I want my money back. I thought this was Vital Chek website when I was applying for my sons birth certificate and ended up paying $49. I haven't received the birth certificate or my money back. Looked into it and it has no phone number and no email address. I've got no reply back and no answers. Beware of this website OnlineVitalUs.com its a scam and there headquarters are in Spain. And they do there transactions in some country in Badalona wherever that is located at.
I was dreading going through the process of getting my daughter's birth certificate but luckily I found onlinevitalus.com who made the whole application so simple with customized instructions for my state and I knew exactly what I needed to present, how much to pay and they completed the application for me. Excellent service and super fast!
For $39 all I got was a blank application form. They couldn't even transfer the information into the form. And I still have to pay the state another $20 to get the certificate. Disgusting " business" practice. WARNING BUYER BEWARE!

I don't understand how they still in business. I was looking for help to get my wife birth certificate and I paid $39 for strictly NOTHING!
I could understand to pay some services fees but come on, these guys don't even have a phone number and they never replied to my emails!
They sent me an application with wrong information and they ask me to pay again to the state!
WTF they are based in Spain!? How could we trust people from abroad to manage my MOST IMPORTANT documents...

There is no way to talk to a person and they do not respond to an email. I want my money back for this non service. They get NO STARS
On March 22 I ordered a birth certificate application package for $40 which can be downloaded for free from the California government website. The application package I received had a pdf of free documents, a shipping label and nearby notaries which anyone could've googled to find for free.
In addition to misleading promises about services on their website, I have not yet received my copy of my sons birth certificate. It would have been faster to go to the actual office and wait in line rather than use this website. The only thing this service has done is waste my time and I pay them for that. I am very dissatisfied and feel scammed.
