Site was easy to navigate. Would prefer to see the handling charges upfront but all ticket sites hide this "unsightly" detail. Also, charging for email delivery is a joke. The transmission costs you nothing.
Tickets for my football match Northern Ireland vs Netherlands on 16-11-2019 were cancelled on Thursday 14-11-2019 17:31. They told me I would receive the refund of my tickets (€548,-), but that it can take up to 30 working days, according to our T&C. Now already 1,5 years, and more than 30 reminders later, I still didn't receive any money back. This really feels like fraud, so my advise to anyone, don't buy anything from these guys!
I will not go into too much detail, but want to confirm the other reviews of this web site. I purchased tickets to the Arsenal v. Liverpool game about seven weeks before a planned trip to London, and a few days later received an e-mail telling me that the date of the game had been changed to the day I was leaving London, and asking me to "PLEASE CONFIRM YOU ARE COMING TO THE MATCH." (All caps in the original.) I immediately responded that I could not attend and that tickets should not be purchased for me. Again, this is seven weeks before the match. I received a response saying that the order was complete and final and that the tickets had been purchased at my own risk. (So why ask me to confirm that I was coming to the match?) I responded that if the tickets had been purchased, I wanted them shipped to me so I could resell them. Sorry, they said, tickets are delivered one or two days before the match. I told them I could not accept this and would dispute their charge with my credit card company. After a delay of ten days, I received a response making the laughable assertion that the tickets were not printed until one wek before the match. Yes, right, a match at Emitrates Stadium with 60,000 people attending, and the tickets are not printed until one week before the game! The absurdity of that response removed all doubt: These people are nothing but scammers. Stay away.
In January 2013 I purchased 2 tickets for Liverpool vs Chelsea game on the 21st April 2013 and paid almost Eur600 for them. As soon as I entered my credentials on their site I got a phone call to help me with the ordering process and they gave me a sterling service up untill I gave them my money! As soon as I paid I heard nothing else from them. It took me weeks of badgering just to get some kind of reply via email, and still it did not confirm my ticket purchase. I had to go through my bank to request a copy of the purchase agreement. I bought flights and accomodation in liverpool (approx a further Eur1500) and travelled there (from Malta). Tickets were supposed to be delivered to my accomodation. No tickets arrived. During a call with one of their reps, I was told that their 'agent' did not deliver and they had no tickets for me. They wanted to give me tickets to another game in another state! I insisted for a full refund and they said its not their policy and they cannot. They said I can use the money on another game some other time! - BEWARE - credit has an expiry date of 180 days and only 50% can be used against ticket prices! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ticket prices are tenfold inflated and you never get what you pay for. They are also operating from other sites. I cannot understand how in todays day and age these companies are still allowed to operate! Their terms and conditions are 100% in favour of them and go against all consumer rights!
Booked tickets to the Real Madrid/Manchester City Uefa cup game in Madrid several months in advance and planned a big father/son overseas trip to Spain to surprise my son with his first ever stadium attendance.
Paid for the tickets (and the travel) two months in advance and continued to wait for the tickets to arrive. But I kept getting emails from this fraudulent site informing that tickets will be issued 2-3 days ahead of the game.
I waited patiently until the said date which was now days before our flights and onlineticketexpress.com kept sending confirmation emails on how to receive our tickets. They asked for residence addresses, emails and phone numbers which made me feel that this is a legit business and not a scam, and professional enough to honor their offering online.
A day before our departure we received an email stating that there was some problem with the ticket vendor so the tickets will be issued on the day of the game electronically and all I needed to do was to download them on my mobile phone a couple of hours ahead of the game.
We arrived in Spain after 8 hours flying on the day of the game and only 3 hours ahead of the kick off time I receive an email stating that my tickets did not arrive from the vendor and my order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued back to me in 30 working days!?
They now do not respond to emails, or to the fake phone number they have on their website and when trying to contact them through their online chat line on their website to request help and justification... The chat operator simply says that they are only helping with new sales orders and any issue should be referred back to the non responsive email and fake phone contact.
Net result... I am down 400, my credit card details remain with a scam site and I have a very disappointed son that has learnt his first lesson in what theft means. Instead of enjoying a good game and a short family vacation.
Please stay away from this very disappointing site. And do not be misguided by their higher than average review scores. If u read deeper into their scores you will notice that many of their reviews are from fake postings or hired reviewers who help keep their averages higher.
Its fast and easy and very detailed oriented. I'm looking forward to the concert and having it going through this easily makes me even more excited
Went to the box office and they were sold out. Your site had the best selection of tickets at a reasonable price compared to other sites.
It was easy to use but would be better if you could see what the view of the stage looked like from the seats before buying.
