I feel like a fool giving this company vital personal information

Attention to their confirmation email
That stated, "Once the review is complete,
You will receive your mistake-free application along with the personalized
Instructions so YOU CAN COMPLETE THE PROCESS." They do absolutely nothing. One can do the same thing for free by contacting the appropriate vital records department in the county in which one was born.
When the payment wouldn't go through after using safari and chrome web browsers, I happened to call a phone number for the state I was trying to retrieve my docs... I was advised by the person in the state department, that "onlinevitalus" was NOT associated w/the US state, at all! I called the BBB, they said only deal w/". Gov" extensions. This co. Is NOT in the US, it is IN SPAIN! Hopefully, I won't get scammed on my cc nor my personal info. Am thinking of calling the FBI and or anywhere else I can to check these guys out!
Looks like I got bent over like the rest before finding these reviews, make you think your 47$ goes to the purchase of a certificate, IT DOES NOT, a legitimate business (which this is NOT) would state the fees up front, I'm sure somewhere in the fine print or linked from other pages stating additional fees, be a real honest business you idiots, this is why the world is F#&ed up, because of morons running companies like these.
I recently used this site. I even read positive reviews, I paid the $47 and did the required notary paperwork and I waited a very long time almost a month just to get it returned stating they DID NOT receive any payment. BEYOND PISSED 0 STARS!
Totally don't need this service. They charge you for something that you can do for free!

They say they are going to get your certificate for you but that is not true! All they do is send you a link to get the paperwork which you have to print and fill in what they didn't, pay more money to he state of your birth, then send it in yourself! Meanwhile they have your $49! DO NOT GET SCAMMED!
They are charging for the same form you can download yourself. Paying them money doesn't purchase a copy of anything but a form you can fill out yourself. DO NOT USE... make sure you are on your state's website and order from them directly, or from a company they are using to handle requests... NOT FROM SCAM ARTISTS!
I want my money refunded! How can you even have this kind of website, much less a concious. They took $49.00 off my debit card then proceeds to tell me I have to send in another $15.00 for each copy.
Well my dispute over their charge to my Old Card is still active. I did immediately cancel the card they charged to and subscribed to 2 Credit Monitoring services. On the day I was taken my card was charged $49.00, the next day, after I cancelled my card they recharged the same card $49.49. The Bank returned my money and I have use of it pending the outcome of the dispute. If you plan on fighting this type of scam there are a few things you can do to increase your chances of getting your cash back. Save all E-mails you receive, take Screen Shots of all information, i. E. Charges, receipt numbers, everything from the website itself and if you can check your bank account online, what you are billed by them and check it often. If you can catch them increasing their charges to you it will help. My spam emails have skyrocketed and most are pretty sick, the Monitoring services have notified and saved my information Twice from being sold on the Dark Web and my Bank now asks me to OK every charge to my new card before it goes through. Sounds like a lot of trouble but it's really not, I'd rather have this minor inconvenience than letting some scammers rip off my hard earned money. I'll give one last update when this business is concluded at the end of my 45 day dispute period.
This site is a joke. I had my wife go online to help me get a copy of my birth certificate. I live in Virginia but was born in Maryland. She did her credit card here for 47.00 and they emailed her the paperwork to mail to Maryland. She did that and had to pay Maryland an extra ten dollars. Well they rejected it because I had an out of state id. I called the Maryland office and the lady said I can go to any Health and Human services and I could get a copy within 15 minutes. I went ahead and drove one hours to Maryland and when I got there she said no problem, just fill out this form. It turns out to be the same form these clowns sent my wife in an email for 47.00... What a joke. So I end up in Maryland and it took a whole ten minutes and I got my certificate. So what I am saying, is these clowns just send you the paperwork. You have to send the completed paperwork with a self addressed stamped envelope to the state. Just avoid paying these scammers the 47.00 and go print the form off the computer.
I HAD TO STOP PAYMENT AND REORDER ANOTHER CREDIT CARD BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE. BEWARE! THEY CHARGED ME $49 AND ALL THEY SENT ME WAS A FORM STATING I HAD TO SEND $15 WITH THE FORM THAT'S WHEN I REALIZED IT WAS A SCAM. OMG! IM SO PISSED

My wife and filled out all the paper work they required, made a copy of our Drivers license and had all paper work notarized as requested by the scam artists. Mailed it to NYC HEALTH DEPARTMENT OFFICE OF VITAL RECORDS 125 WORTH STREET CN4 RM. 133 NEW YORK NY *******. This was on OCTOBER 29,2018. WE ARE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND REPORTING THIS COMPANY FROM SPAIN.
They charge you $47 to type up a form that you can mail in your self! Go directly through your state/county or through vitalcheck I just wasted money :(
$47 to fill out a form and send it to me for me to mail in Thieves Beware. I was trying to get a copy of my birth certificate from NYC, every link was directed to their website.
I'm really happy with the service onlinevitalus gave me. I had a lot of doubts and they were really helpful and gave me all the instructions on how to get my certificate.
All this site does is have you fill out an online form, that they then use to write your into into the actual state form, then they send you a link to a pdf version of the state form with your into already in there. Then YOU have to finish filling it out, THEN you have to PAY the state fees and mail it in on your own. You basically game the company $49 to show you where the application is, which is online/free to obtain. I thought they actually went and got the certificate for you, paid the fees, and mailed it to you. If I knew they literally did NOTHING I would have printed and sent in the form for just $25. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT USE!
Make sure and check first with the state you need any documentation from. This sight says that they comply with all states, however it's false information. Check with your state first!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. SCAM SITE. They charge you $47 to mail you back a free application. The site isnt even based in the USA. There is no way to contact anyone to ask for a refund - you just get sent on a round-a-bout of emails.
