This is the worst experience ever, from the sales person (Juan Lopez) to the "manager" (Marvin). They sold me a bad amplifier and made me pay shipping back, but not just that. After speaking to (manager: Marvin) he stated that he will give me a full refund due to the issue, so I was okay with paying shipping. A week later they received the amplifier but still no refund. Took them 2 months to process the refund and when refund was processed they decided to charge me shipping and restocking fee for an item that came defective. I called them about this and all they had to say "we sent money back to get what we sent you, can't work anything out) ending up loosing half of price of amplifier only because their stupid bad amplifier!

AGAIN STAY AWAY, THEY SELL BROKEN ITEMS AND WONT EVEN GIVE YOU MONEY BACK! OR AN EXCHANGE!

AVOID THIS SELLER AND KEEP MORE OF YOUR MONEY!

Purchased a kenwood unit from them and they shipped it quickly enough. Ended up not being able to use the unit and inquired about returning. Was sent an email with specifics regarding returns. I followed their return rules (RMA) and then waited. They took far too long to refund any money and the amount they refunded was less than what I was entitled to according to their own policy that they provided to me. After several emails I was refunded a little less than 85%. Their restocking fee is 10%. When I inquired I was told that I was being charged 10% of list price (not what I paid) and that they were charging me for shipping to return the item - even though I paid for shipping and insurance to get it back to them.

Be warned - sketchy business practices, poor communication, and you better hope that nothing goes wrong - I can't even imagine trying to place a warranty through this fly by night company. They were NOT the cheapest price, and NOT the highest price, but seemed reputable based on their website. Wished I had check out their reviews first:(

I will never do business with them again - not because of the extra money they stole from me, but because I don't reward or do business with liars or thieves and they are both.

Good luck if you use them. You know what a say... A fool and his/her money are soon parted. You'll find this to be true is you buy from this company.

Will use them for all my car audio equipment

I have a Jeep JL and needed to upgrade my radio from 5" to something larger with car play. After research picked the Alpine X409-WRA-JL which is a $3199 radio not cheap! They offer free shipping and 10% off with code and didn't pay tax for some reason, not sure why, but for where I live that saved me like $525, that's killer! I will say as a first time purchaser from them didn't know what to expect and looked at reviews after making my purchase to see the horror stories. They didn't email me at all until I reached out to make sure they received payment and shipping would be on time. The did respond back but I almost missed it because it was from "support…" email address, which I don't usually open any emails that don't have a name I'm dealing with so they should fix that but that being said, they emailed me back confirmation and reiterated delivery date which was already stated at time of payment. Product arrived on time absolutely no complaints and happy to have saved some cash! All I can say is if your purchasing a product online just do your research first to make sure the product fits and will work on the vehicle. I haven't had to deal with customer service for a return or anything because I definitely want the radio. If I have any issues I will be contacting manufacturer because Alpine is amazing.

Almost thought it was a scam!

This was the worst customer service I have ever come across. The product we ordered was on back order and if you notice that isn't stated anywhere under the products or upon check out. We knew because of the pandemic things were running slower, but after 6 weeks of absolutely nothing we reached out to customer service. The lack of accountability and communication was so disappointing. Aside from all this, I had to constantly email asking about my order. They asked if we would like to get a different radio which I ended up finding out that 2/3 of the radio options they sent me for what we were originally looking for, were on back order and all the radios were above our original price range, the highest being $300 more than what we originally purchased. Had customer service been better I wouldn't have minded paying the difference, but I decided to take my business elsewhere and I'm glad I did. I asked for a refund and I was told they would "request to cancel my order" after not hearing back for a week I had to reach out again. I was told on a Friday we would receive the refund on Monday. No refund Monday so I asked about my order/refund AGAIN. I wanted to know about how long the turn around time was and why I kept getting put off. I was simply told "you will receive an email once you've been refunded". It wasn't until I sent another lengthy email explaining my frustration that I was finally refunded. It happened about 10 mins after it sent my email. Here we are over a week later & customer service decides to tell me they issued my refund.

I HIGHLY do not recommend this company. They wasted about 7-8 weeks of our time. Just save yourself some trouble and avoid the headache.

I had to keep emailingover and over. Wanted to return item. When they finally got back to me said my return period expired even though they said return period was 2 months. I hadn't even had it a month. Wish I had read reviews first. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Stay away

Three seperate times i've had to cancel an order they have nothing on stock if you order something be ready to wait 4 to 6 weeks at least

BEWARE!

I ordered a car stereo and install kit. Online car stereo only shipped the stereo. I called and told them I don't need the stereo without the install. Reply to bad. I refused the package at my door. Online car stereo then charged me 76.48 shipping and 10% restocking fee on a 500.00 dollar radio. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY IF THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER!
