I've never purchased tickets from other than Ticketmaster outlets before. This was a time saver, and as long as they're "no hassle at the door" I'm a happy camper!

I bought 1 ticket for Fulham vs Hamburg and paid 171 EUR. 10 days before the event they told they can't ship the tickets only personal pick up would work. That was the first time I thougt thar there is something wrong. On the phone the employees were uncredible unfriendly and not helpful. But they promised that the tickets are there just because of the vulcan chaos they can't ship. At the pick up point in Fulham nobody from them showed up. I booked a flight and everything and then these company tretated me like a piece of $#*!. What legal actions can I take?

Reliable and easy! Received my tickets via email within 2 days! Secure site, no issues with credit card fraud. Tickets look authentic... but I guess I can't be sure until the day of the event.

Fees are a bit to high. I Should charge an incoming fee on my end for receiving your digital tickets. Makes me want to open a competitive theatre in the Neighborhood! Steal the show(s)!

I buy tickets for the Everton/WestHam match 19th october. I prepaid by creditcard two weeks earlier. The company guaranteed that the tickets should be delivered to the hotel I stayed in in Manchester well in advance of the match. That did`t happend. I got several emails and phone calls with various conflicting messages. At the start of the match I got the tickets but it incurred a huge extra expense for me which they refused to refund.

No improvement, no refund, nothing.
A shame!
They have several times confirmed that refund was on its way... which one I don't know, for sure not mine.

All good for me! After purchasing my tickets, I went to another site and their price was double! Also like having access to seating chart when purchasing.

We bought three tickets to the UCL semifinal Barcelona - Liverpool on May 1st on Camp Nou. The tickets were delivered on the day on the match and we had a wonderful experience.
Overall, our experience was a good one. Indeed, some things other reviews complain about were true for us, too: the price was more than double the original one; the seats were not together, actually one of them was behind the opposite goal; waiting for the tickets until a few hours before the game was AGONY.
BUT all these are minor inconveniences when it comes to such huge events, for which the high demand makes it impossible to get tickets in any other way (like the official website).
So overall, COMPLETELY WORTH IT.

This site is SUPER fast if you want to think you are paying one price and end up paying another. Bought tickets for "$70/each" NO SERVICE FEE WAS POSTED, THEY GAVE ME NO TOTAL. Then I found out I paid $190.20 for TWO tickets.
I didn't realize this site was not the venue's site because that is what I had googled.
They have a "100% satisfaction guarantee" and yet all prices are final.
I found out I could have purchased almost the exact same tickets for $15/each and even if they would have charged me $60 for a service fee it would still be $100.00 less than this POS site.

Fast effective and fully satisfied. I booked the tickets and they arrived in good time.
Our seats were really close and we had the most fantastic evening!
