Over Stock has all the items a person may need everything from clothing to gadgets and furniture. Fast shipping and nice people customer service are top line five star so feel safe feel comfortable and shop even on the phone there happy to help don't get discouraged they have it. I love them Overstock awesome...

“Products are subpar and pricing is incomprehensible”

Product I received had missing parts. We tried to buy some from hardware but two major crossbars are missing. Now they say we don't have the parts, take the whole thing apart, find a box and pay the postage to send it back to us. If it is this bad, and you can't fix it then send a new one. You get various coupons, many which are expired. How is it fair to charge different people different amounts for the same product. My other purchase which was a vacuum was of poor quality and seemed used. What does Overstock mean anyway. I think it means over the hill, over priced, over hyped but definitely not over any expectations. Extremely disappointed and will never use this website or company for purchases. I will let my consumer friends know why I have been so frustrated and outraged by the service that seems nice but accomplishes absolutely nothing. How embarrassing.

Cannot get my address correct. I have corrected my address 4 times, I have 4 emails from them confirming. One email took a week to respond. Now I have Customer Service Supervisor Tyler H arguing with me. You can do a lot better than spending any money with people who do not value the customer.

I purchased furniture from overstock. When it got delivered the box was completely tattered and when I opened it pieces were everywhere. All of the screws and parts were out of the bags and all over the box. It was clear it had been used before. I tried to build it anyway but it did not have the correct amount of pieces. 6 screws were missing and there were tons of other extra pieces not needed. I called them and they said they don't have the parts missing to send me so I had to get an entire replacement huge box and figure it out myself. I had 30 days to return the other one. They assured me it had to be postmarked by that date. I returned it within the 30 days but I guess it had not arrived to the warehouse yet so on that day they still charged me for an even higher price than what I paid for the item. They did not even give it a chance to get to them in time after the 30 days. Terrible service and products I DO NOT recommend them to anyone.

Overstock & I have the same objective in mind. I search the site & Overstock always makes sure I find many items to purchase. I love this site & quality of what they have (from my experience) beats a couple of other sites so I go here first.

Bought my item and came in a completely different size. Called and told them and they sent me another only to get the same exact issue! Called and told them that they sent me the wrong size item twice and I wanted a refund. Said I was suppose to get my refund 6/30/16. Called and had to remind them that I never got my money. They apologized and then sent it immediately saying how they were sorry for being late. I will never buy from them again. Horrible experience!

First experience with company. Received the wrong item twice. They finally admitted that they posted the wrong photos of item. Had to call to see if return was received and again to get them to refund my card. Shop online all the time never had such a nightmare experience. No compensation offered. Will never shop with them again!

I ordered an item and tried to cancel it within the 30 minute cancellation window and I was told by overstock they couldn't cancel my order because it was already sent to their partner. I reminded them I had requested to cancel within their own policy and they basically told me, oh well, so sad. They said they would "try" to get the warehouse to stop the shipment but that there was no guarantee. The guarantee should be I followed their policy, and so should they. Do not order from this website.

I spent $163 on a set of two chairs. The leg on one chair snapped in half about a month after I bought them. Found out you only have a month to return items. Not happy about the purchase. At a local store I still could have returned the chair.

I ordered a purse organizer and a wristlet wallet. I like the functionality of both. When I began using my purse organizer I realized one of the zippers has a sticky spot. I've given up on getting it fully closed. I can use it other wise. The wrist wallet is cute, but upon arrival I realized the lining was already shredding.It seems to be some cheap paper-like product. I should have returned it right away, but got to it about 40 days from the purchase date. I began a live chat with cust service rep, when I couldn't log into my account, because I forgot my password and the link to re-set only re-routed me to a sign up pop up box. He said he could help me, I clicked the link to receive password reminder and the text read 'there is no record of this e-mail on file. Really? Did I just get blocked. Well, I've learned my lesson. Make returns quickly and don't shop from Overstock.com.

We have found items on overstock we didn't even know was made. I couldn't count everything we've bought through overstock on 10 sets of hands and toes. Quality products are readily available is just about every category I can think of, we love the ease of shopping the great prices, easy checkout and fantastic shipping. If I wasn't already married I might try to court Overstock..

Placed an $1800 order for chairs that said in stock and spoke to 3 sales reps at Overstock and they all confirmed the same. Then ordered and they all the sudden where not in stock. Really pissed me off. Not happy and staff seem unhelpful and not willing to put forth the effort to help.

I recently purchased a chandelier item number 326-4. It came in a decent time, my husband put it together than hung it up. As we were putting the hanging tear drops on we noticed 10 were missing I wrote them an email and their response was they never heard of that before REALLY well it happened. So they wanted my husband to take it down and return WHY? So you can send us another screwed up one. It was already put up, I tried explaining this to then to just send the missing pieces. They did not want to listen, needless to say we ended up coming out of the pocket for the missing pieces. GOOD BYE OVERSTOCK!

I've purchased many home items from Overstock, from pictures to rugs to comforters. I've never been unsatisfied with any purchase. From their customer service, the items themselves and their delivery.! I always come to their website first to do comparison shopping. Excellent rated.!

The first and surely last order by overstock. I have been amazon customer for a long time and have had never problems with it. I found an Item on Overstock which was not available by amazon so I decided to order it. Well it was so disappointing. First you see an estimated delivery date, you order the item. 1 day AFTER the estimated delivery date, you track your order and the date will be updated for the next WEEK. It is nothing than cheating. The customer have the right to see the information before ordering. The customer service said it is because of UPS! Ok it is unbelievable! The other thing is they just send you many promo codes and if you want to use them, they are for no item acceptable because all the items are on "sale". I mean what they do, is nothing than cheating the customers.

Been shopping overstock.com for years with no problems. Shipping is fast. The company has been exceptional with always getting my orders correct. I have no complaints and only praise for this company.

The item I ordered was too big, different from the description or picture indicated. From a $30 item, my refund, after return shipping costs, was less than half. I will never order from Overstock again...!

Beyond terrible, scammed twice in one transaction! First, I tried to cancel my order but nope they can't do that but said don't worry you can return it. Then I try to return an item that cost $150, they charge $50 to return it, then I call to dispute this, they sell me a membership, which they say is "free shipping", nope. What they did not say is that you only get store credit back(That was never told to me). I call them back, and they hassle me for a refund on the membership, and still will charge the $50 return shipping fee. Shameful.

I bought a door mat from Overstock for $34.00. It was the wrong color and the quality was poor. I started the return process and since I was not a member which costs $19.99 annually the return shipping was going to cost $32. So, they recoup the amount of the sale in the shipping. Needless to say, I kept the rug. Lesson learned: do not shop at Overstock.

Overstock (and Fed Ex) sends out emails saying the package has been delivered when it's not been. I called overstock to report the issue and the customer service agent tells me this is a common practice and they wait 24-48 hours after the email before processing a package track. This is fraud. They are dishonestly sending information they know is not correct to customers. If the package is on the truck they should not be reporting it as delivered, I don't care what the reason. If Fed Ex is fraudulently telling them it's been delivered they shoul process a track every time. Fed Ex will stop sending dishonest information if they have to process each of these tracking requests.

After having 2 kids and spending FULL price on every baby item from Babies r us and buy buy baby, I found Overstock.com. My car seat and pack & play are the exact same company (Graco) and quality as I had with my 1st two boys but for less then half the price! I'll never so at babies r us again! I also got my wedding ring on Overstock... gorgeous, and great diamonds. I had it checked by a jeweler.

I've been ordering from Overstock for 5 years for my bed and breakfast, Taylor House in Boston, and have always been impressed with the timely delivery, low shipping costs and quality of the items. The one time I did have to return something the process was very easy since they provided the return labels as well. When I get an advertisement email from Overstock, I usually look at it since there is always something I need for the bed and breakfast from them and the prices are great!

I bought a modern lighting fixture from them. The price was great and I love it! Looks way more expensive. Everything I have bought from them arrived quickly. I bought a CZ ring and they sent me the wrong one. Didn't bother sending it back. I have never dealt with customer service, so I can't speak to that. I bought two other CZ rings and they look like the real thing, for a very reasonable price.

I expect their prices to be lower, but am often surprised and disappointed that the costs are the same and sometimes higher! It's true that I'll snag a bargainhere and there, but I wish it was more predictably value driven.

I'm going to be honest haven't order anything. I got all the way to the checkout process and was reviewing my order when I realized that shipping cost more than my original order with that being said I will never order or attempt to order from them

I bought a rug for $39 and it cost me $21 to return it! Horrible return policy. The same rug was on Amazon and with Prime I could get it shipped free and return free. Don't buy from Overstock unless you check with Amazon first. Very disappointed.

I shop pretty often a Overstock... and i find the prices a little all over the place. Sometimes the prices are outstanding for extraordinary quality, sometimes not so much. Perhaps if I had the patience to wait until the prices were what i'd like them to be...
