money they move on to the next person. This is a criminal organization. DO NOT USE. Overseas travel is hard enough without having to purchase your tickets twice.

I'm trying to fly from Nairobi which has more than one airport. The ticket just says 'NBO', Not JKIA or Wilson. I've asked the automated service that says check you boarding pass. I haven't got that yet, there isn't an option on the email to look at it and I STILL don't know which airport to go to, to check in

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! OVER 6 HOURS ON HOLD & GETTING HUNG UP ON! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM IN ANY CASE WHATSOEVER! AND EVEN WHEN I TALKED TO THEIR REPRESENTATIVES, MOST OF THE TIME THEY WERE RUDE UNTIL THEY TRANSFERRED ME TO NOWHERE. HEED MY ADVICE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHEISTY OPERATION!

When I pay my card it should show on my receipt in my email the full amount but it seems my card has been charged for more than 1400 NZD. The only amount shown that was $1053.72.

I was super excited that I found a good deal
Saving about $100 compare to orbitz

When I got the conformation I was trying to reserve a seat

I'm travelling to two cities I didn't find the flight for the second city. It's not a domestic but international flight plus I paid for the insurance that is useless

I contacted them through the chat they promised me that there is a flight when I contacted the airlines they said contact your travel agency because there is no such a flight:(

One Travel is the biggest scam ever I'm going to pay over $700 now to book the flight individually. BTW the website is owned and operated by Cheapoair. I'm going to avoid both of them

Ihave been booking tickets through the website. Booked 5 tickets and come to find out they were supposedly light fare tickets, I was never informed about it and had to pay additionally 126$ for each baggage fees.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

* OneTravel attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I booked a ticket from Cape Town to Gatwick April 2016, It was advertised at £250-00 but more than $600-00 was deducted from my credit card. In spite of numerous on line chats and promises from the 8th December that someone from the billing department would contact me to resolve this matter, NOTHING has happened. I myself e-mailed billing department with NO response.

THEY SWITCH YOUR TRAVEL DATES AFTER YOU BOOKED AND GET TO YOUR CONFIRMATION PAGE. THEY SAY THE DATES WHERE ON THE PAGE. ITS VERY MISLEADING AND FRAUDULENT. THATS WHEN IT SHOWS YOUR DATES HAVE BEEN CHANGED YOU CALL THEM AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE... CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT WAS YELLING THE ENTIRE TIME... I HAD TO TELL HER TO STOP SCREAMING! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!

Non refundable after 4 hrs of booking it and u can't even change the name on a ticket. They are TRUE SCAM ARTISTS! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO THE PEOPLE I KNOW AND WILL WARN ANYONE I CAN ABOUT THEM!

I searched a flight ticket, it showed a price, then I followed the instruction to make a payment, right before clicked a button of "make payment", it sid the price was changed and jacked up ~$dollars. There was no return or cancel button, kind of stuck there. SO closed the web browser and deleted all the history, included cookies. Right after that I received an email from onetravel, and it charged on my credit card with the raised price. I called the customer service right away. It didn't want the process of cancelling my payment, instead, the woman tried to sell me a ticket with different schedule and price (higher). I declined right away. Then she told me that it would take 1~2 billing cycle to refund my money. I asked her how long the billing cycle it was and got an answer which is 1~2 month. I was unhappy about that, and wanted to talk to her manager, then she let me hold on the phone for a while, and came back to tell me the refund would take 1~2 weeks. I am currently waiting for the refund. Not an honest price listings at the website.

*Consumer ABUSE*I made the unfortunate mistake in booking a flight through this company... After a devastating loss in my family I deemed it necessary to reschedule my flight for a later date. Unfortunately after attempting to contact insanelycheapflight.com - (a OneTravel company) 2 days before my scheduled flight, I was never contacted, not even so much as a phone call. Because of this i was labeled a no-show with zero possibility for a refund. As a veteran of the U.S. Navy, I am going to school full time with very little money to spare. What this company is doing to consumers is not only poor business practice, but also down right un-American at that! I will post this everyday until this company addresses their faults and injustices to consumers worldwide.

I don't know how this company has survived so far. I got a link to the tickets from kayak.com.
They showed me tickets to India from Toronto for a good price. I booked the tickets. An hour later they sent me the confirmation email that the tickets have been booked (I could also see the reservation on the airlines website).
Then about 3 hours later, I got another email from them stating that the price on my reservation has changed the change was over $200.

I called them and asked them, how they could change the fare after booking the tickets. The customer service guy was especially rude and told me that it will cost me $400 more now. I showed him that their website is still showing the old fare. The guy had guts to tell me that I should book again and I will have to call them again. After this he hung up on me.

I called again to cancel my tickets (which the email said is free of charge, since they were changing the price). After one hour they sent me a cancellation notice. And I found out now that my credit card is blocked because they are still trying to put transactions on my account.

When I asked the customer service rep that how could they cancel my reservation when it was never booked(as they told me). He hung up again.

I am going to create fraud warning for this company on Better Business Bureau.

Now they are putting temporary transactions everyday and I cannot use the card because it is at limit because of daily holds
