Message: Insel air, on 20 May, stated I had not paid for my tickets for flight 309 to Bonaire from Curacao. I had to take a later flight (they didn't have seats for us) and I had to pay cash for two new tickets. I want a full refund for all tickets and fees that I have paid One Travel

Made reservation Janaury 22,2015 through One travel after few minutes I recieved a confirmation and summary of fligth. After a few weeks I recieved an email informing me that the airlines had change the fligth schedule asking me if the change fligth is fine with me. I called one travel to make sure that I will not pay more since they are the one proposing the change, I was assured by a representative. So I said ok, one travel said ok we will send you the new fligth summary with your new e ticket within 24-48 hours, unfortunelely until now March 24,2015 still didn't recieved any updates from unless I call... called many times and they keep promising me that wait for 24 hours. So now am still waiting for a 2 months advance booking ticket. I am supposed to use this ticket on March 27,2015 been 10 days waiting. And they tell that non refundable when what's the use if the ticket arrive the day when your supposed to use, now one travel drop my call. Imagine the big trouble they cause because I trusted. Please for those who want to book online Never use one travel...

I purchased a ticket using this site. My return flight from Tehran to Toronto is with Turkish Airline through Istanbul. In Istanbul, I arrive at SAW airport and should depart from IST airport. As a typical "Flight Connection", my assumption was that I deliver the luggage at origin airport and will collect them at destination, and the airline will take care of the luggage transfer. But I just learned that I should collect my luggage from SAW and transfer it to IST by myself. I called their customer service right after I learned the fact complaining that why they didn't mention this important piece of information while booking process! Their response in a very unprofessional and irresponsible manner was that "they do not provide every single detail about flights on their website". This was an important piece of information that could impact my purchase. I would have NEVER purchased this ticket, if I had known this ridiculous "Flight Connection" process. They have in fact changed the meaning of "Flight Connection"!
I understand that this might be due to Turkish Airline's policies, but as a third party website for booking process, they have to provide the customers with ALL important details that are required for booking decision! I NEVER NEVER NEVER use OneTravel in future and recommend everyone be very cautious if they use it. Do not trust them AT ALL!

Bait and Switch - I confirmed a flight booking for $278 on Sunday evening, and made all my travel plans according to that arrival date. Monday morning I have an email in my box asking that I contact TravelOne. I contact them and end up spending a total of about 80 minutes on hold (over various times, one disconnect and two 'travel specialists'). I was told that the price had increased and they needed another $65 for my ticket. I re-read the booking confirmation that they sent me (that assured me that *I* would lose all my money if *I* changed anything), and there was nothing in their 'terms and conditions' in that email saying that they could do this. The woman explained to me that the caveat that allowed them to raise the advertised price was written in the Terms and Conditions within the website (I think it was, in legalese, and a click deep into the website's Terms and Conditions). Ultimately, I cancelled the flight through TravelOne, made my own reservations directly with the airline and a bus-line, and saved myself over $100 from what TravelOne wanted to charge me. It's a classic 'Bait and Switch' - TravelOne promises a service at one price, then when you commit, they ask for more. This is unethical, and I would recommend AGAINST using this site.

Worst experience I've ever had with purchasing flights. Their advertising sucks especially for Canadians as they do not tell you it's in American prices until you get your bank statement and it's way more than you expected. You can find cheaper flights on FlightHub and they do not make you pay for your seats. While I was checking out it did not give me an option to not pay for my seats and when I had called customer service they said there was an option. That's just the first lie that I was told. I spent two hours on the phone with them because they said they would help me out, they came back with another flight that was way more expensive. Which they wasted my time for them to give me an even more expensive flight. They gave me a refund on my seats but couldn't compensate the American to Canadian dollar because it was not in their control. Fair. Although I was still upset about the second lie they had told me. No where on the site does it say it's in American prices and as a new customer it can be misleading. When I brought this concern to their attention, they told me that it states it on the top of the website while you are booking your flights. I sent them screenshots proving that it does not state it and I was told that they will be in contact with management so future customers won't have the same issue which is great for future customers but as I booked these flights almost a month ago I checked the site the other day to see if there were any changes and there is not. They do not care about their customers and I've been emailing them about my concern and every time it is a different person telling me the same thing the last person had already said even though I've provided more information each time. I don't even think they actually go through the emails properly for them to understand how upset I am. Please save yourselves from booking here, you do not want to have to experience this and this is me trying to save future customers from making the mistake by choosing One Travel for "cheaper flights".

It's a great service on the Web site such as you find different services as rental cars, hotels and others different things to complete your trip.
I booked flights to India with them, they were cheapest by roughly 50 pounds so I went ahead with them without looking at reviews.
After booking, I received a call from a lady from one travel asking me to confirm the first line of my address and my phone number. She asked if my phone number was linked to my bank and I said I wasn't sure. She then said I'd need to register my mobile against my credit card with my bank so that they could process the transaction, and that she would dial my bank and transfer me then and there. Of course, I was never going to trust that so when she put me through I explained the situation and said I was going to dial my bank direct, which I then proceeded to do. Nationwide, who i bank with, told me it was unheard of and OneTravel wouldn't have been able to check my number was verified with my bank, even if I did follow the steps they were asking me to do. They checked my credit account and could see that a transaction for 0.00 pounds was processed and didn't understand why. Between the advisor and msyelf we were uncomfortable and cancelled my card on the spot so that they couldn't charge me. I also received about 10 emails in relation to my card payment from them if it's worth noting, but it just feels dodgy!
I've now learnt my lesson, to check reviews before clicking!

I received an email from billing at OneTravel saying that they will charge us $25 for the cancellation of booking when the booking was never confirmed via email. The reason for our cancellation is that they refused to send us a confirmation email without verifying our credit card details. We got a call from an Orlando and he left a number that when we tried to return the call, the recording said the number does not exist. After that I chatted online to a Kira who tried to help but was essentially useless because she kept giving me these numbers that either did not exist or did not respond. When
We tried other number and were put on hold from call centres from India to Phillipines where they had no idea what to do and put us through to these US numbers that did not respond.
The we got a call back from a person who said they could not confirm the flight without verifying the credit card details. They could not verify the details without getting the card holders work address/ email. This when they already had access to details that we have not even used for the last six years because they wanted to call us on a landline number that we don't use anymore and wouldn't accept our mobile number. So basically they were trying to verify a lot of our personal details that are not required for a transaction like this. I questioned the person about this and asked them how did they get all this personal information and that it was illegal for them to have this information- they disconnected the phone at this point. I am really upset by this breach of privacy.
