I purchased 2 tickets for the match Milan Atalanta about 2 weeks ago and never received them. I tried calling many times and send many emails but no response, instead £20 bill from my phone provider.
Its a big scam, dont believed any positive comments as they are 3 years old.

Booked long ago as a part of a planned birthday bash, so went to see Norwich v Sunderland. Seats were good - this is how it should be. Shame those Canaries scored 2 goals... Anyway, I will order again as the tickets arrived on time and overall good experience.

Tickets for my football match Northern Ireland vs Netherlands on 16-11-2019 were cancelled on Thursday 14-11-2019 17:31.
They told me I would receive the refund of my tickets (€548,-), but that it can take up to 30 working days, according to our T&C.
Now already 1,5 years, and more than 30 reminders later, I still didn't receive any money back.
This really feels like fraud, so my advise to anyone, don't buy anything from these guys!

My tickets for the match between Chelsea and Arsenal just came by the morning post. A bit close, but they did tell me in advance to expect the tickets about three days before the game. Absolutely discussed at the treatment we received from this shower of unscrupulous scoundrels. FAGAN looks like a choirboy compared with this lot.
How the sporting industry can see this happening and turn a blind eye is beyond belief.
We all know how the dodgy brigade in FIFA got ousted, has there been lots more undetected? Because they do not look after the tickets and fans very well at all, and that allows horrible scammers like this mob to operate. Wake up FIFA.

Last time I booked through them, the tickets to Real Sociedad vs. Bayer Leverkusen were waiting for me in my hotel just like they said they would. Excellent service. This site is safe, reliable and above board. Just booked with them again.

I ordered 4 tickets of Away Section each of £224 from onlineticketexpress 3 days ago of Arsenal v Manchester United which is going to be held on 22/01/2012 at London, Emirates Stadium.

The things is that despite its some negative review about this site on this site It has done great job in case of me. I just complete the purchased that day & today morning i got my all the tickets. Also i have found notification from their customer that my ticket has been delivered.

Hope this will be more fun for me.

My first choice for paying was Apple Pay, but it errors out twice. I switched to PayPal, which ultimately draws from the same checking account and it completed without error. Not a big deal for me, but I thought you'd like to know.

A very good discovery. I got two tickets to the Chelsea vs Dynamo Kiev match last november and I was amazed by their great deals and promotions. Looked around quite a while for reasonably priced tickets for Sunderland vs Crystal Palace and found exactly what I was wanted here at this website. If the tickets do indeed arrive on time, and if I do get the seats I ordered, then this will have indeed been worth it. So far, I am confident. They do send out the tickets "when they have them" which could mean very close to the match - 3 days prior, even.

Everything seems ok, but to have the electronic fee and then an almost 8$ service fee per ticket is outrageous. Most places have a 5-8$ service fee for the total transaction. I'll probably never use your site again unless I absolutely have too.

Was looking forward so much to watching Norwich v Tottenham, so I booked the tickets in advance and got them three days before the match. We had such a lovely time, good seats and all. I just went back to the website and made another booking.

I was great to be able to find tickets after show is sold out, but the service fees are ridiculous. I also wonder if this is a sight that goes in and buys up a bunch of tickets when they go on sale and then hikes the price up.

I was very cautious or nervous per say about buying my tickets online but the site was easy to navigate and I will just have to trust the fine print for what it says. Am super excited to go to this event.
