Over Stock has all the items a person may need everything from clothing to gadgets and furniture. Fast shipping and nice people customer service are top line five star so feel safe feel comfortable and shop even on the phone there happy to help don't get discouraged they have it. I love them Overstock awesome...

“Products are subpar and pricing is incomprehensible”

Product I received had missing parts. We tried to buy some from hardware but two major crossbars are missing. Now they say we don't have the parts, take the whole thing apart, find a box and pay the postage to send it back to us. If it is this bad, and you can't fix it then send a new one. You get various coupons, many which are expired. How is it fair to charge different people different amounts for the same product. My other purchase which was a vacuum was of poor quality and seemed used. What does Overstock mean anyway. I think it means over the hill, over priced, over hyped but definitely not over any expectations. Extremely disappointed and will never use this website or company for purchases. I will let my consumer friends know why I have been so frustrated and outraged by the service that seems nice but accomplishes absolutely nothing. How embarrassing.

I did a lot of shopping around on some dog ramps/stairs. Overstock had the best deal over amazon, wayfair and other pet supply specific sites. Free shipping too. Scheduled to be delivered within 4 days of purchase.

I used to love Overstock years ago, but it seems like they've changed how they do things now. Check the price of anything you're about to order and 9 out 10, it'll be same price or cheaper somewhere else.

Had several purchases here and unfortunately some returns. But still I say this is very good! Despite of those being a return - they did everything fast and my money was given back in the shortest time. I recommend!

Frustrating and unacceptable customer service. Ordered a nightstand and it arrived with damage. I expected a refund or replacement. They took no responsibility for resolving. Customer rep said I must communicate the issue with the vendor. So for the last week I've been emailing with a company rep in China whose English is barely literate. No options…they want to replace the damaged piece: "it need to shipping from another countries to your end.
Usual it will need few time to you end. Please no worries, we will push courier more fast to you end." It's already been 2 weeks since my original order with a dozen pieces lying on the floor. This is a joke. Why am I not laughing! Never again.

I'm still happy with the goods I shopped-for from Overstock.com! I found draperies for hard-to-fit window walls. It was important to get insulating coverage on south-facing window walls that would block cold and heat when needed while appearing to be conventional draping curtains. I was delighted to find the exact items when I was looking for them almost two years later. Their site is set up to let me locate the same goods by going back to my own orders.
We had to contact the supplier and had no trouble talking with them by phone in a very short time - same day or next day.
Their reviews are very useful and the happy buyers and unhappy ones provide good reference points to decide whether a particular item is one that we want.

I like to shop around for prices and shipping before settling down to look for the item/s I'm shopping for on Overstock.com

Very disappointed. They sold me a defective dog bed for $54.00 and after 3-1/2 months it fell apart when I washed it. Only willing to give me %10.00 back. There goes my long, long relationship with them.

I bought a rug that was very nice, no issues with delivery, but the price dropped by $108 (more than 20%) the day after it was delivered and they won't do anything to accommodate, which most decent stores do. Also they do not pay for returns. Makes me feel bad for giving them my business and trust.

I have purchased my bed from Overstock. A good quality, well packed, instructions included, no parts missing, easy to put together. Fast delivery right to my door. I still sleep on this bed and love it.

Will shop at the Overstock site again if needed. Highly recommended.

Routinely find good deals at Overstock. Shipping is almost always free and the quality of all the items I've received is great. One issue with a defective product was handled immediately and easily. I shop regularly.

I have ordered a few items for Overstock over the past couple of years - they usually arrived rather quickly - I only had one bad experience when the wrong color was sent, but the return process was quick and painless - great customer service!

No problems whatsoever. Ordered at great prices, shipped no problems, and items were always as advertised.

As a Canadian customer, my only complaint is that the custom's costs just kill us, *LOL, but worth it with what you save in the end. Wish they had a Canadian version of this site!

I have bought multiple items from this site and lo and behold each time has been nauseating. If the parcel doesn't come 1-2 weeks late then it will come with some defect. And when you try to return it they will give you half value of what you paid. Customer service is useless. Wished they would get their act together because this could really be a great site with great prices. But I would rather spend more money getting better service.

Used this company once. Their delivery drivers dropped a hot tub on the hood of my car, then left without telling us. We filed a police report, but Overstock refused to pay for the damage. I'd stay away from this bad company!

Beware I bought a wool rug from Overstock that carried clothes moths. Fast forward thousands of dollars in remediation and the problem is still present. Overstock will not take full responsibility and initially asked me to hold onto rug as they wanted it returned during which time the moths laid eggs and caused a massive infestation. They don't check the rugs before they send it out. Horrible company!

I swear, every time I give Overstock a chance, I'm always disappointed. I've learned my lesson, of course but the hard way. I've bought from them three times, and each time my item seems to vanish into the fourth dimension. How?

Save yourself unnecessary grief for some trivial trinket and get it from Amazon instead. Amazon never disappoints.

My very first purchase with overstock was a leather couch I was so excited for. I reached out to customer support because I wanted to make sure it was delivered while I was home. That turned into "oops the carrier sent you the wrong tracking number, can't locate your order and now it's no longer in stock". On top of it, I was offered nothing for the inconvenience, just a "I'll get you added back to the wait list". That was the absolute least they could do. I'm now at a new apartment with nothing to sit on except stewing in anger with Overstock. Their disorganization is appalling and lack of resolution for a first time customer.

I chatted online with customer service on 11/20 regarding a damaged shipment. Within 5 minutes, she had a new item scheduled to be shipped out to me. No stress and no hassle. I received my item damaged, she was very apologetic, asked me to describe what happened, and then proceeded to write up another order of re-shipment of the same item. I will continue to purchase from Overstock.com. Pleasure doing business with a company that takes care of their customers. Thank you for an easy and great shopping experience

I have ordered about 8 furniture online through Overstock with in the past few months and every order was delivered on time or before hand actually. No damage to products. No issues. The best part is how they keep you informed with emails with tracking. Also email after furniture has been delivered. I'm very impressed with them compared to other online furniture ordering experience.

I bought 3 rugs costing $121.00 to return without having paid $20 for a year of free shipping, "O" plan cost $126.00. WHAT? And the customer service rep confirmed it. The catch is if you purchase the "O" plan, you get free shipping but you dont get your money back, it will only be a store credit so you are locked in. Being a first time customer online, this was a shock and I will never purchase from them again. I will see how much it will cost me to ship myself. I will probably have to come out of my pocket more, like purchase insurance and receipt of delivery acceptance for extract proof that they received the rugs I never used.

Tip for consumers:
That if you were not interested in being a repeated customer, gove better options for returns rather than lock in to a subscription or for prepay not be a fee larger than the amount you paid for the merchandise. to me that is a scam

I used to shop at Overstock.com a few times a month. I stopped shopping there so often because in the past couple of years the site has changed significantly. The prices are usually not lower than many other comparable sites. They also changed the search engine, which I personally don't like as much as the old one... All in all, when I'm shopping, I do still price check their site, and end up getting items cheaper elsewhere, most of the time.

I ordered a small cell phone adapter about the size & weight of a quarter. Could easily have been placed in 1st class mail. Not only did it take forever for Overstock to get it out the door, every "estimated ship date" which so far has been over a week within cont US, every day it gets bumped out another day then another... over and over. I doubt I will ever receive the shipment. Pay double for ab item on another site besides Overstock-save the frustration.

Overstock will ream you on their card. I was hit unexpectedly with an 'expired promotion discount' today for over $500 on only a $2000 balance. Do NOT use their card as it's cleverly disguised robbery!

Never had a problem. We have bought DVDs, CDs, patio umbrellas, storage bins, rolling closet racks, leather coat, and earrings. We were never in a hurry for anything but also never had any order that was long on ship time. I do check here for comparison pricing -- sometimes great, sometimes not. Always worth a look around though.

I've shopped at Overstock many times. Most of the time the products here within a couple of days. There was only one time when something I ordered turned out to be oversold but that happens. Very nice customer service. Very easy company to shop with.

DO NOT BUY anything large from overstock.com! I bought shower doors a month ago, today... exactly 4 weeks later they cancelled the order saying no stock. REALLY? How come its showing you have 9 in stock and I can verify it with a phone call to your customer service people. I asked for a supervisor and all he could say was I will investigate it and Sorry. Called me back to say Sorry again...You will have to reorder it again and wait another 4 weeks. WTF you guys suck

Hire some people that can actually do something.
