Site was easy to navigate. Would prefer to see the handling charges upfront but all ticket sites hide this "unsightly" detail. Also, charging for email delivery is a joke. The transmission costs you nothing.

“Fraud! Still waiting for refund”

Tickets for my football match Northern Ireland vs Netherlands on 16-11-2019 were cancelled on Thursday 14-11-2019 17:31. They told me I would receive the refund of my tickets (€548,-), but that it can take up to 30 working days, according to our T&C. Now already 1,5 years, and more than 30 reminders later, I still didn't receive any money back. This really feels like fraud, so my advise to anyone, don't buy anything from these guys!

I bought tickets for the french open for Wednesday is Monday 5pm and I do not know when I will get my tickets. I am calling all day and have no answer.

Do you think that if you unilaterally hurt customers and just ignore them, everything will be resolved?

There are a lot of people who have been scammed of tickets to the Champions League Final this time on Trustpilot.com

In your terms, if you don't get a ticket for me before the start of the game, you'll get a 25 percent reward, ignoring all of them and saying,

"You just have to get a refund and it's over." I'll collect the materials, share them on popular community websites and get lawyers to prepare

For international litigation. Your company, which is so brazen-faced with thousands of euros in damages, must be destroyed and destroyed.

Quickly call 82+10 9483 3798 to suggest a compensation plan.

I lost about 5000 euros in plane and hotel costs alone because of you and lost my precious time.

This is my story with Onlineticketexpress...
I wrote this letter to the Onlineticketexpress.com, after the event:

"Dear Sir,
I was deeply disappointed in your service from the beginning to the end. I have repented of ordering the ticket from your agency very much. You have decieved me very incorrectly. All you do is defrauding.
My problems with your service are the followings in detail:
1. You have charged me 332 pounds from my bank account instead of 279 pounds which was advertised on your web page.
2. I was offered a first class ticket for the price mentioned and I was given a seat behind the gate on the fourth floor.
3. It seemed to me you had had no intention to answer my e-mails, there was no phone number or contact given, to make sure not to travel to Manchester in vain.
The result of your behaviour was that I had been forced to correspond with Manchester United and the offical English consumer protection service. As a manager of a trading company I am in daily contact with the office.
Both of them gave me information about how to make an offical complaint. I feel that I am also the representative of great number of people who were swindled by you.
You can find a lot of negative oppinion about your business on the internet.
I demand you to pay half of the ticket price back in 15 days otherwise I will turn to the appropiate offices in Britain."

NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE...

They are actaully selling tickets fraudulently. Webought tickets for a game and the wrong tcikets were delivered.

They have now ceased to contact me when trying to chase a refulnd.

NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY - bought Chelsea vs Barc tickets back in Jan, flew 8 VIP guests out to the match and they cancelled my ticket order at 6.12pm ON THE NIGHT OF THE MATCH after lying to me all day that they would arrive by 5pm! The match started at 8.45pm.

DO NOT USE ONLINE TICKET EXPRESS. I booked 2 tickets for the French Open Men's semi-final 2012 on 9/3/12. As I was travelling from Australia, I was concerned that they had not arrived by mid-April. I called the company at this time after I discovered their poor reviews on the net and they told me not to worry-the tickets would be e-mailed to me "in around 2 weeks". I made a follow-up call at the start of May, and I spoke to the same 2 people. They now told me that the tickets would be released in mid-May. After questioning them about the legitimacy of the tickets, they hung up on me. Now I was was very anxious, as I had booked flights from Australia to Paris and hotels, etc. I made other arrangements and got hold of 2 real tickets for the event. I contacted my credit card company who refunded the money to me, pending an investigation.
2 days before the event on 8/6/12, I was emailed 2 tickets. I originally paid 'Online ticket express' 1328 Euro for 2 tickets. However these tickets were 120 Euro each. The e-mail stated that our names were attached to the tickets. As I had acquired 2 alternative tickets for the event, I did not try to use these tickets. Perhaps they were real, though I could not take the risk. Travelling from Australia, I had explained my obvious anxiety to the 2 people from Online ticket express, though they obviously did not care when I received the 'tickets' 2 days before the event.
The Roland Garros official website warns fans not to use this company. I have found them to be aggressive on the phone and very unprofessional. Please DO NOT use ONLINE TICKET EXPRESS!

TERRIBLE... ruined the first day of our honeymoon. Purchased football tickets to a 'Spurs match, discussed via email everything they needed to have the tickets dropped off at our hotel the day before. Proof through email that they confirmed this multiple times. From the time that we arrived at our hotel that night (tickets were not there) until 11am the next day (day of match - kick off 2:30) we talked to 3 different people that assured us the tickets would STILL be delivered to our hotel. From 11am-2pm the day of the match we tried to call again and there was no answer.

At 2:15 we gave up and went back to our room. At 2:30 (kick off) our hotel manager said someone called (they had this number the entire time) and said they had our tickets at White Hart lane and he was leaving if we weren't there in 5 minutes. (would have taken at least 20 min for us to get there)

Despite all of my calls and emails to them after the fact they either hung up the phone or ignored my emails. Even after discussing this with my lawyer, there was nothing we could do. Lost out on $580.

Im not good at english. But i will try to write a good review.

This is the biggest fraud ever.

I Went to England to watch Manchester united play.

I order 3 tickets. I got a emauil say that the 3 tickets has been shipped to the hotel.
I come to the hotel and got the letter from Onlineticketexpress, open it and see i got TWO membercard with someone else name on it.
I order 3 got 2.

Called the support and they just say we can't do anything, we shipped 3 tickets.
So me and my father go to the match (without my broteher because we just got 2 tickets). When we got to old trafford we couldent get in to the match because you had to have papper tickets to the membercards.

When i called support once more they told me i have recived papper tickets to.

The only thing the do i lie.

I lost 456 euro.

SO DONT buy From them, they will take your money.

I have sent them 6 email, got zero answer.

OMG! I really wished I have read these review before I decided to purchase my wimbeldon man's final tickets! I have paid for the tickets back in may, then keep calling them and emailing them and LIVE chatting them to ask where are my debenture tickets ( we paid over 5500 euros for these tickets) they told me that they will be deliver a few days before the match not to worry!
Then the tickets came, we were so happy! Show up today at wimbeldon, then we were refused entry at the gate!

The tickets they sold us were ILLEGAL! Turn out, they send us public ballot tickets ( which cannot be resold) only debenture tickets can be resold!

So wimbeldon confiscated my tickets and I called the web site, I called all their numbers they just tell me " BE available" we will get you replacement tickets

I waited for 30 minutes, menawhile the match started, then I got an email saying my tickets is at some pick up point, if I do not get there within the next 5 minutes, the tickets will be consider delivered! And no refund, final deal!

Meanwhile the live chat guy hung up on me, and every single phone number no one answer!

I am going to sue them for fraud, sicne they know that these tickets cannot be resold and they still sold them to me!

" BLOODY CROOKS " is the only word I have for them, on 28-03-18 i had booked a ticket with them my order no was ******* & I paid 481 Euros ( 4 Tickets) for the match between Real Madrid vs CD Leganes to be played on 29-04-18, they promised to delver the tickets to my hotel in Madrid, the match got preponed to 28-04-18 so they said that they will return 65 percent of the amount to me, its been nearly a year that I have been writing to them for the refund but no response at all, I sincerely advise everybody to avoid these Crooks & spread the word about them. Thanks Vinod Chhabria, Bangalore, India.

I travelled from South Africa to watch the Carling Cup final at Wembley, I purchased my match tickets 10 days before the match with the cinfirmation to deliver the tickets to the hotel 1 day before the match. Needless to say I did not receive the tickets the day before, instead on the day of the match I was told by the customer support person it will be delivered 2 hours before the match, this did not happen. I phoned numerous times only to be rudely informed that the tickets were delived, 1 hour before the match the manager of the hotel contacted the customer support agent, he informed her to send me to the stadium, I got to the location as the match started and found no one with tickets. I have tried to contact them since with no reply. DON'T BE FOOLED THERE IS NOTHING EXPRESS OR ONLINE ABOUT THESE FRAUDULENT THIEVES.

My recommendation- don't ever purchase anything from this site!
We bought tickets to the match Arsenal Vs. Westham, which was suppose to take place at boxing day 2012. We flew from Israel to LOndon to see the game, but few days before our arrival the game has been postpond. We've been told we won't get our money back, because those are the terms. O. k.
We asked them to deliver the tickets to the new game (which took pace yesterday, Jenuary 23,2013)
We called them all day and at the costumer service we've been told that the tickets will arrive later, and that they will call us with a answer later on.
Off course they didn't call, or texted. We tried calling them all afternoon but no answer. We didn't get those match tickets.
Few minutes ago my husband called them to understand why we didn't get the tickets o at least got a phone call, they told him they tried to reach him few times but he didn't answer (that's a lie- he didn't get any phone calls)
And that they sent us an e-mail before the match that a representative is waiting with our tickets outside their office. Needless to say- we didn't get any e-mail of that kind.
Because of their story, they won't return our money.
I'll never ever buy tickets from them again, and i hope so will you...
