Very surprised to find good flight deals in the last moment! Had a great experience and for sure it will be not the last one!

I was very happy with how is it was to book my flights, there was no trouble or hassle. Definitely will be using them again!

The same as previous visits. Although it did not save my previous bonus points. Also, points are only for hotels. I would like airlines.

Worst phone system that I have had the displeasure to deal with.

Family and I booked a flight, car rental, and hotel. I looked around for some different deals and decided to change the hotel reservation. I waited on hold for 35 minutes for the representative to tell me that I had the wrong department and attempted to transfer me to the correct one. 30 minutes later I gave up and tried another 888 number they had listed. About 15 to 20 minutes into waiting on hold again, I gave up and decided to email the company instead.

The next day I called back (still had not received an email from a representative, only the automatic message) and we were able to get that issue out of the way. I decided that it was far easier to cancel the hotel reservation all together and go to another site for this. Yay! Only an hour and a half gone for my life!

We had another issue with the car rental. For some reason it had listed the incorrect person as the driver. At first I attempted to go through the car rental company but they were not able to assist. So, begrudgingly, I asked my husband to handle it.

After calling and only being on hold for 25 minutes the representative hung up on him. He attempted to use the chat but it said that a representative would not be available for 16 more minutes. He waited and called yet another number, this time that responded, "Thank you for calling Cheapo Air..." Awesome. 20 minutes later we were finally helped by a wonderful young man!

I still have not received a reply via email, even though on the phone recording it says,"... a representative will respond within a few hours..."

All and all, we will not be using this service again. Once we actually got a hold of a representative that did not hang up on us, it was fine.

But please, be warned.

Always use OneTravel for my travel needs. Prices are always fair and the customer service is superb.

Great. Easy to do. Easy to understand. What else can be said? At a crunch time where my funds were low, I was able to book a flight. Thank you.

HORRIBLE! SCAM! They book you, then change dates without you knowing... and charge you to correct those dates. I booked a round trip for Oct 1-6. I purposely avoided choosing the "flexible times for better rates". Paid, and assumed everything was good, right? NOPE. They changed the dates. I double and triple checked-TRUST ME-my wife was with me, and she wont let me be boneheaded... fast forward and I go to check my itinerary for tomorrow's flight... The dates they changed it to have me leaving from Spokane on Oct 3 and returning on Oct 4th! WHAT!
After hours of time on the phone with them, the only resolution was to paya $200 penalty, and then the difference in costs for the dates I wanted... get this for an ADDITIONAL $600-$1000!

After hours on the phone with them, they only claim that it was my mistake-that I must have accidentally clicked on the discounted rate-but THERE WAS NO WAY! Look at Consumer Affairs- almost 900 identical complaints-they switch the dates, then when you notice, they charge you a fee... or if you cancel, they charge you a fee.

Costly lesson!

Easy navigation of site. Choices for times and dates plus choosing non stop flights are laid out easily for the non tech savvy customers.

I paid double the amount of anyone on my flight. Shop around. Learned my lesson. I contacted One Travel and was offered no compensation.

I like this website very much, I find myself doing the booking and the price is good so locked it down for January 2024

1- they took 3 full days of calling and sending emails and talking to assistants to finally accept my payment.
2-each assistant that i call moves me to other one and eventually they say that they will call me back, and they didnt.
3- some assistants told me to send an email to a certain email adress but also didnt get any reply,and finally some assistant after 1 hour call gave me the offer, told me to acc and how to fix the problem and he will call back in 15 minutes but she didnt call back.
4. For some reason my first flight in the route was cancelled so they offered me the only option is a flight with 6 hours earlier, and they wrote down in the email "do you accept?" I pressed by mistake "yes", and i directly before even the page loaded exits, still with no verification method ( that with each step i did alot of them) they changed the flight.
Which means that these 6 hours will be added to my waiting time in the next airport.
4- i called the flight agency they said that there is another option but they need approavmant from my agency.
5- i called On travel, and again the assistants move me from one to another and they say they will call back in two hours but still, didnt get a call.(his name is noel)
6- finally someone actually told me that he cant move my flight so im stuck in an airport for 6 hours, although it means that it will cost me alot of money.
**Litterally wont advise this company to my worst enemy.

I have a call from sera travel frome on travel she was avery good customers service did agood job fore the co.

This is rediicuols! I been asked to pay $204 when I was booked ticket and they deducted $295 from my account!

I hardly ever write reviews of booking sites but this one I wont pass because I dont want anyong to experience what I had experienced. There was a death in the family, so I had to book my flight ASAP, and this site tool advantage of my situation. They charged me for a correction of a misspelled last name which l suspected that theyd done IT In their end to gauge helpless travelers. First theyll refuse to do it, insisting that you cancel and rebook, so that theyll give you the higher fare so you could pay more... they overcharged my credit card for 40$ more for which they couldnt explain why... By all means, stay away form this site. Not descriminating here, but the accents of all the Call agents and supervisors ive Spoken to were African English. Could be Nigeria? Ghana? South Africa? Bottomline, they dont value their customers. No morals. I Felt like Im a victim of an online robbery. Overall impression is that theyll give you a run for your money..., so stay away from these online bandits.

2nd time purchase tickets from this website. Not happy with the cancellation then the company contacted me for an acceptable solution.
