Over Stock has all the items a person may need everything from clothing to gadgets and furniture. Fast shipping and nice people customer service are top line five star so feel safe feel comfortable and shop even on the phone there happy to help don't get discouraged they have it. I love them Overstock awesome...

“Products are subpar and pricing is incomprehensible”

Product I received had missing parts. We tried to buy some from hardware but two major crossbars are missing. Now they say we don't have the parts, take the whole thing apart, find a box and pay the postage to send it back to us. If it is this bad, and you can't fix it then send a new one. You get various coupons, many which are expired. How is it fair to charge different people different amounts for the same product. My other purchase which was a vacuum was of poor quality and seemed used. What does Overstock mean anyway. I think it means over the hill, over priced, over hyped but definitely not over any expectations. Extremely disappointed and will never use this website or company for purchases. I will let my consumer friends know why I have been so frustrated and outraged by the service that seems nice but accomplishes absolutely nothing. How embarrassing.

Overstock will NOT have your back if you get scammed by a third party seller. I have to do a chargeback to get my money refunded for an item I never received, even though my payment was made to overstock and not a third party.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t use it. You will have to fight for a refund when your item never arrives, even if tracking proves it never arrived.

Ordered yarn, never received it. Bought from Amazon which I should have done from the start.

Thankfully, I finally talked to a gentleman in their customer service department who was actually helpful. I got a notification that the mattress had shipped and I was really frustrated. I called one more time and got a really helpful guy who said they couldn't reroute the truck until UPS verified the tracking number which hadn't happened yet. He promised that he would personally watch my account for an update and would send the reroute request to the truck as soon as possible.

A day or two later, the reroute notice appeared on my tracking information and a few days after that, I received an email that my refund was being processed. I'm glad I finally got the result I was looking for, but it took WAY too much time, effort, and persistence to get there. I don't like getting sassy with customer service people, but sometimes that's the only way to get to the proper solution.

I ordered a mattress for my new apartment. It matters when it arrives because my parents are coming into town and will need a place to sleep when they are here. When I placed the order, it said "Standard Shipping" with no exact window of time specified. Normally standard shipping is 3-5 days which would have been fine. Not long later, I received an email stating that my mattress would arrive in 7 business days, which doesn't work because my parents will have left by then.

It hadn't even been an hour since I placed the order, so I figured cancelling it wouldn't be an issue. I WAS WRONG. They told me that my order had already been accepted by the warehouse, so there was nothing they could do to cancel it.

I talked to 3 different people who all parroted the same answer, so I finally asked for a supervisor. I now was told they could reroute the truck back to the warehouse and issue me a refund, which I was glad to hear.

However, I was also told I should expect to hear from them in 1-2 business days about my complaint and I have yet to hear a single thing. I have gotten order updates which is making me nervous that they will not handle this in time.

I was also told if the mattress gets delivered, I am responsible for the return shipping which is not happening. I am so beyond dissatisfied with their customer service. What company doesn't allow a customer to cancel an order they placed less than an hour ago?

I'm never buying anything from them again and neither should you!

Tried to purchase cologne from here. It was SUPER FAKE. No box, no top, bottle made wrong, and the smell was HORRIBLE. So I contacted them, and they acted as if they didn't know why it was fake and said the would send a replacement. You guessed it. The replacement was fake too lmaooo. STAY AWAY! I do have to admit the were prompt with their service and giving me my money back however!

Was given a credit card and i was so excited about this, problem is the checkout wont work, called for help CS says call the credit card company, that is their credit card, finally get ok on credit card and the checkout on the web site wount work for me, tried at home, and work, will not check me out, what a rip off!, will be cutting up the card and throwing away. overstock.com, what a joke.

I was looking for curtains for my living room and seen the ATI Catarina Layered Curtains on pintrest advertise by Overstock. I fell in love with the design and decided to place the order although the length I original wanted was unavailable I order the next size up. Within minutes after I place my order I received a text from Overstock thanking me for my order with a update of schedule delivery. I responded to the text asking if I could receive the curtain before 25th they assured me the curtains would arrive by 24th. Well, as promise I received my curtains and they are as beautiful as on the website! I am very pleased with the customer service and the product. I am very big on customer service and the quality of product all which Overstock has surpass my expectations. Overstock has gain a faithful customer. Thank you Overstock!

Two items ordered with two being delivered from the manufacturer. 2 phone call to customer service with one telling the truth & on other avoiding my questions. Timex watch delivered two days later. Furehaven pet bed delivered 8 days latter but only after I call but shipped only after I called.

I have bought Furniture, area rugs and more from them-they have special discounts and free shipping on some items are a great return policy-the quality of throw rugs and sheets/towels are especially good-some items do need assembly but I have had people ask where I bought things-and marvel at price and quality

Rug I ordered that was Navy Blue is actually a Light Multi Color Rug. Tried to return $31 to return a $41 rug
Never will I order from this company again. Due to Covid they will not answer a chat, phone call or have any customer service available. Buy at your Own Risk and Hope they are close to what you order.

4-29-2020 i paid for a gold Michael Kors watch and it was returned back to sender i try to contact Overstock. I text its an 4hr wait time. So they texted me the sender number to call them i called a hundred time no answer. So it seems to me Overstock does not have anything else to do with it any more like they not trying to help get in contact with there business partners whom they been partnered up with for 35years! It very frustrated all i need them to do is send it back Damn. And i know the sender received the package back because i tracked it through USPS and it was returned back to them OMG After this i will not purchase from Overstock again. I'm trying to be patient soon im going to ask for a refund

I ordered a loveseat and although I was happy with the product the delivery people left a lot to be desired. They tried to force the piece through a doorway damaging the door frame & the piece itself!

I purchased what I thought would be a great asset to my home, a farmhouse dining set. I paid for the item on May 1st and the money was immediately deducted from my account. On May 10th I contacted Overstock to inquire about why my item doesn't say shipped and was told to contact the seller. After sending the seller an email on May 13th they finally responded stating the item will be shipped in two weeks. At roughly 10:30pm on May 22nd I get an alert saying my item has been returned. Not only did the seller not hold up to their end of the deal, Overstock takes no part in doing business with faulty sellers. I spent almost a entire month waiting on a dining set that was never going to be delivered. Now at this point I have to start my search over again. Very very bad business Overstock! NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered some of the products such as pillows and pillow cases and was disappointed when it arrived. The quality wasn't as good as it displayed on the site. Since then I haven't order anything from there just to avoid returing back and forth.

We ordered a credenza on April 12,2017. Finally were promised delivery three weeks later on May 3rd between 1:00 and 5:00. At 4:00 we got a call saying they would not be able to deliver on that day after all. They said they could deliver on the 4th between 8:00 and 12:00. My wife was having a colonoscopy done at 8:00 that day, so we said we would not be home. We asked for the afternoon. We were told no. Then they said it would be 7 to 10 days before delivery. We ended up canceling the order. No one from Overstock ever tried to get in touch with us and it has been a week today. We will never order from this company again.

I bought a computer from a seller(Advanced Skyline Technology) on Overstock.com. The pc arrived on Saturday but when I turned it on the power button flashed red 4 times and the pc beeped 4 times. Nothing on the screen just the 4 flash/Beep pattern. I emailed the Seller on the same Saturday, no response 2 days later. So I emailed Overstock Customer Service and I get a reply how they take this seriously and they will get the Seller to contact me. 3 days after that and still no response from the Seller or Overstock's Customer Service. I put in for a return and was told I would have to wait for approval. Seriously? You send a pc that does not work and my return has to be approved. I would avoid Overstock and Advanced Skyline Technology at all cost. Clearly Overstock is not about the Customer Experience. Try Amazon, Best Buy, Target anything but Overstock.

I've ordered towels and sheets often, even a TENS unit and have been very pleased with the quality and the short delivery time. Caveat: Be SURE to read the reviews before purchasing! The reviews are invaluable.

I ordered a nighty from a site that was a joke and never received it. So i got on overstock and they had the same nighty as the other site. And overstock had it in sizes the other site claims the nighty was not even made in. It was a bit more expensive. But it came on time and in the correct size. I was completely satisfied.

4 weeks, no delivery. Customer service does not fulfill their commitment to correct the issue. I am filing fraud with my card issuer. No item delivered and $2200 removed from my account!

Do not order from Overstock or Bed Bath & Beyond

I never ended up receiving a product. This company is fake. Fraud. They steal money and sell nothing.

I ordered a light and it was previously purchased as the parts were in a Ziploc baggie. Many were missing and there were no instructions. Likely, this is why the previous buyer returned it... and obviously OVERSTOCK felt it was ok to send it out again! And then I have to pay $15 in shipping costs to return it... when it was their fault!?

Ordered a ring o Dec 22nd was told would be shipped in 5 days. Two weeks later called because order still showed in processing. I was assured would be shipped next day only too get email two days later stating could not be shipped at this time and would cancel order in 30 days if could not be shipped at that time.

I am waiting on refund after I canceled order

I ordered a comforter set. I had originally found the comforter at Kohls for $400 and found on Overstock for $99. The quality isn't as good as what it would've been from Kohl's, but def worth what I paid for. I change up décor enough that it was worth the purchase for me. The cotton in the comforter doesn't stay in place, kind of loses its shape. But overall I'm pleased. Shipping was fast and I will def order from this company again!

I ordered an item 4/22/16 in anticipation of Mother's Day as I purchased a gift. I could have ordered from other sites but opted for Overstock for free shipping. The item shows as delivered on 4/29/16 in WASHINGTON State. I live in FLORIDA. I even went as far as to review my order details to ensure I entered the proper shipping address (I did).

I know that it's likely not the fault of Overstock for an incorrect delivery however, when I contacted Overstock Customer Service they advised they'd request a "trace" via UPS to locate the package and it could take 1-4 business days. It would then take another 1-2 business days to prepare the new item for shipment and another 5-7 business days to be delivered. Clearly, I will not receive the item in time and I'm unable to cancel the order to purchase elsewhere.

The rep was unwilling to assist in trying to get the item to me in time for Mother's Day. I should have opted to purchase elsewhere and paid shipping. UGH.

I purchased perfume for Christmas gift on Dec. 10,2013 thru Overstock.com. On Dec. 25th I discovered it was never delivered. After contacting PayPal I was informed it was supposed to have been delivered by FedEx at 1:08 pm on Dec. 26th however it was never received. Overstock.com never made any attempt to help or resolve the issue. I doubt it would take 16 days transit time for FedEx to deliver the gift. Had I not used PayPal to purchase it no doubt in my mind I would have been screwed by Overstock.com. I will never do business with them again suggest the same for all.

Paid for in paypal, next day they say they couldn't verify the shipping address on my credit card (i paid with paypal) and therefore they canceled the ordered and issued a refund, all without contacting me first. Also if i do send them verification documents, this time around i will have to REORDER said laptop, without the original 4th of july discount which was posted on it.

SCAM

I am still waiting 4 days later for my refund which is still not showing in my account, and their response was send us verification documents for the paypal account (an account which is also a seller, and all addresses are verified on it, and is open since 2009.)
