Over Stock has all the items a person may need everything from clothing to gadgets and furniture. Fast shipping and nice people customer service are top line five star so feel safe feel comfortable and shop even on the phone there happy to help don't get discouraged they have it. I love them Overstock awesome...

“Products are subpar and pricing is incomprehensible”

Product I received had missing parts. We tried to buy some from hardware but two major crossbars are missing. Now they say we don't have the parts, take the whole thing apart, find a box and pay the postage to send it back to us. If it is this bad, and you can't fix it then send a new one. You get various coupons, many which are expired. How is it fair to charge different people different amounts for the same product. My other purchase which was a vacuum was of poor quality and seemed used. What does Overstock mean anyway. I think it means over the hill, over priced, over hyped but definitely not over any expectations. Extremely disappointed and will never use this website or company for purchases. I will let my consumer friends know why I have been so frustrated and outraged by the service that seems nice but accomplishes absolutely nothing. How embarrassing.

I ordered an area rug from Overstock and the product was in stock according to their website. They issued an order number, charged my credit card and gave me a delivery date. On the day the rug was to be delivered I got a notification saying that there was a problem, they really didn't have the rug and so after a week of waiting I wouldn't be getting my order. We'll see how long it takes them to credit my account if at all.

I bought a Vilano bike for $405 from OVERSTOCK and it was damaged, called them and was told they would replace it. Liars big time. So they play games, cant find my order everytime i call, then after many calls and emails they want to give me $15 credit and refuse to replace it. I want a new bike because i paid for a new bike not damaged goods. Stay away from Overstock they will burn you nowadays. I wouldnt even give them 1 star.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away from Overstock they have a call center that just lies and make promises and them nothing happens your just stuck with damaged merchandise

Overstock refuses to pay for a needed consumer sweepstakes entry post office box denying people who want to enter an Overstock Sweepstakes program offered by Overstock to enter via Mail... clearly an unethical and unlawful practice... as the company providing the interface between Overstock and the Overstock Sweepstakes mail in entrant... Overstock senior management refuses to pay for this contracted service and with our hands on experience are not to be trusted..

I ordered, paid $599 for and received a laptop computer from OO. Trouble is it would not charge up with power.

I phoned and asked for a refund. Initially I was told that this was not their concern, I would have to take it up with the manufacturer (of course it was manufactured overseas).

I told them this was incorrect in law, that they had supplied me with faulty goods and they had an obligation in law to offer me a refund or replacement (my choice). Eventually after about 20 minutes of hassles they agreed to this, subject to my getting the goods returned to them in 30 days.

I asked for details of return address etc.: they said they would send me this by email.

The email came... no return address, just that someone would be contacting me to arrange for collection. So far, nothing.

Why do I get the impression that they are making this as difficult as possible for me?

I have been watching a bedspread for months. If it is on sale, you can not use any other promo code. I applied for Overstock credit card and said you give you 20.00. I thought it was for purchase. No wrong. When the bed spread came it was not what I wanted. Returns easy and fast it said, yes you pay for them. I thought like Amazon, wrong. I was charged almost 12.00 for return. I called and customer service not helpful at all. I have not activated the Overstock Credit Card and never will.

I have used overstock couple of times! They are great for buddings and I scored great deals buying designer handbags there as well.

Their O club is great if you shop quite a lot but for once in a while shopping like I do, I do not need that.

We bought a $450 sidebar that had terrible directions and the doors do not line up. In order to send it back, they will charge $120. The other option they gave me was to take it to donation and get a receipt, which I did. They said that the receipt had to be their overstock symbol. They did not mention this so I got a basic receipt stating what was donated and to overstock.com's name. They will not accept it. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. CHOOSE AMAZON! So upset with this company and would NEVER recommend buying from them.

Never buy from overstock.com they have mega shipping issues and problems with warehouses. Blacked out all time off for employees for the summer forcing parents to have to cancel all family plans and trips for the summer. Require all employees to work mandatory 5 to 10 hours ot a week. Making it impossible to have a life outside of work. Very unethical company

This place just gives you the runaround! They say they ship stuff that they don't and then when you try to reach out to them to get an update/explanation, they have horrible customer service and just try to push you off to another day and another rep. Then (what has prompted this review) they have the audacity to send me an email requesting a review of the product I paid for and NEVER received! How can I rate something they never shipped, even after they said for days that they did?! Never again will I use Overstock... PERIOD. Stay away and shop elsewhere.

I'm trying to buy a living room set and it is so hard to do it. Always said that there's a card error, etc. With a card that I use all the time and never have any situation with it. I can't imagine what can will happen if a complete the order. So frustrated situation, because I really love the living room set that I chose.

I order a blue sapphire accent right. It was described on the site as blue sapphire and the picture they advertised was the same. When I received the ring the stones were black not a hint of blue. When I called to question the customer service rep, she put me on hold. Then came back to tell me that sapphires can be so dark they look almost black. That's false advertisement, because that was not in the description nor the picture. I have several pieces of blue sapphire jewelry and they are all genuine blue sapphire. Will never order again... everrrrrr!

I ordered a Moroccan style rug which was pictured with nice soft colors. What came was a poorly made carpet in gaudy colors. The rug cost $50 but it cost $26 to return it! Even though the quality was unacceptable, Overstock wouldn't accommodate a return with a more reasonable price. I've ordered from them before and received barely acceptable quality of merchandise so I'm done with overstock.com.

You never know what you will find until you go looking for that perfect gift. Find it now & put it away for that next big occasion instead of having to hurry to the store & cough up some hard earned cash on some useless garbage.

Ordered a cheap watch one night, went on sale next morning, think they planned it that way, contacted them next morning to cancel, but they claimed the order was already in the warehouse, would contact special rep who would contact me in a couple days to check on canceling the order. Told them to send the $30 order, didn't want to put up with all that mess, but will never be a customer of this company, stick with Amazon.

The worst company ever for caring about there customers. It's so clear this company could care less about keeping customers. I order a simple vanity and mirror they had my money from the day I ordered it. Was promised a date than another finally after a lot of wasted time on the phone for hours with no result I cancelled it and put a dispute in with my credit card. Sad thing on my part was I could of bought the same thing from wayfair but I was trying to save a buck, never ever again this was my first and last experience from overstock.com and would warn ever single person to stay away from this company. My fault is I should of researched them before I order because if I had done that I would seen the bad reviews. People need to go to the BBB site and read the bad reviews cause I agreed with them all cause I Had the same problems they had. Glen Beck should be ashamed of promoting such a company on his Network cause overstock.com absolutely have no values to honor their customers.

I ordered a comforter and pillow shams. The quality is very poor. Seams crooked, fabric of poor quality. I decided to send back as it isn't as described, and not worth the price. The cost for return shipping fee is ridiculous, and if Overstock wants to sell poor quality product, they should absorb the return shipping fee. This wa my 1st time buying from them, and it will be my last.

While they may be brand name ink cartridges I order 2 black cartridges and three color and the dates of the ink were 2014. Needless to say they did not work. In order to return you have to have the same packing that they were sent in (Who keeps that?) in order to send them back. Don't waste your time! It was my first purchase from Overstock but it will be my last!

DO NOT buy items they note from vendors and not from them, the answer to any customer support issue is to "pound sand". Item came not with dimensions advertised and even though I knew I had to pay return shipping they did not even offer their corporate rate so UPS etc nearly as much as the item so what's the use. Buy and bye seems to be their attitude. Done with them.

Tip for consumers:
NEVER buy from their third party vendors, zero support. And they did not even seem sorry about it.

Chairs, refused the return when item did not fit and refused to help in any way.

Received my navy blue women wide brim casual hat yesterday and was extremely impressed and at awe with the looks, quality of hat and quality of the ribbon. I paid only $9.99 + shipping. I will be ordering again in the near future.

TERRIBLE customer service! Ordered a sink set, which arrived with a defective faucet. They were unable to replace the faucet and offered us a $50.00 credit, for a $250.00 faucet! Not worth the attempt to save $$, will not order from then again.

I've ordered two pieces of furniture from Overstock. I've received half of each of them. Literally: half a bed and half a cabinet arrived. After weeks of fighting back and forth, I finally got the other half of the bed. Word on the cabinet is still out. For nearly $1000 of furniture purchases, it's frustrating and extremely disappointing. Spend a bit more to buy from someone more reliable...

I got a dining table set from Overstock that arrived a few days earlier than expected (woohoo!). One of the chair legs came defective and I immediately contacted them. They shipped out 2 new legs within a few days of me contacting them. I would highly recommend this website for ordering items. Thanks OVERSTOCK!

This was my first time using Overstock and my last. I ordered my son's Christmas on 12/4, so the gift could come before Christmas. Then on 12/12 I received a message that the item was coming earlier than expected. On 12/20, I wake up to a messages that his gift will not come until 12/29. I called Overstock and they are telling me I have to contact a thrid party seller. I did business on their website. Why am I having to email some other company and wait 24 hours for them to respond. What do I tell my almost 3 year that have been excited about their gift? I should have used Amazon, like I did with my other gifts.

They screwed me! Went paperless. Had a $9.95 charge that I lost track of and did not get a bill. Did not get a call. Just got a ding on my credit that alerted me to the late payment. Not good customer service. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff and they hit my credit without trying to reach me. Total fail.

Brought a pair of shoes from them before... they were okay... I cant complain for the price. I guess... but u get what u pay for... the site overall is quite nice. I think the shoe was a little "off"...
