I have been using this service for booking football tickets for the last four games I went to. Booking is easy, usually taking about five to ten minutes, not including the time it takes the confirmation to arrive by email.
To date, tickets arrive like clockwork and the payment is as I expected.
I will continue booking with them.

Dont use them! Complete scam I did not receive any tickets for Man Utd match and was not told this until Two hours before the match. I had flown in from the Carinbbean and am out of pocket by $1000. I am still waiting for my refund. I doubt I will ever see it.

This was my first trip to England to watch a soccer game. The name was no joke. Super easy. The tickets were waiting for me at my hotel. I was also given updates on my order and was always answered by someone when I had a question. Will definitly use the site next time.

This company is a complete fraud. All of the positive reviews are created by the company and not customers. Bought tickets for Barcelona Madrid soccer game and they were never delivered. Very upsetting and stressful. Never, Never use this company. They are known scammers and I can't believe I was duped. They will keep sending you emails while you wait for the tickets promising you will receive the tickets. STAY AWAY!

My friends and I wanted to get tickets for a match in London. We bought the tickets online. We knew that there might be a chance that we will not seat together.
But surprisingly, we all sat together, we had a great view of the stadium and it was a lovely experience.

I found the tickets I wanted at a price I was wanting to pay! The site was very easy to navigate and communication was quick. The only wish is that I could've seen what seat numbers I was buying rather than just the section and aisle. I am attending the show with someone super tall and an aisle seat would've been preferred.

This website is just a scammers that I am dealing with now! How they still have a license to sell UEFA tickets! They should be ban! We booked a tickets with them category 1 gold for a Liverpool vs Porto game! They send us the tickets without any notice the worst category! After we contacted them (which was so hard in the first place and after so many phone calls they told us that they downgraded us! And we will receive a refund of 20 Euro! Can you imagine 20 Euro, the tickets we booked we 100 Euro more expensive then the cheapest one! And they told us that that's their last solution! How they can sell tickets that they don't have and give this refund without even informing us! And they are so hard to reach and to deal with!

Barcelona vs. real madrid (23.04.2017) 8 months before the event. Parents were in Madrid at 2 days before the event ( because of flights from Poland) and they got information that they won't get their tickets at 5pm on game day!

I hope should the tickets i purchase for this event coming on time means, not received on the last week of this event. Also what you need for so many information about yours clients, i believes not to share with another companies, I satisfy with your service.

Overpriced tickets and no service. They are actively in contact with you until they get your money. After that you do not get any service nor information. They take absolutely no responsibility of failing to deliver as agreed. Very, very poor service and unreliable company. DO NOT USE THEM!

Ordered tickets for Garth Brooks in a panic cause seats were filling. After, I received my email from online city tickets confirming my tickets but didn't tell me my seat and wouldn't get my tickets until two days before the show.

DONT use this teribble website. I had bad experience. I came along way from Bangkok for watched the football math btw Manchester City vs Newcascle on 19 of Nov. When we reached hotel, found out no ticket send to us. I called the call center, the guy said the ticket sent out already. I went to the stadium the staff there was very nice.He tried to help me to check which ticket is relate with the this agent but they couldnt find it. Then they told me, this web should be scam otherwise will can find the address that relate in the ticket. Dont use it.

My husband was bugging me to go to a soccer match with him while we are traveling abroad. So i wanted to surprise him by getting tickets. He didn't have a clue, only when we arrive to the hotel and was handed with an envelope with the tickets inside...

I had a terrible experience with onlineticketexpress.com. Trying not to be long, I bought my Roland Garros ticket for 170 euros to have them delivered to a relative's address in Paris. It should arrive three days before the event, and it did not. I contacted their support and they said that I should get the ticket before the event, which again did not happen. I lost my money and a lot of my holiday time chasing and waiting, it was all very frustrating. Now looking at reviews I learned that we should NEVER purchase anything on the web BEFORE reading reviews from the website.

Credit cards sometimes have a policy of reimbursing their customers victims of scams like this given it only happens every once in a while, so every one should try it. Then they will use their legal department to get some of the money back themselves and, most important, they may not do business with the website any longer. That will prevent other people from also being scamed and may run them out of business.

I bought my boyfriend tickets to the Manchester United vs Ipswich Town match for our 4 year anniversary gift given the fact that we were vacationing in the UK. He has been a long time Manchester United supporter and it was a huge surprise for him. I got the tickets by OnlineTicketExpress taking the recommendation of one of his friends. I bought tickets months before concert. First time I used the company so I was a little apprehensive. Tickets arrived earlier than I expected. They had someone else on them (which company stated could happen). They day of concert I was a bit worried if they were good tickets. So I found out I had nothing to worry about the tickets were good. We had a blast.
As for the service fee, a 3rd party business has to make monies. If you don't like it don't hit "Submit Order" and try to find tickets else for less.
I will do business with Online Ticket Express again. :)
