A friend of mine suggested me to join a singles cruise on my upcoming spring break. Last summer he joined one of those cruises and I thought: why not? The cruise line that I chose asked me to provide a birth certificate upon boarding, as the passport wasn't required. I was in a rush, so looking online, I found this company. I didn't have any problem at all to receive my certificate in time. Now all I have to do is enjoy my cruise trip. The countdown has begun!
Getting married might look wonderful but it requires to prepare so many things at the same time. One of the things I had to take care of was my birth certificate. I thought it would be a tedious experience but having the chance to complete the online application form at home was amazing because I didn't have to go anywhere. It was more complicated choosing my wedding bouquet than obtaining my birth certificate!

You can get the same service for free right from the state website.
Do yourself a favor and fill out the real application on the real website with real live help when you need it. And the best part is you only pay for the birth certificate.
On March 22 I ordered a birth certificate application package for $40 which can be downloaded for free from the California government website. The application package I received had a pdf of free documents, a shipping label and nearby notaries which anyone could've googled to find for free.
In addition to misleading promises about services on their website, I have not yet received my copy of my sons birth certificate. It would have been faster to go to the actual office and wait in line rather than use this website. The only thing this service has done is waste my time and I pay them for that. I am very dissatisfied and feel scammed.
This company appears to be government affiliated. You fill out the application and they charge you $47. They send you an application to fill out for you certificate, then you have to pay another fee. After contacting them they say the $47 is a service fee. They are not government affiliated. BEWARE! Do not use this company. They have all my information now. After realizing I went back to the website. It has in very small print that they are not government affiliated. But the we site has the American Flag and US. Very deceiving.
Don't use this company! I paid $49 for a birth certificate pdf document that's free on dept of health website. I reported the fraud to my bank and had the charges returned, but it was still a hassle. Make sure you use your states dept of health web site to get the documents you need. This company piggybacks onto those sites to make you believe it's a legitimate transaction, but then you get nothing once the payment goes through. Stay away!
Not long ago, I decided to move from my hometown Ashford to the city of Montgomery in Alabama. And we all know the inconvenience of having to move. During the move, I lost several things, including my birth certificate. As you never know when you may need to provide additional proof of identity for a job or a bank related issue, I decided to get a new one. I trusted this company for it and honestly, I had a satisfying experience. Of course, it wasn't the easiest thing in the world because you have to fill the form by yourself, but anyway, I've got it.
Do not, I repeat do not use this company! They are not legitimate at all. Call the county you need the birth certificate from. They will have you download your application for Free you should only be paying for the certified copy, which mine was 20$. This company does not even have a legit phone number. SCAMMERS!
A careful after the fact read of their site and emails shows what I was actually paying for. They don't ultimately provide records, but are an application preparation service. It turns out that their service was as advertised. The day after I placed my order with them, I received a pdf copy of an application to the state department of health for the requested record along with instructions on how to mail it and the check for payment to that state. In short, I spent $47 to have this organization do what I could have done and eventually did do directly with that state organization... online. Again, read carefully!
A complete waste of money. They provided no support, did not speed up the process and should not be allowed to be in business. Do not waste your money or time. Go directly to the department you need to deal with. These guys are a rip off.
If I could give this company negative stars, I definitely would! I was charged $47.50 by this site for doing absolutely nothing! I thought by entering my personal information and paying the fees, I'd be getting the ordered birth certificates. Instead, I am now worried that a dishonest company has my personal information and now I have to pay an additional $40 to get the 3 birth certificates I ordered. $87.50 for 3 birth certificates?! I am so angry that an actual company like this exists and that it is "legal".
I have gone through a complicated moment, my mother died because of the COVID19 and in these moments it is complicated to do the paperwork for the confinement, I was searching by internet which was the best option and I got onlinevitalus it was the best option, they did everything for me online, I didn't have to leave my house and in 7 days I got my mother's death certificate. At times like this, this kind of service is appreciated.

Thought I was going to get my mother-in-law's Birth Certificate - site doesn't let you know they aren't the one and then you have to pay another $40+ to get what you need - will definitely not use again. "Let the buyer beware". Only gave it 1 star because it would not allow me to not rate.

This website is disappointing and dishonest. A scam! I was charged $47 twice since I needed two birth certificates. So they sent me an email with a blank document(after I had already filled everything out through their website) which said to print, and fill out the document and then Pay again for what I thought I was already paying for through their website. It's a huge scam and they shouldn't be allowed to do what they're doing. Don't fall for it
This site charges $47. You don't get a certificate. You get the same form you find for free on the state website and instructions to mail it along with a check for whatever the state fee is. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. This hack now has my son's information and my credit card number! Probably an ID theft scam too!
They make it seem as though your getting a copy of a birth certificate, all they do is send you a free application, it would be the same as paying $47 dollars to print a copy of a vehicle registration when al you have to do is walk into the DMV for the same thing free! You get nothing but the same piece of paper you can get online at any vital location, save yourself the trouble.
What's all the hype about... Trust me i was real sceptical after reading all the reviews but went ahead & tried them for myself... I must admit i waited for almost an hour before i got anyone on the phone... guy took my information & told me it would be $72... i placed a order@ or around 5pm on a tuesday & received my Birth certificate that thursday... I'm very satisfied with this service impressed the - out of me... now i can go to the secretary of state & get my temporary permit to drive again... If you can order by phone then do it instead of by mail... its alot faster process...
