Site was easy to navigate. Would prefer to see the handling charges upfront but all ticket sites hide this "unsightly" detail. Also, charging for email delivery is a joke. The transmission costs you nothing.
Tickets for my football match Northern Ireland vs Netherlands on 16-11-2019 were cancelled on Thursday 14-11-2019 17:31. They told me I would receive the refund of my tickets (€548,-), but that it can take up to 30 working days, according to our T&C. Now already 1,5 years, and more than 30 reminders later, I still didn't receive any money back. This really feels like fraud, so my advise to anyone, don't buy anything from these guys!

We book 82 tickets for our group in Spain VS Chile match on 18 Jun. We dealed with tickonet.com (Mario Estrada) where suddenly dissapear 2 weeks before match. We try to find any info and we realize they all related (easysportstickets, onlineticketsexpress, etc) and i was so scary when reading all the reviews about these companies. We try to call all the call center number we got from website, we tried very hard and from thousands call we made, we only manage to call 3 times (1 is Brazil call center ms. Laura, and 2 times is France call center Ms. Anna) all call center is dissapointed me because the way they reply is only wait and wait but they DONT WANT to give any contact or number in Brazil. It made us like stupid if any delay of deliveries we just can wait. So stupid company treat customer like this. After a long2 waiting finally ticket arrived at 9 PM on 17 Jun but here is the worst part:
1.03 tickets they sent were fake tickets which cause my guests rejected to enter stadium
2. I ordered 34 tickets cat 1 but they gave 34 tickets cat 2
3. I ordered 48 tickets cat 2 but they gave 48 tickets cat 3!
Now i am trying to call them asking from refund, we send email but no reply at all. And i can see these rubbish company do not have good willing to their customer.
Even they FINALLY sent the tickets but the way they treat us, i can say they are liar and thief.
And based on my experience i strongly suggest you never buy anything from them. Even all good reviews i dont believe at all, because if we notice all good review suddenly coming up together and always 5 star given. Not 4star or 3 star. So i think it is one of their staff to increase their rate in sitejabber. Be careful guys. They are really well plan criminal. The way we can do tell people as many as we can to STOP buying anything from their websites

How stupid I am that I did not read the comments before. Just came back from Munich where I was expecting to get my two 1 Category tickets to UEFA Final Chelsea - Buyer Minich. The story was very similar to the most of the stories written here. I ordered the tickets, paid huge amount of money (4300 Euro), got confirmation, signed returned back to them and they promised to deliver it to my home address to Spain. I bought the flight tickets, booked the hotel and was expecting to get the tickets. I start worrying two days before flight they we did not get the tickets. It seems a bit strange how the answer and speak the phone. I felt some scam at that moment but did not pay attention to it. Question of trust. When we were going to Munich 18.05.2012 (one day before the match) from the 15th attempt we riches the tracking department by the phone and they told that we don't have to be worried and they will deliver the tickets to the hotel in Munich, but we have to sign a new form. From the airplane it was really hard to arrange it but we did what they asked and arrived to Munich. So, we did not get the tickets in the hotel, I was calling them more than 100 times, to different numbers, there were no answer, when two hours befor the match They pickup the phone. They told me that they have a problem with their partners and the order have to be cancelled. But don't worry we'll return all your money... But this is not the end of the story. We understood that we were deceived a and decided to go to the stadium and to try to find the tickets their. We were not lucky and we did not find the tickets but 30 minutes before kick off we got an email from accounting team of onlineticketexpress saying that we can collect our tickets in the box office in Alianz Arena. And if we will not pick it up they will not return money to us. We were 5 minutes away from the box office in that time and felt a bit of luck,... But when we came there there were no tickets to our name... This is the end of the story.
Please, anybody could give us the advice from your previous experience what to do now. Did anybody get money back? As I understand from all the comments there is no chance to get money back.

I ordered two VIP Silver tickets to Chelsea-Barcelona in Barcelona on their web-site. Later I found that I need to accept their Terms and Conditions which are basically one big scam. I did a search for the references and found that onlineticketexpress has a zero rating and everybody reports it as a scam. I called my credit card company and they gave me clear instructions on how to deal with this guys. Bank liked that I did one good thing when made the order - I wrote them that I want the tickets to be delivered to my address one day before the match. Bank gave a list of instructions on how to proceed with OTE. Of course, there was not tickets delivered on the due date. Instead I got a call from OTE asking to come to Barcelona to pick up the tickets. I told them what my bank told me - I wrote them a letter that OTE accepted the condition to deliver the tickets to home address and failed. I wrote them that I'm talking to bank and bank is willing to pay me the money back immediately and will settle the rest directly with OTE as part of credit card agreement. I also wrote them that I will be in Barcelona and this is their last chance - if they fail I will add travel and accomodation costs. No reaction at all. I came to Barcelona with no hope to get to the match, but I called them around noon and gave them my hotel details. Surprisingly, when I came to the hotels I got two tickets to the match. Clearly, thosre were regular tickets to Barca fan sector, though the location was much better than that of VIP Silver - just 10 raws away from the field and just in the centre, so I could see everything and smell the grass. Painfull, extremely risky, buy it worked for me. Not sure I want to go again for such experience for my own money.

I ordered two tickets for Tottenham vs Manchester United - 16th January 2011 (Away Section).
I paid over two hundred pounds a ticket + handling charges. I was then over charged £60 on the amount I agreed to pay on my car - which was already a rip off!
I received a confirmation email, signed it and sent it them back promptly. I thought all was in order until a week before the game. I tried contacting them in there 'Live Support' facility. There was never anybody in the 'Uk Dept" to speak to and after 5 or six phone calls - of which I was cut off everytime it began to sink in... I've been had!
So one day I kept copying/pasting my message on there live support facility, and guess what... after about two hours of pestering them repeatedly, THERE WAS SOMEONE IN THERE OFFICES! A girl called Alicia spoke to me and confirmed the tickets were on their way.
I never received the tickets but a received a phone call the day before stating they didnt have the tickets i wanted (away) but could supply home tickets. I quickly cancelled my order and said I wanted my money back.
Then I had to repeat the copy/paste scenerio until someone answered me before Alicia came to life again and assured me the funds would be in my account in 3/5 working days. I was paid back £30 more then the amount they over charged me.
Wouldnt recommend it as a way of making money!
NEVER NEVER USE THIS SITE! YOU'LL BE LET DOWN! MAY ASWEL GO TO THE GROUND AND PAY TOUT PRICES - SAME PRICE AND THERE LEGITIMITE!

On July 24th 2010 I booked two tickets for the Manchester United v. Everton match to be held on Saturday, 23rd April at Old Trafford through Onlineticketexpress.com at a cost of £198.00 (£168.00 for two tickets and £30.00 booking fee). I had to sign a contract they emailed to me, scan it and email it back to them. In the contract it stated that the tickets would be shipped to me at my address in Guernsey 3-5 days before the date of the event. I then booked two return flights Guernsey/Manchester for myself and my son (this was for his 17th birthday present) and a twin room at The Copthorne Hotel, Clippers Quay, Manchester for two nights. On the Monday before leaving (18th April 2011) I emailed the site to ask for confirmation that my tickets would be received at my home address in time for departure on Friday, 22nd April 2011. I was told this could not be guaranteed. After pointing out that in the contract it said the tickets would be shipped 3-5 days prior to date of event and getting nowhere the male member of staff hung up on me! I tried to get through again and eventually spoke to a female member of staff who was just as unhelpful. I asked to speak to a manager and was told to 'hang on' which I did for 8 minutes listening to music and then realised I wasn't being put through to anyone! Both these people said if I gave my hotel address they would ship the tickets there so I phoned a third time and eventually got through again and was told to provide my hotel address by email, which I did. I received confirmation that the tickets would be shipped to the hotel and that there would have to be someone there to sign (which I checked with the hotel reception and they sign for delivery to guests). On arrival at the hotel last Friday, 22nd April there was nothing for me; still nothing on Saturday morning (23rd April). I have emailed Onlineticketexpress.com asking them to contact me to arrange reimbursement of £198.00 but I am not holding my breath. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

I bougth four tickets to the Mondial games. Two if them had arrived to Israel, about the two others, they told me they will send it to the hotel in Moscow. A day before, i still got nothing. They told me that im supposed to get an email when deliverd. Sure enougth, from the evening before and whole day long the day after, no possibility to reach them by fhone, no respone to emails. At around 2.5 hours before the game had started, they sent me an email that their representative is at the place, and i have to contact him to get the tickets. I called, he told me ha is on the way, shouted at me. An hour later, when he got their, at least that is what he said, he was telling me where he stands. I couldnt understand, i texted him, he didnt text back. Ten times i tryed to call him, he said the location, i couldnt understand, and emidiatly hanged up. At 3pm, when the game already started, i got a text message from the company about the location of this guy. Understand? After the game had started. I could do nothing with that already, my husband didnt find the place and when he called to the guy, he said many things. Dont use this horrible company of cheaters!
