Overstock.com

Overstock has some nerve charging exorbitant amounts for returns. They were going to charge me over $40 for a return on a rug that cost $119. I will never recommend them or buy from them again

Their products are complete crap. A waste of money. The customer service representatives are of no help whatsoever and very misleading. I will never buy from them again, ever.

Hi, i was suprised when you said you produce E-Visa. I placed my order and paid my money with skepticism but to my greatest suprises, everything went smooth and i am now in Luxemburg via my Electroci Visa

Overstock.com is a site that I visit almost every day. It could be addictive:-).

While Amazon.com has a lot more choices, Overstock.com offers better deals, mist of the time.

Rating 0! I placed an order on the 12/21 and paid for express delivery for 12/24 arrival. When the package didn't arrive by Christmas Eve, I called and was told the shipping company had a 3 day order fulfillment policy and I would have the order by the 29th. It was a Christmas gift but I also needed a birthday gift so I accepted the delay, with a refund of the express shipping. I called to check on the 28th and was told it was in route by no later than the 30th. I received an email on the 30th. They never had the item. It was never shipped and the employees lied about all the shipping information. No gift for Christmas or the birthday! I did receive a refund, but with all the lies I'm stuck trying to find a replacement at the last minute. I will never order from them again!

I returned an item which was defective/ and not as described but overstock.com
Deducted 50 percent of the total amount are refund only half of what I paid originally, will not order from this company

They sold me a dining room set that was not in stock. They took my money for a month. I actually ordered two extra chairs to go with our dining room set. I called them last night to ask why it wasn't shipped yesterday. They told me they canceled the order because it wasn't in stock. I sold my dining room set and hutch in preparation for the new dining room set! No email no warning nothing! Then I was told they wouldn't return my chairs because I had assembled them! NOT reliable! You lost my business!

Liked this furniture so much I bought a second sofa to match. Awesome quality and great customer service from "Val".

I wrote a review on Overstock's website but they have chosen not to post it and have left it in pending status for weeks (I assume to avoid the negative review). Here is what you should read before you buy any beauty products--or any products--from Overstock.com:

Not happy w/Overstock's Customer Service AT ALL. I'd rather spend the extra cash at *** At least I get my product. Plus, if there is ever an issue with delivery *** always provides excellent customer support. In the past, when a product has not arrived or has come damaged, etc. they've replaced the item immediately and even give me a discount or the product for free, etc. I try to be a fair customer but my package is 5 days late, which means I can't take it on my trip (evidently it's lost in the mail) now it is going to take a total of 12 additional days to get the product after a trace, reorder, returns, etc... and not a single discount or anything was offered... by either of my two different customer service reps. Never ordering from this site again.

Update: I received the replacement product that was sent to me and the consistency is different than the sample that was given to me by the doctor's office. Buyer beware!

I was not impressed at all with overstock.com. They were way overpriced to be a discount site. I can find the same products much cheaper at walmart.com online.

If I could rate 0 I would. This company steals the customers money! I had ordered quilt set (I assumed set meant more than 3 items, my own fault on that part). So I returned the item on my own at USPS 10 dollars vs 32 for their label. A month and a half goes by (figured it takes time to process a return). When I had given them a call to see how the process was going they told me I had to have the tracking number in order to process the return to my bank account (No where in the return process does it say you need to update a tracking number.) Unfortunately after 30 days USPS can not provide a printed tracking number. When I called back and told them this they told me there was nothing they could do without the tracking number even though their product was returned to their warehouse. The two women I had spoken to on the phone were nice and tried to help as much as they could but the companies overall "Return procedures" is BS. I ended up disputing the original charge with my bank. Dont let them steal your money!

Bought two 250 chairs.
Cheap plywood bottoms. The legs snapped off both chairs. No way to repair them. Too big to try and return. Very disappointed. Next time I will not buy from them.

Don't buy anything there
Customer service lies and lies
They will keep you going until the return period has expired
Then they tell you that a withdrawal is no longer possible
So heed the WARNING! Or pay for nothing

I ordered a foldaway bed based on a time frame when I needed it they guaranteed the 25th then after was ordered they took my money they said no the 30th I tried to return it they shipped it anyway that try not to give me back my money it's a bad place to shop go to Google.
It's over a week I still haven't gotten my money.
Do not shop ever at overstock.com they will keep your money read the rest the reviews they don't pay back

Didn't end up ordering ANY of the craft items on my "wish list" from Overstock. I surfed the net and nearby craft stores and found that Overstock actually had the highest prices on EVERY ITEM - sometimes as much as 50% higher! Why does anyone shop here?

This website may have cheaper prices but I wouldn't recommend buying anything from here unless you are willing to wait a MONTH to get it. They have the slowest shipping I have ever seen and you are not able to track it. Completely inconveniant. I will NOT ever buy anything from this website again.

Beware of Overstock. I will never make another purchase from them and I'm closing my account. I bought a Gucci wallet and watch from them and returned items immediately but Overstock sent a bill before they received the items which I didn't pay because items were no longer in my possession. They assessed a late fee. Say what? When I called to complain they claimed it was reversed but there was still a balance of $37. After speaking with three customer agents nobody knew what the the $37 was for which I still refused to pay. So I received a call from a collection agency I presume, requesting payment and I declined to pay because no one could tell me what the $37 was for. Well come to find out it's a restocking fee for the wallet. I've never seen that small detail on their website. How much does it take to put a wallet back? So because I didn't pay $37 they've added another late fee. You would think such a large company would just waive the restocking fee but they would rather continue to harass and ruin my credit. I'm still disputing at this point.

My title says it all... broken, wrong order, etc... you name it! Great customer service, but who cares if you can never get an item shipped correctly!

Overstock.com title is so misleading and they are so way over priced on everything,, you'd have to be stupid to buy online from them! You can buy cheaper locally in your neighborhood store!

Their website is confusing and unclear, but it seems like they have good deals. I never bought from them to be honest because I don't know if I should trust them or not.

This is a site that always delivers. I love receiving my packages on time, quality merchandise, great prices, and a percentage off of orders periodically. Love it

Recently I've redecorated my house. I've ordered several items from Overstock. Here is the good, the bad, and the ugly. The good: most of the items I've received were of good quality. What I expected based on the listing and some even better in person. They have great customer service. I've had items come damaged and they were quick to replace them or refund them at no cost to me. I also compare prices for the same products against other sites and Overstock is usually cheaper. The bad: since products are often sold by third parties, the packing is all over the place. I've had items packed so well I could barely get into them and items packed so poorly it was obvious it was heavily damaged in shipping partly due to poor packaging. The ugly: I recently ordered an accent chair listed as "full grain leather" with a photo of a chair with beautiful distressed leather. What I got was made of a material nothing like the photo. It was most definitely not full grain leather or leather at all for that matter. The material was poor quality compared to the advertised photo and not distressed. I wrote Overstock to address the issue and am waiting to hear back (I just wrote them a few hours ago). Because there are third parties, unfortunately not all of them can be trusted. I have no doubt Overstock would except a return if I chose to return it, so I still think they are great to work with... just a few shady third parties on the site.
