Aweful. Period. Try to book a group at Hooters and there are no tables available. Full in and there are 12 cars in the parking lot. Opentable=we don't want business.
In mid late 2000 OpenTable expired all of my points. Refused to reinstate them. I would feel better robbed by a homeless person. Despicable customer service
Lovely Restaurant efficient service expensive. Bread poor, no restaurant should charge 3.50 an oyster! Tuna Carpaccio oversauced Main cources were very good and well presented.
What good is a gift card from Open Table if only a SMALL fraction of so-called "Open Table Restaurants" will take them! What a farce. Phone calls to the "gift card" department went unanswered.
I purchased a gift card on-line for Sam's Chowder House through Open Table.
I look at my bank statement and they charged me 3 times, yes 3 times. I called their company, a call center, and was on hold for 25 minutes. I left my name and number and no one called back. I called again that same day and talked with a customer service person, who seems to be outsourced. They said some times that happens and I just have to wait and see if the charges get taken off.
It's not their money, so why should they care. This is the first time I used this service and will never use it again. The customer service person couldn't help me and I even asked to talk with a manager and she said there wasn't one. This company seems to be another problem with our OUTSOURCING ISSUE IN AMERICA! VOTE FOR THE RIGHT PRESIDENT ON THIS ISSUE.

Made reservation for 20 at Vogue Bistro in Surprise AZ. Jennifer, GM, lied and did not honor the reservation. She did not offer anything for her dishonor and open table does nothing.
Crashes, cannot log in... spins forever, then crashes. Use to love this app now hate it. Fix it. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still is awful experience.
Looked for a restaurant in my area. There are probably about 100 restaurants, but only one showed up where the rewards can be used, and I wouldn't go to that place if you paid me.
I've used Open Table a few times but now I can't make the website work on either Firefox or Google Chrome. I am very frustrated and I would like to use OT for my next one.
