I've tried 2 different sites, the latest was OurTime. I surely has some issues, but it is not that bad as it seems to be. However I still didn't find the One... So now, I'm giving PrimeTimeLove a try.
I was blocked from their site 1 day after creating an account. All i did was log in and looked at several ladies profiles. I "liked" a few of them but git busy doing other things. I tried to get on the next day and they had blocked me. They said for confidential reasons they would not tell me why. I'm sure glad I didnt subscribe.
Sign up get multiple flirts, messages. Pay for higher level of service most replies stop. Within 8 days of subscribing profile is hacked, and you are not able to get into your profile. Contacted customer service. Scripted replies. Refuse to refund subscription. Give you a new temporary password that never works...
ALERT ALERT ALERT... this site is a scam
I subscribed to our time 10 years ago and never met a man on there, a few sent short messages saying hello and that was it. I thought maybe it would be improved by now, But this time was actually worse! I feel like I'm an attractive woman for my age and not one man sent me a message
Tip for consumers:
Don’t waste your time
TV shows will investigate everything from bums with glass cleaner and a newspaper to government officials. Why not let the world know about the phony profiles and deceptive billing practices of our time? If there is no picture it may be a phony, short sketchy profile probably a phony, expression of interest with part of their sketchy profile instead of personal remark--phony! Billing your account after you have closed it---CRIMINAL!
Do not show anyone near, within 70 miles, of where you live or are located. Waste of time and money, and not even close to matching your request. Total rip off.

dating site
I sent messages to dozens of women using the site, but I've got only couple replies. Can't say the service is poor, but I'm tired of sending too many messages to various ladies. Moreover I've had more luck with primetimelove.com, so I cancelled my membership on OT.
I'm familiar with dating sites, and this one is disappointing. For me, the biggest draw back is the auto responses - you might intend to send a simple "flirt" and then find out you sent a corny, pre-written message that you had no clue you were sending. Annoying and a little embarrassing, in some cases.
I'll stick with the sites that know what they're doing. This one doesn't seem to care much.
So today I hit the like button on 2 different profiles. With in 1 minute I got a response from both women.
Both saying how they liked my profile. I don't have anything written in my profile so how can you like my profile... Also you don't know if the person is active. These profiles could be 6 months to 1 year or older.
At first I didn't pay just to see what action I would get. I had a lot of action so I payed. All 10 that Liked my profile said they liked it. I wrote to all. NOT 1 Responded. IS A BS SITE don't pay go to match or POF...
On it for less than 5 days. Got a-report of unusual activity. Was asked to change my password. Scammers galore! Women claiming to be in sixty's turn out to be in 30's. 90+% of matches were in U.S. and ove r500 miles away from my postal code. Some from as far as California.
It's a scam. The majority of interest came from people in other states. There were messages in the am from interested people when I went into my account to respond the same day. Message was gone. A couple of weeks before my subscription was going to renew, I had lots of activity on my account. Once the auto payment when through, there is very little activity. So they are able to manipulate, views, and messages. The only person I talked to is in a call center, they will not refund my money. It's a rip off.
I had tried several different sites and was disappointed in all of them. This one made me swear them off. The final contact I had was with someone that invited me over. He didn't look like his profile pic and I found out it was 10 years old. He was also infested with bedbugs. I got out of there so fast and fortunately did not transmit them to my home.
I would give this dating site a minus ten. There is nowhere to leave a problem on the site. It shows that they accept Mastercard, yet it will not accept my credit card. I called the credit card company, and there is no problem with the card. It's the lousy site. Yet another failure from Sparks in Los Angeles! Does not surprise me especially with all the fake profiles. Your good hard earned money is going to fund a company that doesn't care about the clients. They could vet fake photos with Tin Eye!
This is an awful site and a total waste of money. Hard to believe it is still in business. Can't cancel your subscription so if you are going to try it do so on the shortest subscription because it will only take a couple of days that it isn't worth one penny.
Easy to sign up and hand over your money but after that this site is a nightmare to search and navigate, constantly losing pages and pop up adds and inability to find you msg's, or the page you were just on! Terrible... They need someone to rework their website,
Rip off site! I was trying it for 1-month but when I tried to cancel the site presented a popup that prevented me from submitting it without paying for another month! Do Not Use This Online Dating Service!
Personally, I did not have a positive experience on this site. This was mainly due to heavy advertising on my personal home page of OurTime. I have been on several dating websites that are fantastic, and no advertising! I can understand that free dating sites use advertising, but when you are paying (OurTime is not free), then having to put up with advertising is just tacky. Because of this I only visited the OurTime website a few times and ended up wasting a bunch of money. I do not recommend.
Been in this site 1 week (UK version) it is full of fake profiles and site bots, typical scam site... it drags you in with loads of likes then when you pay they dissapear... the ones liking you before all of a sudden dont like you now... stay away from this site... you have a better chance meeting someone in your local high street
In September 2019, I subscribed to OurTime for one month for $15.00 but was charged $100.00. When I complained my account was frozen. I have contacted them several times and my issue was supposedly escalated 3 times and was told the company would respond in 2 to 3 days. As of March 24,2020, I have heard nothing from them. They overcharged me and will not refund my money. It has been more than 6 months and the issue has not been resolved.
They collect very little data. I suspect one could do better throwing darts at a wall of pictures. I've used eharmony and Match and found both to be superior. Also, when attempting to stop the receipt of their unsatisfactory recommendations I had to google my question to find the procedure. I find it very, very annoying when sites make it so difficult stop receiving their services.
I should have read the reviews first... hacked within a week, changed my preferences, could not get back on despite changing password. The people sent were hideous and no normal clean, decent person with a brain would respond. I called customer service and this idiot John (who refused to tell me his last name) acted like it was nothing and would not answer my request to cancel. Called my credit card and they cancelled in a second - so use you CREDIT CARD to get a refund. Don't forget they charge a "one time fee" of the $3.99 - get that back too. It is also SCARY a hacker got right in and changed my data. S T A Y A W A Y!
Tip for consumers:
get your refund through your CREDIT CARD customer service - and be sure to tell them the "recurring charge" must be stopped as well - OurTime.com and it's ilk will continue to charge you!!!!
Joining just gets you a profile and views of other subscribers. Then when someone responds to you, you have to pay extra to respond back. To not go public and just have others who you want to see you, you have to pay extra. It goes on and on! Many other things you would expect to be within the subscription are not there! Plus, they have advertisements of many products on the right side of the screen. I cancelled within 24 hours and they still didn't want to give me a refund! Contacting my credit card company! No receipt was sent either!

First level of service
If not satisfied can I get a refund you reach out to user get no respond though this was a dating site to find someone need different kind of people those who are really looking to find someone and to pay money that's even worse
I joined based on the profiles they displayed. Once I joined those profiles did not exist. They have the most attractive people view your profile only to find out if you are interested in them they don't exist. Early on I sent a question to their customer service as to why some profiles were high lighted in a blue box, never heard back. Don't waste your money on this scam.
Very difficult to contact Our time in the first place. They send you photos of men who are older than you've specified or far away at the other end of the country. They could make helpful suggestions to their members (particularly men) who could try to smile in their photos, or they are so far away from the camera you can't see what they look like. They should also make it obligatory to post a photo on their profile. I don't like having to pay for all the extra bits, they should just charge one price for everything.
As a chap in my mid fifties I'm not much of a pub goer as you can imagine. I got into online dating a couple of years back and this compares pretty well against the first site I was a member of (primetimelove.com just in case youre wondering, very good site for starting out, busy and simple). I'm diverging a little now and trying new things, so been adding some new sites to my list and seeing how they all compare. I took early retirement last year so ive got time and a bit of disposable income so it keeps me both entertained and socially active! Kids are long gone and wife passed in '06 so online dating has been a nice crutch to slowly but surely keep me interacting with the world at large. Anyway, it's 7/10 from me.
Possibly the worst online dating experience so far. First of all the site itself (and app) is crude at best. Doesn't provide valid real time information. I've had the same number of emails in my message box for days even though new messages have come in. So it looks like nothings changed but in reality it has.
Way, way, way too many scammers who aren't paying but add their phone numbers to the middle of their fake profile. And somehow this site doesn't filter out crap like that.
Every review I read about OurTime seemed to suggest it was a good site. It is NOT. It's terrible. More fake profiles than real. No way to actually know you has viewed or liked you recently.
Never again. I am signed up for three months - another scam they developed. But I have cancelled future payments and I guarantee I wont be coming back to this site - even during my remaining time period. Just not worth it.
