Over Stock has all the items a person may need everything from clothing to gadgets and furniture. Fast shipping and nice people customer service are top line five star so feel safe feel comfortable and shop even on the phone there happy to help don't get discouraged they have it. I love them Overstock awesome...

“Products are subpar and pricing is incomprehensible”

Product I received had missing parts. We tried to buy some from hardware but two major crossbars are missing. Now they say we don't have the parts, take the whole thing apart, find a box and pay the postage to send it back to us. If it is this bad, and you can't fix it then send a new one. You get various coupons, many which are expired. How is it fair to charge different people different amounts for the same product. My other purchase which was a vacuum was of poor quality and seemed used. What does Overstock mean anyway. I think it means over the hill, over priced, over hyped but definitely not over any expectations. Extremely disappointed and will never use this website or company for purchases. I will let my consumer friends know why I have been so frustrated and outraged by the service that seems nice but accomplishes absolutely nothing. How embarrassing.

Overstock is a waste of time as far as I am concerned. When I am looking for something in particular they never seem to have it in stock. I very rarely visit their site.

Please read this before you place an order of any kind with Overstock. Read all of the fine print and do not expect the merchandise that you paid for especially if its heavy freight for at least 2 months. The problem is not so much with the time it takes to receive it, it's with the people that you have to deal with to try to get answers. They tell you each and every time that you will receive a phone call within 24 to 48 hours and they never... not once... called me back. I had to make every call. After a month and a half, I have no answers and I do not have a $600 loveseat that I ordered. I called again this morning and was promised that I would hear from the freight department within 1 hour. It's been 4 hours. I'm getting ready for another call. I have spent about 12 to 13 hours trying to get an item that I paid good money for. They are other really good online retailers. I used one of them last week after this fiasco with Overstock. I already have a call from the delivery company scheduling a time to deliver my purchase. This retailer offered free shipping over $45 also and with a lot less hassle and heartache. Never again Overstock. Close my account!

They took my money, used them for 10 days and told me sorry we cant ship your stuff
I had to call my bank and disput the transaction

My experience was nice except for my wood cracked on one of my purchase I couldn't send it back cause I didn't open till months later so shame on me. But when finished beautiful

Ordered a sink a month ago, still not shipped I'll never buy from them again. I tried to call them, they blamed the people that process the orders for them.

Few days back I ordered a computer chair. I received that on time and price of the chair is almost reasonable. I hope next time they provide me some discount.

I've purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from Overstock. Their customer service has always been the best and I've been very satisfied with most purchases.

I never ordered from this website, but I can tell from a simple Google search that they are both overpricing AND offering items that don't even exist.

I google for the Fangbook EVO HFX-500, It doesn't show up in Google or the CyberpowerPC website where it is supposed to be from. Another laptop I googled showed that they were charging an extra $200 than for it to be from the actually website.

Total scam, do not order.

I bought an oversized item from overstock they claim free shipping. However when the shipping company called they stated they would leave it outside the house. They would not at all put it in the home. Called overstock the person whom I spoke James stated they would send an email so my item would be deliver in side the house. I called the shipping company they claim they had not receive any request from overstock. Called overstock again where this awful worker answer she stated if I wanted my item in the house I had to pay them an additional 50.00. I believe this is false advertisement if they are going to deliver. Deliver it the right way don't be charging extra to put it inside the house. I know I'm not shopping from this people again. This is the second time I'm having such difficult time with them. I thought maybe it was just one bad experience let me give them a second chance. The second time it was worst. I even became a gold member. Paying extra so shipping they claim is free and better don't believe them. I'm not buying from them ever again.

Everytime I searched sites to buy a computer component, Overstock.com's prices are always significantly higher than others! Like today for example! I wanted to buy a new CPU mid ATX case. I was wanting the Thermaltake versa H22. Overstock has theirs for $52.32! http://www.overstock.com/Electronics/Thermaltake-Versa-H22-Mid-tower-Chassis/*******/product.html
And Newegg.com has the same Thermaltake Versa H22 for only $41.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E*******249&cm_re=Versa_h22-_-11-133-249-_-Product
Big difference! Over $10 dollars! If they are really overstocked! Then they still do not seem to care about getting rid of the stock with their ridiculous prices!
It was the same thing when I wanted to buy my GTX 970! So just search and look for the best prices people! Don't be fooled by a company that only claims to have lower prices! Do your own thinking! And you will save cash.

Update: I ordered some fragrances from Overstock. The first order I submitted didn't have a coupon applied, so I canceled it right away. I paid via PayPal and usually when I cancel orders, the amount is refunded automatically. It's been over a week and the transaction still shows as "pending." I've contacted PayPal AND Overstock and despite the charge not actually being deducted from my account, it's still there. I find this frustrating even though it's not an actual mistake. It's because transactions that show - but don't count can be confusing. I'm not sure if I will pursue this further but it seems like Overstock's financial department may not know how to handle PayPal correctly. I've also found that their customer service representatives don't know how to answer questions in depth. Nonetheless, their shipping and products seem to be legit (esp. Fragrances!) so it's a give and take.

The item I bought was listed as "refurbished", which wasn't an electronic item so per Overstock's description, it refers to items that have been returned to retailers but are otherwise not damaged or defective. The item arrived in a reasonable amount of time (at $2.95 shipping) for half the price of the new item and after checking it, it was in great condition. However, it wasn't terribly well packaged which didn't matter in that case, but I hope they send more fragile items with better packaging.

ACTUALLY, I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT... OVERSTOCK strung me along for 3 months saying it is about to be delivered... delayed... delayed... delayed... THEN THEY TELL ME IT IS OUT OF STOCK?! WHO DOES THAT? Almost impossible to reach Support (other companies have fared well during pandemic)... I called many times 9am and text with reply will be back to me with answer in 4 hours... THEN, i get another stupid text at 8pm they are closed for the day WITHOUT RESPONDING TO THE ISSUE... happened multiple times. I actually spoke on phone a couple of times and neither knew anything about the products (regurgitated what was on the website) or the procedure and only called to try and soften the blow of a shifty company.

Terrible business and customer service! I have ordered from many other companies, but this one has had issues with all 10 items I have ordered. No one is reachable on the phone and unless your questions fit into their algorithm, there is no resolve! I ordered something through Walmart.com and apparently it was third party thru Overstock. I thought it had to be refunded through Walmart, but I had to go through Overstock. When I finally got through to them, only with Walmart's help, they refused to let me return my item- a set of bath rugs for credit because it was past 30 days. Really, when I have been trapped in my house for days on end? Yet they ask us to make exceptions for them due to CoVid- no phone, late shipments, broken or dinged items, no communication as to when things might ship or deliver, no answers except for frequently asked questions! Terrible service and they certainly don't care about the customer. Unlike Wayfair who after ordering a few items personally called me to make certain product, delivery, service, etc. was all good. Not to mention their pricing was better. Do not use Overstock!

I places an order for more than 1000$ requesting for delivery to Singapore. After three calls requesting why no confirmation mail has been sent, two weeks after they just dropped me an email to tell me that there had been a system problem and my order has not been even sent to warehouse, eventhough the money has been withdrawn from my account!
No support or clear answer after that. VERY BAD SUPPORT SERVICE

Have purchased some pretty good items, but others have been of low quality. Have placed orders to be sent to others and it was sent to me instead. They do ship within a reasonable time frame.

I wanted to place an order (as a gift) from overstock. The delivery address is in US but I wanted to pay with my credit card which is a foreign one. My surprise is that even when the delivery address is in US only because my credit card is not I will be charged as if the delivery address was in the country where my credit card is issued! Which besides to be absurd because orders in US are eligible for free delivery, only the shipping fee to the origin credit card country is an outrageous 35% of the total bill!
Under these conditions and with these limitations a website should not claim it has 'international' billing/shipping, It is an INTERNATIONAL RIP-OFF!
BTW: Its online customer support (live chat) is very inefficient to say the less.

We recently ordered sheets from Overstock.com and they took forever to come. But when they DID arrive, they were just wonderful and exactly as described.

We have had two issues with Overstock. In Spring 2021 we ordered a kitchen island. After waiting for delivery we received the bottom of the island and the legs to a table that did not belong to us. Overstock said that they could not get us a new top because it was sold out and they would have someone pick up the legs that did not belong to us. the person whose legs we received actually contacted us because our phone number was on the shipping label, turns out we had her table legs and she had our island top. She was in TX and we are in CA. Overstock said there was no way to swap the items as it was a "shipper" issue. So there we were left we half our island and legs to someone else table. After about 3 months of back and forth an island top arrived on our doorstep with no warning. We still have the other table legs and will be responsible for paying a dump fee to dispose of them.

June 7,2021-we ordered a table and chairs set. Shortly after ordering we were notified there would be a delay. On Sunday June 19,2021 I reached out to customer service and they assured me that my table and chairs would ship out Tuesday, June 22,2021. On the morning of Tuesday June 22,2021 I received an email that our table was sold out and would not ship.

Overstock has a problem with overselling items and holding customers money for long periods of time when they know they items ordered are actually unavailable. I do not trust this company.

There customer service is really bad. Had several dealings with them. None were good. They believe they, not the customer is always right. This outweighs any good They may have, I feel.

Don't risk it if your package is lost(which I see happened to a lot of people) there is no chance you will get a refund. I lost ~250 dollars because of it.

I visited overstock many times, and every time i found something I liked, I found it for less elsewhere, but the site is easy to navigate and give good suggestion of products

It's ok. They have some good deals, but shipping takes too long.

I like how they have strange/new products. But paying extra for shipping and waiting so long is not my bag.
