They added another pay level that let's you view who visited you, BFD, yet you can not converse with them. WTF I payed to see who viewed me, really?

I have been labeled as "fraudulent"… dont know why… wasted weeks getting to know people and now can not get into it. Noone from company helping!

Messages from women? All over the country. I answered 40 supposedly women in my area - not 1 responds. They want more $. Stay away!

I created a profile and also verified it but I can't access my account logging again. Can you please tell me why.

Why does OurTime SUCK? Here is why I think they suck. One gets many comments like Great Photo or Great profile, feel free to message me anytime. So, you message and 99% NEVER RESPOND! Ditto for those who respond one time only with the interest is mutual! Make sit hard to figure why many are here. You can send likes and comments by the hundreds and ever get so much a single reply. Are these people real or do they sign up and never return. OurTime is I= constantly putting dialogue boxes you never want to see in front of you. You want to view messages, it takes 3 - 6 more screens to even get there. If you have a lot of message you want to delete you must do that one at a time. A STUPID waste of one's time. The HOME button takes you to perspective matches. The problem, these "matches" are from everywhere including the USA, another colossal waste of time. Over all this entire site is poorly thought out and to date I have met no one who likes it, even a little. BTW, I kind of likes ZOOSK, but I am NEVER going to pay a US$25.00 Activation Fee on top of A SUBSCRIPTION FEE. BOTTOM LINE OURTIME AND MOST OTHER DATING SITES IN MY OPINION ARE FRAUDS!. I WANT EVERYTHING ONCLUDED FOR ONE FEE OR THEY CAN STICK THEOR SITES YOU NO WHERE. PERHAPS THE BEST IDEA IS TO DO MY OWN. COMING SOON!

Scam sight stopped my monthly payment now I can't get back on my profile but will let me get onto a new membership

We were married a week and 2 days ago... i was fortunate to meet a very loving, romantic and giving man. I finally met my true soul mate.

I set up an account and had just paid one month to try it out.
There were a lot of matches. Takes some sorting through like anywhere, but I was pleased with the number in my area. Seemingly better than other apps on that.

One guy found out I am a private chef and has an event next week that he hasn't been able to get anyone for. We had taken a lot of time on site (safe) to discuss all the details and planned to meet on Saturday. Mind you, HE asked me. I was helping HIM. I did not solicit him. At the time, my work was not even listed on my profile.
Anyway, I was waiting to give him my number until I was he was real about it. The site deleted my account and said it was because I was soliciting and the site is for relationships. That's just weird. The guy asked what I did for work. I told him, he needed help with an event. So much wasted time.

I was having other conversations. A lot actually. I tend to respond to everyone The one that I thought was a good match had just asked if we could exchange numbers. I told him yes. But boom, everything is deleted. Wasted conversation time.

Apparently, they don't research before deleting accounts and shutting things down. To me, it's a pain to fill those profiles out and load pictures. I haven't been on a dating site for a long time because it takes so much time. Now, this one wastes it for you.

The best part… I had contacted customer service because I live in a small town and don't want that on my profile but couldn't find a way to remove it. A guy had said my town was small and everyone knows everyone and he could look that up. That felt creepy. I usually post the large town next to me on profiles for safety reasons. So I asked them how to do that. No response other than: you're soliciting and we have deleted your account. I can only assume they didn't even look at anything else with my account since they won't respond to messages. This is unhelpful and unprofessional customer service.

Also, not the best app, there are glitches. All the smilie faces turn to two? Lol

I had to re-input my profile information several times. Still didn't save. One guy was mad that I had kids when my profile said none ‍

Need to get a clue by area applicant lives. My 2 matches today were an amputee and a 240 pounder. Seriously, not a match whatsover

Site is full of scammers waste of money. Lots of fake profiles they even tried to get my bank account numbers. Stay away from this site
