These types of company's should be prosecuted for taking people's money and never delivering the product. I was unable to contact anyone. I purchased an item 4 months ago and have yet to recieve anything. Only got a confirmation email that I paid but nothing to track my item. This is horrible. Then I looked into others reviews and this company only has a 2 star rating. I feel ripped off
They do appear to have a shipping issue. I placed my order early November and waited the required time plus, for the order to arrive. I emailed early January that I had not received same. I received a prompt, polite, apologetic reply saying it would be looked into and asking for confirmation of address. The following day I received an explanation and options. I chose to have the item sent again and received same later in January and pleased I did as they are beautiful. I did experience user-friendly and prompt after order service and once received, pleased with purchase.
I purchased this ring for my fiance with worries she would not be as pleased as I could hope. Well, turns out she was extremely pleased, thus making me extremely satisfied and have every intention of making future purchases with no worries!
I ordered a free Instagram giveaway rainbow quartz necklace when i saw it on Instagram and fell in love with it. When it didn't arrive on time, the team were amazing and sent me out another one, even though it was a free giveaway, which I received within days. Absolutely love it! Most beautiful necklace I have ever had!
I initially did not receive my order. When I contacted them they got back to me immediately and followed up on my order and let me know that it was shipped. I received it promptly. I would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future.
I love this ring it is beautiful. Upon receiving the ring it came with a broken prong and wouldnt hold the stone. Contacted the company, they immediately responded and got me a new ring no charge. Great service would order again.
Once I ordered the necklace, I waited the length of time that was specified by the company. The necklace did not arrive when it was supposed to, so, I waited a couple more weeks, then wrote to the company. I got a response within 24 hours where they indicated they would resend it. Three weeks later I received my original necklace order, plus the second one. I informed the company that I had received two, but had only ordered one. They were very kind and said I could keep the extra one because of the mix up. I am thrilled with both the necklaces and the service. Thank you Opal and Peach.
