Site was easy to navigate. Would prefer to see the handling charges upfront but all ticket sites hide this "unsightly" detail. Also, charging for email delivery is a joke. The transmission costs you nothing.
Tickets for my football match Northern Ireland vs Netherlands on 16-11-2019 were cancelled on Thursday 14-11-2019 17:31. They told me I would receive the refund of my tickets (€548,-), but that it can take up to 30 working days, according to our T&C. Now already 1,5 years, and more than 30 reminders later, I still didn't receive any money back. This really feels like fraud, so my advise to anyone, don't buy anything from these guys!
DO NOT USE AT ALL COST. THE COMPANY HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATED IN ANDORA, MALTA, AND NOW THE UK. YOU ARE AN IDIOT IF YOU DO. A GROUP OF US WAS CONNED BY THIS COMPANY IN DECEMBER 2012. We filed a case in Andorra but they could not find the managing director or the ID has no registered address. The company has accounts in Malta and other EU countries but they are constantly closing the accounts and using bogus names that cannot be accounted for with no permanent address. THIS IS A BIG SCAM. DON'T BE SO SO DUMB.
Ordered tickets for the Disney on ice! I was very helpful and easy. Will buy again. The instant download is great because I don't have to wait for the tickets. It should have been in my name though.
I had never ordered tickets through OnlineTicketExpress. The tickets were delivered to a secure location since I was not home during the delivery attempts, and there were no problems with anything!

Onlineticketsexpress is a terrible company that regularly defrauds customers.
Onlineticketsexpress.com's customer service is nonexistant and of no help.
The tickets often are not delivered at all or are FAKE or are not the tickets that were purchased (terrible seats when the customer paid for category 1).
They have a policy of VIOLATING THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS. They advertise that tickets will be shipped 3 to 5 days before the event, but according to customer service the actual policy is to deliver them 1 day before the event or zero days before the event to a pick up location near the event.

They are a bait and witch company.
They failed to deliver tickets, lied about it three times, and then gave me the worse seat in the house when I paid for the best.
Please note their terms and conditions, WHERE THEY TELL YOU THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT.

Very easy site to use but the service charges are way out of line. I expected to pay m ore for the tickets, but the service charge will stop me in the future from using this site. A double whammy...
The representative was very helpful and very polite. He answered all of my questions. He gave me different options and went above and beyond to help us get our tickets. He also found us a great deal.

Bought two tickets in Oct 16 for Real Madrid and Barcelona paid Eur 1,004 was advised that the tickets will arrive at 5pm on 23/04, they never arrived and I'm still waiting for the refunds. I flew to Madrid from Australia and they managed to ruin my holiday. DON"T EVER USE THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE THIEVES
Ridiculous to charge for an eticket delivery, it doesn't cost the seller. Also SO overpriced on the fees-but I"m buying for someone else. I would NEVER use this site!
I was really frightened not to get my tickets for the Real Madrid´s match against Celta from Vigo in Santiago Bernabeu´s stadium on the 20 th october! After i had finished my transaction i had the bad idea to look for the reliability of this site... I nearly panicked because of the reviews! We were going to London and Paris, from Uruguay (South America) with my son of 21 years old in his first time to Europe. Ending our trip in Madrid for one day his last breath taking experience would be watching this match! When in the morning I rang my hotel in Madrid where we were arriving in the night...(the match was the next day)it was a pleasure to find out that my tickets were there for us.! I can´t say people who rank this site as a fraud are wrong but i imagine that more people had good experiences and never wrote about them... normally when you are very angry about something that didn´t come out as you expected everyone tends to write, but not when results are positive! That´s why i, m´writing today my review, i wouldn´t be fair if i didn´t!
