Over Stock has all the items a person may need everything from clothing to gadgets and furniture. Fast shipping and nice people customer service are top line five star so feel safe feel comfortable and shop even on the phone there happy to help don't get discouraged they have it. I love them Overstock awesome...

“Products are subpar and pricing is incomprehensible”

Product I received had missing parts. We tried to buy some from hardware but two major crossbars are missing. Now they say we don't have the parts, take the whole thing apart, find a box and pay the postage to send it back to us. If it is this bad, and you can't fix it then send a new one. You get various coupons, many which are expired. How is it fair to charge different people different amounts for the same product. My other purchase which was a vacuum was of poor quality and seemed used. What does Overstock mean anyway. I think it means over the hill, over priced, over hyped but definitely not over any expectations. Extremely disappointed and will never use this website or company for purchases. I will let my consumer friends know why I have been so frustrated and outraged by the service that seems nice but accomplishes absolutely nothing. How embarrassing.

I have been shopping with them for a year now and I am absolutely delighted, I have gotten electronics, cosmetics and so far so good the prices are great and the customer service is superb, I highly recommend it.

Terrible shady company. More of a scam than a company. I ordered a desk for $360 its been weeks and my desk hasent even been shipped to me nor will they refund me. I don't have my money or my product. This is theft if I've ever seen it. They have no estimated shipping date nor do they have a person I can speak to about a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM. Keep your hard earned money because they don't care about you or what you ordered

I placed an order for a twin xl duvet cover. OS sent me 2 twin xl sheet sets. I called them mmediately after opening the box and OS sent me a return label to my email address. Its been 8days since OS received the returned package and took 2 calls on my end to get a full refund that I have yet to receive. OS told me to wait additional 3-5 days to get a refund and told me to call again if I dont get a full refund! I will not be ordering from OS any more. I have no confidence in OS.

I purchased a product from Overstock.com called "Hanes Jumbo Pillows Set of 4." The picture shows four extremely large, fluffy pillows. Total crap! The pillows are tiny and flat. I called to return them and they said I had to pay the shipping costs, even though they were shipped to me for free because I spent over $50. One box cost me $20 to return, and I had to return two boxes. Forty dollars down the drain! Will NEVER PURCHASE FROM OVERSTOCK.COM AGAIN.

If you order ANYTHING that you could have the slightest chance of returning (size etc) FORGET IT!
Consider that there's NO customer service and you won' be disappointed. When I order I make sure I can throw the amount of $ out the window and be ok with it. That's the only way you'll be happy with them. The only issue I had (which was a simple size exchange) turned into a full blown return. Don't bother.

I made the mistake of ordering a chair from Overstock for my son for Christmas. I ordered the chair on December 12th. Please note its not a cheap chair it is a $428.99 Big & Tall office chair.

It arrived in a damaged box with a broken part. Ive been trying for over 10 days to get a resolution. I have emailed. I have called. I have chatted online. I have sent pictures. I was even promised by a customer service agent at Overstock that the person responsible for the relationship between Overstock and the vendor Clickhere2shop would step in and ensure this was resolved.

The best offer I have received is that I should ship the chair back at my expense, pay the 20% restocking fee and get a credit for the balance.

For a BROKEN chair.

After receiving half my order of dining room chairs, spending hours putting them together, I was informed the other half(4) chairs were out of stock. It took over 7 days to process the order before they wereeven sent out, it took almost 2 weeks to receive half an order. Now they say they are in stock, but they have been "priocesding" for days. They should have been overnighted- bad service

What a complete nightmare. I ordered a bedframe and under bed bins as part of an anniversary gift for my wife. They shipped the bins but not the bed frame. I contacted FedEx to find out what happened and they assured me they had only picked up one item. I email overstock who told me they show that I received the items. I explained I didn't and they said "you will be contacted". When they contacted me three days later, they asked me how I liked the product. I told them that I hadn't received it. I'm on round three of this now, and they have no idea why I am upset and why I don't want to settle for "you will be contacted" anymore. To talk to a supervisor on chat I had to tell them I wanted to cancel my order if the supervisor wouldn't talk to me. When he got online, I had to explain it all over again and he, Jeremy, offered to send me labels so I could return the product. Holy Crap!

This product just arrived! So excited about this assistant bar for my husband to help him get himself up out of the bed. This bar was recommended by his Parkinson's trainer. Excellent idea.

Now with what i am about to write i did not know about sitejabber or i would have reviewed them earlier... Ok. On 3 seperate occasions i placed an ordered within a 1 month period. 1st order was for a blu ray. A week went buy and they said it was out of stock. Yet it was still advertised. 2nd time 2 days later, ordered another item... same issue. 3rd time they didnt answer at all until i $#*!ed and asked for a refund. Item in question was. Well. Yep you guessed it. Out of stock. Bottom line is dont order from them, you will never receive your item whatsoever. 3 times and i was done. They advertise items out of stock and keep it advertised even when they have no intentions of shipping it. Terrible Company.

I have tried to order several items and also asked a question. They never responded to the question. The first item was acccpted, paid for and then they said a while later it was sold out. The last item I ordered was delivered with an "option" number on the bottom. It was not the item I ordered and was inferior. I never agreed to any option. When I questioned them, they said, well you can return it, but we are sold out of that item so we can't replace it. I feel they are scamming people.

I ordered Safavieh courture side tables and got Lauren rugs. Four times, I returned the rugs and hoped they would send the tables.
Though I sent the unordered rugs back and never received the tables, Overstock is charging for the rugs. They are guilty of false advertising and charging for items not ordered.
I am a long-time customer and this was my first bad encounter. I could never recommend Overstock to anyone now because of this horrible experience. Not only are they attempting to extort me, the time involved in trying to remedy this has been horrendous. The picture below shows the tables advertised@$48.99. They sent me Dafne Lauren white rugs instead.

Om so I ordered a motorola E case from here. Three times. I received the wrong case THREE times. This was my favorite case I found. Instead of my cute case, I got a bland boring small checkered black and grey case. Three times. They may have other products that don't have this issue but this is my complaint. NOT COOL. UG.

Overstock.com feeds you outrageous claims of savings while providing you the quality of Chinese wholesale and the prices of a Hollywood Gucci store!

Nothing, and I mean NOTHING is cheap here! There's too many other companies that provide much better deals. These other better companies or sites aren't secrets either! Walmart, Amazon, Ebay, Zulilly, Home Depot, Lowes, Jcpenny, ect. Just pick a store, any store, and you'll get much better prices.

I purchased a sofa mattress through Wal-Mart online. Overstock was the third party vender. The mattress that came to the house had no real labels to indicate what it was. It was to be 5 inch of memory foam. It was not memory foam at all. It was 4 inches not 5 inches. So I called overstock. The person on the phone was fine but I became more mad as he asked questions about the mattress. The mattress came sealed in a semi-clear plastic - I never opened it. The only generic tag indicated it was a product of Mexico. This tag was not new. It was worn and faded and wrinkly. I am not sure where the mattress came from but it could not have been new. So I could not take it back to Wal-Mart directly as it was a third party vendor - thanks Wal-Mart for making it real clear on your website (sarcastic). So to return it I have to get a box package it back up and take it to UPS. Overstock WOULD NOT do anything else for the mess up - more like switcharoo.

Bought an awning for back door. It did not give dimensions on the back brace but from the picture it appeared the screws would be spaced so it would fit ok. When the box arrived it was partially opened - was missing hardware. I decided to try to find hardware for it but then discovered the brace was longer than shown on picture and one of the screws to brace it down was much lower than shown so would not fit on my header over door. Went to return and tried to get a hold of them for two weeks, no response on phone, chat, text or email. When I try to return it on line it wants to charge me $21.65 to return. If they want to sharge me to return an item that was missing parts and was misrepersented in picture, then this will definetly be the last item ever bought from them! Would have given them 0 stars if could.

I want everyone to know that overstock/commenity bank has sent me a bill on a account that was closed and when I wouldn't pay it they will sent me to collections and Equifax to ruin my credit score, Its illegal and I have turned it into the FTC as a fraud. They Lied to me about it being there mistake and they would reverse the charges, That never happened. They just keep sending bills with late charges, They should be Held responsible for this activity. Never get an account or credit card with this company.

I have made a purchase from this company on January 1,2017. I have received a transaction# for the amount of 62.86. Not once have I received any notification on my product. I will contact Overstock and I will contact the BBB, this is horrible not one review has been good. This is my first and my last time ordering from Overstock. Jacque D.

I ordered a couch on January 23,2015 on overstock.com. I understood that because it was oversize, it would take some time. I followed up in early February via Chat, and was advised my couch would be shipping on/about February 13,2015. I continued to check my order status and it still continued to be 'processing' (as it is as I write this review on 2/21/15). After contacting OS again about this order and indicating that if it was not shipping in 7 days I wanted to cancel, I was contacted (2/19/15) by Jasmine who advised she would be the point person on this order. On 2/20/15, I received a bill for the order. I contacted OS and advised I would not pay a penny until the order AT LEAST shipped out of the warehouse/mfg. OS had me call 2 different numbers, neither CSR could help, and referred me back to Jasmine. At this point, I'm so angry I'm not sure what to do, but I want others to know what to expect from OS customer service!

Tip for consumers:
don't bother....they can't be!

It's a bad idea to shop online because of all of this. I shopped on amazon, overstock and other shopping websites and I had a bad experience. I had lost packages in the past and I never got my refunds for my lost packages. I had to deal with bad costomer service and nobody doesn't deserve that. I was a victim of a fraud and I had to get a new credit card and everything. It was very stressful for me. Before when I shopped online, they canceled my orders and they never refund my money when I was charged for the items that I bought. So I decided not to shop online anymore because of all of this stuff happening to me. It's better to buy my stuff in the store like I always do.

I ordered something from Overstock and it was supposed to be delivered in 3 days. It never arrived so the day after I called to see why? They informed me it was on its way. A couple of days later I looked up tracking number and it shows it never shipped and when I called they said it had shipped but UPS lost it and would I like to order it again. They literally blamed UPS and threw them under the bus! I told the rep that I have an emali from them showing it had been shipped. SILENCE. I say I cant do business with unethical people please refund. Its been a week and today I called and they told me they are investigating the matter and I could expect refund in 5 days. Its been 3 weeks since I ordered. DO NOT business with these people as they are beyond UNETHICAL. BTW not the first time --its my 2nd and last time. I have all chats saved and phone calls so all can be validated. I have never seen such unethical behavior from a company.

I have ordered a Rokinon High Definition 8mm F3.5 Fisheye Lens from overstock.com last week, the order was aproved, I received a confirmation mail, so I was sure the item was on its way home, today, just out of curiosity, I decided to check on the status of my order only to find out it had been cancelled, with no explanation at all. I contacted customer support to find out what was the matter, where ‘Dan' told me it was a problem with the credit card, and I should contact their credit department because he was unable to do anything about it. I know for a fact my credit card is fine because i placed several orders the same day and this one is the only one that had problems with it, (by the way, I was nowhere near the limit on the card).
This was my first experience with overstock.com and is going to be the last one too, from now on i'll stick with ebay and amazon, when they have a problem with your order you at least get an email stating so.

I purchased this recliner, description says leather, Paid 600, actually is faux leather. Then it went on sale for 37.50 less. I asked for the difference back and they said I only had 7 days. I just had it delivered yesterday VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I bought an item and within 1hr I realied it was the wrong size, so I called, they said sorry it was already shipped! In 1hr? Really? Now I have to pay to return it. Then have them ship out the right size and pay for shipping all over again. This was a Christmas present. What way to say Merry Christmas than to have them pay to return it.

Ordered a thermocouple for a project and paid nearly $5 for delivery of a part weighing only a few ounces. After nearly 3 weeks without delivery I was forced to purchase the part locally as I was on a deadline. When I finally received the part I asked for a return and was told I would have to purchase tracked return delivery from USPO. As that cost would negate most of the refund I sent it back 1st class mail in a padded envelope, clearly addressed to the return address they provided. It has been over a month since I mailed the part back and I'm now out the money AND the part as they claim they never received it. What a complete waste of time and money. I will NEVER again purchase anything from this company
