The airline made a change to one of the flights in my booking. Ovago immediately contacted me with the news and as we spoke, they provided a new flight option. I accepted it and the updated itinerary was sent to me via email. I waited to complete my trip before posting this review, but I've learned they are trustworthy.

I booked a flight from Los Angeles and had no issues at the airport. Agent helped me with the seat assignment. I also liked that they answered within seconds. Kudos to Ovago.

Ovago travel agent called us regarding our meal preference during flights, travel insurance, and wheelchair assistance. Agent gladly helped us on above services.
The tickets are cheaper, but you cannot select seats unless you pay several hundred dollars more. You're better off buying tickets with someone else where you can select seats for free.

I booked a flight with Ovago foreseeing a layover at JFK. After some days I was notified that the time for the layover was reduced by 1 hour and I deemed it was too risky to catch the connecting flight. I asked to rebook the in bound flight to an earlier one which was available. They kept promising that it would be confirmed within 24-48 hours. But nothing happened, nobody recontacted me, I had to call everyday to check status, having to re-explain everything to someone who would repeat the same story over and over.
Finally after 2 weeks and endless calls they wrote me that the flight could not be changed.
In summary: Ovago, never again
