Their replies are a generic reply and was no refunds no refunds no refund is all they have to say. They told me subscriptions are still on, obviously because it hidden. They didn't even tell me that the subscription was hidden under a freaking tab that you had to click five times to find. I would avoid only fans like the plague. You'll never get your money back they don't care about you they treat you like garbage the content is horrible and sometimes borderline illegal they're pushing Little 18 year Olds on their bday. Come on America this site should be Shut Down. They got back to me and told me to screw off. They hide their subscriptions even though you have subscriptions turned off on your profile it doesn't matter it still Auto renews that's not good enough you have to go into some other hidden tab. I signed up for one monthly subscription. I turned off auto subscribe immediately even took my credit card information out once it was billed. What happens a month later, after i forgot all about it. I'm getting billed twenty bucks even though I turned off auto subscription even though I took my credit card information out of there. Their still fraudulently charging me. I would recommend it to anybody not use this site do not put your credit card information it is impossible to get ahold of somebody nobody replies to your emails and you have no way of getting a refund even though they're fraudulently charging everybody. I hate this freaking website or any site they preys on Americans. I wish I would have never put any of my information and all they do is take take and take the website is inconvenient to use the servers are super slow.

ONLYFANS IS NOT SECURE, WIRE FRAUD IS HAPPENING, AND ONLYFANS IS COMPLIANT. I have been a creator on Onlyfans since September of 2018. I have had no major issues until November of 2020. One day someone used the same email for my onlyfans account, and opened a NEW ACCOUNT. Somehow in doing this, the hacker was able to change the email used for my account AND THE PAYCHECK METHOD. The stole about $1,500 from my onlyfans, and onlyfans did not verify with this new payout with a valid ID/license or Passport. This wire fraud could've been easily avoided. I have NEVER changed my payout or email on my onlyfans for the past two years. Once I noticed, two paychecks i did not request for, and never reached my banking, I TRIED to contact Onlyfans. The hacker somehow jammed the support tickets to only go to their other hacker accounts as well. When I finally got in contact with onlyfans, they say they have a term agreement that basically does not protect against fraud, and I whole heartedly believe a security breach has happened. They refuse to give me my money I earned, and now I am having to report to the IRS for lost wages.

Creators are allowed to charge a Subscription fee of $25 or $1000 but they don't have to supply any content at all. They can take your money and you have NO RECOURSE. OnlyFans does not offer any Customer Service at all. They allow RIPOFFS all over their site and just POCKET THE MONEY and offer no recourse or refunds. They are the Top of the Pyramid Scam and just collect everyone's money for doing nothing. This is the biggest scam since Bernie Madoff. I am filing reports with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for FRAUD and I recommend others do the same. OF offers NO Consumer Protections whatsoever and must be held responsible for aiding and abetting Fraud. OF should be banned in the United States as a criminal organization. I'm not kidding, there are more scammers than real Creators on OnlyFans! I don't understand how OF is legal at all. They simply provide a Platform for Fraud and walk away with your money and there is NOTHING you can do about it. They just BLOW YOU OFF! Spread the word! STOP THE ONLYFANS SCAM!

It's such a scam anymore. OF use to be a legit site, you'd pay money and see great unfiltered content. Now though it seems like money is the only thing that matters. You have sellers who pay wall you the entire way. You sub and to see any real content they charge you ridiculous figures. On top of that, sellers change their prices randomly from a low figure to something ridiculous and if you don't catch it you will be billed. Their auto renewal is shady, it subs you automatically. After all this the atrocities the site has become the worst is the customer support or lack of. I was auto subscribed after disabling the function and renewed for many different subs, I was never told, never got a notice just all of a sudden a massive charge on my statement. I caught it very quickly within a few hours and asked for a refund because I never authorized the charges to be renewal. I was met with "that's not out policy" I immediately followed up with my bank and filled a dispute which turned out in my favor. I was issued a refund and the account closed. Now fast forward a few months later. I decided to open a new account to support a friend, and sub to them. With in a few days the new account I can't log into. I contacted OF customer service again asking what's going on. They basically gave me the run around and stated that the account was erased probably due to suspicious activity or a PREVIOUS DISPUTE CLAIM... bingo, it's a total scam. When I said I subscribed a few days ago. Paid for the content and now I can't even review it I asked for a refund and again denied per "terms and agreement" it's ridiculous this level of scamming and operate and be called totally legit. I'm not gonna make a big deal because the money was to my friend but still. Their customer service only backs the sellers not the fans at all even when they're scammed or fall victim to a bs term. The girls overcharge for soft content again with many paywalls. I doubt this review will ever make a difference but use the site with both eyes open. They'll steal your money faster then you can blink.
