Try to use a reputable site for buying your ticket, this one has no attitude for customer service. So you are on your own if anything happens.

If United continues with their present baggage and seating policy, I will not be one of their customers. The present policy with the seating and baggage is more or less "bait and switch".
The desired flight was a little cheaper than with American Airlines. Next time I will choose American.

Funny that I have been booking with One Travel using my own money since 2014. Not until they offered and I accepted like a dumb $#*!, the OneTravel credit card, with 1000 dollars available to use on the OneTravel website only. The card did not have a visa logo. The card was issued by Synchrony Bank. I attempted to use the card myself on the website, I was unsuccessful. I called the bank that the card was issued through. They did not address my concern. They only assured me nothing the was wrong with the card and the problem I was experiencing was not on their end but on the website's end. Ok, I tried to book flights with two different agents using the OneTravel credit card and I received booking numbers followed by phone calls and emails advising me that my booking was cancelled due to a declined card. I even had one agent to tell me that I was mistaken because One Travel does not have a credit card, but I was physically holding the credit card in my hand. Now that I am all the way angry for being bounced around from the Synchrony Bank and the One Travel website with no resolution to my problem. I have to find me an alternative but One Travel is all the way out with me. No one was able to help me. I am going to cash in my rewards with One Travel and One Travel, Synchrony Bank, its affiliates and all the agents who lied to me between the two can kindly kiss my $#*! right in the crack
Seriously THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EVER! I called three or four times because I needed to cancel a flight. I was on the phone for almost 30 minutes waiting for the guy to change my flight so that I could get the same flight after having paid for a new flight. He ended up just canceling it after making me wait for that long because he was not able to make the change on his end. He told me I would get a refund confirmation email. The email I received only stated the insurance amount and not the full refunded flight amount so I called them back to find out why. The guy was so short and rude in his demeanor. I'm never booking with them again.

I prefer Orbitz to TravelOne ANY day, but for some reason, Orbitz was having issues tonight, which never happens...Orbitz has way better customer service.
Too confusing when things keep switching...maybe it was a computer issue, not an issue with you. Not sure. But I had to book twice to be sure I had it.

I booked a flight and bought insurance with them. The flight was cancelled and they denied that the flight was cancelled. They have not returned my money or my phone calls or emails.
Flight time got changed so we had cancel our tickets and they are charhing us 700+ for cancelation fee. What the hell if your going to advertising for certain flight time and those chages aren't going to work for you the flight 2 months away and you can barely understand them took us 3 weeks of this bull just to pay for penalties The FTC should really take this company DOWN
I booked 3 flights departing on April 2 and returning April with OneTravel. 2 seniors and 1 adult. We were to attend my nephews wedding in Albuquerque, N. M. Due to the coronavirus outbreak the wedding has been canceled. I did buy insurance. But I can not get in touch with OneTravel. My first attempts to contact OneTravel all wi would get is a high pitch sound or they just hang up. Now when I call OneTravel there is a message which gives you a website address (which is for cancellations refunds...) and that gives you information on the corona outbreak.
When I first was in touch with them I was happy to talk to a person. I do not travel and found the travel sights confusing. They were soon frustrating because they would find a flight and try to book it and it would come back booked and would start all over again. Each time OneTravel travel tried a new booking the amount of the flight fare increased. I spent hours on the phone booking the flight. Probably paid too much by the time something was booked but at least i had a plan.
Now I have to say I was overcharged and they are nowhere to be found for the cancellation due to the coronavirus upset.
Please do not use this company.

One Travel facilitated my previous flight, and that was very remarkable. One Travel is reliable and gives up-to-date information to clients. In fact, One Travel has excellent customer care, even on phone calls, one feels it.

Overall it was very disappointing experience. Too much hidden cost no free change or cancellation within 24 hours. They are telling false story on there website.
Unbelievable, they charged me for the insurance which i didnt add on. And COULDNT SHOW ANY PROOF OF INSURANCE PURCHASE
Tried to tell them that i didnt add it. The latest itinerary was emailed on 15 March, the insurance was still appeared as recommendation.
They showed me their record of debiting my card for insurance on the 17MARCH which proved NOTHING as it just their system record.
The most ridiculous thing is, i CANCELLED my booking on 17 March so how could i add insurance on the same day as their record of debiting money from my card?
IN CASE I DID add insurance on 17 March, i believed OneTravel might have sent me an email. But only cancellation emails sent on that day.
The reprentative who chatted with me stopped without any reason when i asked for itinerary showed clearly insurance was added on.

Good/fast and not complicated although I want to wait the cheap flight but sadly they didn't come out that's why I pay more than, hopefully I'll get the cheap flight next time..
I tried before when I booked
This rates as one of the most displeasing travel booking experiences of my 62 years. I booked a flight for two and confirmed but immediately realized that the fee was in US dollars and not Cdn. I called their support line in under five minutes and was told first that there is no way to cancel the flight. After asking to speak to a supervisor and then transferred, I did speak to someone. I was told that it would cost me $50 (US) per person to cancel the booking. This a pure ripoff and a way to extort some money from me. WARNING. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED AND THEIR BUSINESS PRACTIVE, IN MY OPINION, IS TERRIBLE.

VERY VERY VERY bad experience. They change my schedule, didn't give me details about it, they told me to call the airline company to deal with the change. I called non stop for a few days and no results. I asked to talk to a manager and a supervisor called me after two days. My flight is after tomorrow and they told me there is an issue with the ticket; I am waiting for a call back for about 11 hours and nobody called to inform me about my ticket. DON'T recommend! VERY VERY BAD SERVICE; UNPROFESSIONALS!
OneTravel is CheapOair is FarePortal, INC. One company of FRAUDSTERS. They will take your money. Yes. They will provide you with a ticket. But that's where it ends. If there's a cancellation, and there are MANY cancellations since this Covid thing started, you'd be offered better flight change choices from the airlines, and OT/COA/FP Fraudsters will even recommend/encourage that you do. That will absolve them from offering any more service and they will use that against you when it comes time to get a refund from them. They will not give you a refund. Put that out of your mind. That's why I call them Fraudsters, because they offer no real service apart from taking your money in exchange for tickets that will likely be cancelled or changed. So why bother. They offer ZERO service. Look at the Dept. of Trans. Consumer complaints. They're #1 SCAMMERS. Look at my last email from them. From the "Supervisor" of the "Tender Loving Care Team" It says they have processed a refund. LIARS. There is NO refund. They have probably spent the $1200 buck they owe me paying their "TLC Supervisors" and lawyers to fight to NOT give me my refund. I've filed multiple complaints against this scourge of a company. You have been forewarned...

Find a reputable airline or travel agency in which you KNOW they give refunds and have fair policies. I got full refunds so far from United (1), Qatar (1), and American Express Travel (3)

Never book with one travel... we have same problem for us fam of six members... one travel issue our e ticket wiz names oposite from our pasports... i made 100 calls... staf is so rude and not helpfull special his the personhas to help about our changing names oposite... his name Demetryc Lana... we used to fly from japan to amsterdam... our mesage to the people never book with one travel

I never leave reviews but with this experience I have to. I have been trying to change the second half of my flight with this agency. Each time I call they quote me a different price for the change claiming that the airline itself charges this price and fees. Mind you I called the airline before each call with this agency and the airline, each time, gave me the same price, $225 dollar changing fee and no price change in the fare. OneTravel told me the first time it would cost me $622. I called the airline back and they said that was inaccurate and they left a note for the next time they call that it is only $225. I called OneTravel back and was quoted $922. Than I called back 20 minutes later, after calling the airline once again and still being told it was only $225, and was quoted $409. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they told me one was not available. This company is a complete and total ripoff! Stay away and just book directly through the airline! Biggest mistake I've ever made!
So long as you dont mind doing your homework you might be able to get ten dollars off, But be WARNED... check with the airlines first because OneTravel is known to double their fees when you go pay!
