Over Stock has all the items a person may need everything from clothing to gadgets and furniture. Fast shipping and nice people customer service are top line five star so feel safe feel comfortable and shop even on the phone there happy to help don't get discouraged they have it. I love them Overstock awesome...

“Products are subpar and pricing is incomprehensible”

Product I received had missing parts. We tried to buy some from hardware but two major crossbars are missing. Now they say we don't have the parts, take the whole thing apart, find a box and pay the postage to send it back to us. If it is this bad, and you can't fix it then send a new one. You get various coupons, many which are expired. How is it fair to charge different people different amounts for the same product. My other purchase which was a vacuum was of poor quality and seemed used. What does Overstock mean anyway. I think it means over the hill, over priced, over hyped but definitely not over any expectations. Extremely disappointed and will never use this website or company for purchases. I will let my consumer friends know why I have been so frustrated and outraged by the service that seems nice but accomplishes absolutely nothing. How embarrassing.

This site provides nice items for loyal prices.
Recently I bought the doll house for my god daughter.
She just loved that one. And I was pleased with a good service, I got my order on time.

Great prices. Smooth delivery. Friendly service. Sometimes product quality is not quite what I expected... but then again I don't pay top price at top brands.

I've never been more disappointed with a company ever. Long story short, I requested a price match on their OWN website. The product was listed at two different prices one Canadian and one American. That's fine. However, the difference was significant given the current currency rates. That being said, I contacted customer service who said that they would cover the difference once the order was placed. Got the invoice and it was the original price. I had spoken to two customer service representatives during the transaction and they both said there would be no problem (I kept a copy of the entire conversation and a copy of both the prices as proof.) Just spoke with customer service again for well over an hour to get it through to them. They refused to give me the difference in the cost of the product. I told them that they should honour what two of their own employees said they would do for me. In the end, the little guy gets burned again. All they kept saying was "sorry for the confusion". There was no confusion. Basically Overstock failed in their ability to follow through with what they said they were going to do. It's really a shame that they can get away with things like this. Is there no honour with companies anymore. Simply take the customers money and be done with them. Customer service merely pays lip service. If I could give them zeros across the board I would. I will ensure this gets posted everywhere I can possibly post it. Be wary of their lies.

Ordered a headboard. The first arrived completely open and box nearly destroyed (UPS)--inadequate packaging. There was 3 pieces of shipping tape cross-wise over the 6 foot edge of box. Sent pictures, requested a replacement. The second headboard arrived: Same incompetent shipping: 3 pieces of tape across the 6 foot edge of box. No internal packaging over/around headboard. Package was delivered before our lawn service arrived. Now the "replacement" is covered in grass clippings, dirt, and pollen. Completely incompetent business practices. Not sure yet if OVERSTOCK is going to CHARGE FOR THE RETURN; based on other reviews, they will likely charge for cost of their incompetence. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH OVERSTOCK AGAIN.

Be careful when ordering from Overstock.com. I placed an order on an item that was backordered. After a couple of days, I realized I really didn't have the money to spend and contacted them to cancel the order. Since the item was on backorder, I figured this wouldn't be a problem. They proceeded to tell me they couldn't cancel the order because it had already been sent to their warehouse. I informed them the item was on backorder so they can just contact their warehouse. It should be that easy right? After a few times back and forth they told me once again that they couldn't cancel the order because now all of the sudden the item has been shipped. Funny thing is the expected delivery date is still the same. I truly believe they removed the "backorder" from the item and just told me it was shipped so that they could say they couldn't cancel. They had more than enough time to cancel this order but chose to treat their customer like this. VERY BAD BUSINESS!

Well, I have bought from overstock many times and recommended to friends and family. NOT ANYMORE. On the 13th of April I ordered a lamp. On the 20th they charged my account and said it shipped. Gave me a tracking number and all. It has yet to be received by the shipper (May 4th). I have tried many times to conatc them and received not one single response. I am very frustrated, I could understand with the Corona problems going on, but to charge my account and not getting any response from them is ridiculous and getting scarry.

WORST shopping experience ever! I ordered items on the 1st of Dec. I looked at the shipping and one said it was in transit, however, the other was not updated at all! I contacted them, and they said they were both shipped. Then I get an email saying that they miscounted their inventory and I will be refunded and get a $10 store credit. So i contact them again to confirm, and what do you know he told me it was shipped. I paid $19.99 for a ring, which they said they would refund me $18.27 NOT THE PRICE I PAID! I look on my capital one card, and of course there was not a refund there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A WEBSITE! Won't be shopping at overstock.com AGAIN!

I August I ordered a tv stand. I received my email that it was shipped. About 2 weeks later I received another email that it was undeliverable. I reordered the tv stand, A few weeks later I received a COAT RACK. Contacted Overstock and I had to reorder the tv stand. I just received my order and it was another COAT RACK. Called Overstock and they told me the tv stand is out of stock. It was not out of stock when I orginally ordered ordered it. Now I have to take my time to return the second coat rack. This is the first time I have ordered from Overstock and it is the LAST time. (I did find the EXACT same tv stand on another site for the same price!)

Never had an order correctly processed by 'overstocked'... How difficult is it to pack a tablet and post it to a customer? Not sure if I would buy from them again.

Several years ago Overstock was a great way to shop- they actually had good discounts. That is not the case anymore- I don't get excited over 7% discounts. I shop elsewhere.

My phone broke and so my husband and I searched the internet for a new one, finally finding Overstock to have the best price. I received an email that stated I got 12% off my first purchase but when I tried to apply that at checkout it wasn't working. I pulled up the costumer chat and the person on the other line was WONDERFUL! They applied the coupon for me even after telling me that according to the fine print that coupon wasn't allowed to be applied to an electronic purchase. They were so kind and willing to help quickly! I would recommend Overstock to ANYONE!

I purchased my beautiful bedroom set that was delivered on May 27th 2020 I paid 99.00 for this delivery and set up for 5 pieces to be delivered I received everything but my dresser because as they delivered my dresser the mirror on the doors had shattered. With that being said I understand stuff happens BUT how they handled me STILL WAITING on my dresser AND ONLY giving me a 25.00 credit when I've paid a pretty penny for 5 pieces not 4 them they tell me it's gonna be 2 more weeks to wait I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER THING FROM OVERSTOCK with the customer service I have received

I purchased a Charleston Atrium for over $5,000. After ordering, I was notified it would take 2 months to get. I live in AZ. And by the time I received it, it was too hot to put together. My husband was in the garage and noticed we received box 2 of 4 and 3 of 4. So where is 1 of 4 and 4 of 4. After many calls, on hold, and hangups, they told us someone would get back with us in 48 hours, Never happened, Then, I received an email telling me I was 6 days past the return date and to try to sell it on Craigs list or ebay. Are you serious? You can't sell half of anything, like they did to me. NEVER BUY FROM THESE RIP OFFS AGAIN!

We ordered a bedset for our daughter and after 2wks of not receiving it but took our money out of our account I called ups to find out where it was. Ups hadn't even received it! We were told to call the company in which I did. The lady couldn't even find our order in their information. I gave all the numbers and dates needed and she was clueless. We then stated we wanted a refund and she screws that up too! I checked to make sure because they haven't followed through with anything. She apparently requested to find our order not refund us. When I checked our order status, it stated to return the product to an address. How can I return a product I never received?! So call #2 but the specialist seemed like she knew what she was doing so hopefully we will have our refund soon... I will never order from them again and advising friends, family, and all those who read this save yourself the headache and do not order from them.

The retailer sent me a damaged product and is not abiding by their written return policy. I asked for a replacement part and was never informed when that was denied so I opted for a full refund that they originally offered. My concern was they would not tell me who the carrier is, what the tracking number is, or send me the label. My only option was to wait for a pickup that I know zero information on and have no control over, nor can I ship the item out. They said "The refund will be processed with 3-5 business days even if the carrier didn't pick up the item. If it is past 10 days, you can dispose or donate the item." I have contacted support four times notifying them that no pickup attempt has been made, three of which I was told that my refund has been issued and to continue waiting. Since it has been over a week, I reached out again and was now told the refund was never issued and they need to receive the product first. Every day I carry out the heavy box with a broken arm and hope that no one steals it which is an issue in my area. I have asked twice for customer service refused to transfer me to a manager and they will end the chat and never transfer me.

Tip for consumers:
Customer service will do anything to get you off the chat including cutting off a conversation or lying.

After 11 weeks I finally received my leather couch. I had to call me bank to dispute charges because of the lengthy shipping time with no communication.

Once the couch was delivered the shippers assembled the couch. When they were gone I sat on the couch and the frame snapped causing the leg to bend. I can no longer sit on the couch. I immediately contacted overstock and they apologized and said that a shipping services would contact me soon to schedule a pick up.

Well yesterday I received an email stating that they determined the couch wasn't defective and that they would send me a part to fix. It's impossible to fix because the frame is cracked and secondly I didn't assemble it so why should I fix it? That is completely unacceptable! I requested a full refund the very first time I contacted them.

It has been a total hassle dealing with this company from the start of order till now.

To say that I'm pissed off and frustrated is an understatement especially since I have purchased another couch, which is being delivered next week. Since Overstock is dragging their feet to find someone to pick the damaged couch up, it looks like I will have two couched in my room.

Tip for consumers:
If you purchase from Overstock make sure it's something you really want. To return the item is beyond ridiculous. I would avoid them all together.

Worst place to order if you need to return, even just few minutes after ordering.
Will never buy anything from Overstock and I would never recommend to anyone.

Ordered a ring and they deliberately sent me the wrong item and are now refusing to acknowledge the fact I sent it straight back. Huge scam website, don't shop here.

Always happy with my purchases, fair/fast shipping, AND any time I've had an issue with a damaged product they have replaced it immediately - no questions asked. Love Overstock!

I ordered a grey linen chair and found it in my driveway. I lugged it up stairs, opened the box and discovered that it was beige in color. I called customer service and they said they would ship a replacement right away. I waited another 10 days and low and behold, there was another beige chair sitting in my driveway. I called customer service and was told they would would not ship the correct chair to me until they received the beige chair back? So I was going to cancel the order but the customer service guy said that if I wanted to choose a different higher priced chair, he would give it to me for the same price as the other chair. Well who doesn't love a bargain right? Turns out that after waiting another ten days, the chair is stuck in North Carolina and due to adverse weather conditions, no telling when it will be delivered. Also, ten days later, I have still not received an account credit for the chair I returned. I contacted customer service to ask when I would receive my 350.00 credit, and they informed me that it could take 3-5 business days from the date the warehouse receives the merchandise, however the credit would be minus the 10% discount applied when I purchased it. Really? After everything that has happened in this deal, Overstock wants to make sure I do not get the 10% discount? So here I am, out $700.00 and no chair to sit on. Customer service continues to send email updates that state how sorry they are for any inconvenience this MAY have caused me, but they do nothing to correct their mistakes. I have never had this bad of buying experience anywhere else.

We received our green house April 28,2021. As we set it up it started to bend. We didn't think anything of it you know probably just being to rough on the bars they are kind of thin after all. We didn't bury it or anything we just set it up and tied it down with the little tie downs that came with it. The next day we go out to water and mind you it's been super windy all week that day of no exception sadly, we found our green house upside down and the front and back top bars were both bent in half. They still kind of connected so we just put it back up and this time we butted the down in the dirt. For about a month now it'd been up collapsed at the front and back from the first incident but the 2 middle bars still stood. This morning me and my husband head out to water our plants and find that the whole top Piece had completely collapsed and bent the bottom half to. So we unbury it and that's what's left of it. I talked to customer service and they offered a refund if I returned the item. But sadly some of the bolts won't come apart because of how bent it is so I use it for scrap now

Their 12 ft green house in very low quality.

Overstock.Com Charged us twice for the same merchandise. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO unless you want to be overcharged for cheap merchandise. When our Credit card company looked into Overstock showed them something else & we were still double charged. We ended up having to change our credit card #. Please Be AWARE & Check your statements for at least 60-90 days after you receive your items. Do Not Let this happen to you!

Keep Talking & letting the people know the TRUTH!
