Over Stock has all the items a person may need everything from clothing to gadgets and furniture. Fast shipping and nice people customer service are top line five star so feel safe feel comfortable and shop even on the phone there happy to help don't get discouraged they have it. I love them Overstock awesome...
Product I received had missing parts. We tried to buy some from hardware but two major crossbars are missing. Now they say we don't have the parts, take the whole thing apart, find a box and pay the postage to send it back to us. If it is this bad, and you can't fix it then send a new one. You get various coupons, many which are expired. How is it fair to charge different people different amounts for the same product. My other purchase which was a vacuum was of poor quality and seemed used. What does Overstock mean anyway. I think it means over the hill, over priced, over hyped but definitely not over any expectations. Extremely disappointed and will never use this website or company for purchases. I will let my consumer friends know why I have been so frustrated and outraged by the service that seems nice but accomplishes absolutely nothing. How embarrassing.
Once i visited this site. I was shocked because they are providing amazing furniture. Then i ordered and they delivered on time.
Its been awhile but I had a great experience everything I ordered showed up on time an intact. I ordered a bedspread that was cheaper on this site.

I have a Club O Membership which offers free returns. I recently purchased an item on the Overstock website that listed as a "marketplace Seller". I was able to use my Club O reward dollars on the purchase as well as earning Club O points in the purchase. It was shipped for free per the terms of my Club O Membership. But when I went to return the item, I was told that I would be charged a 50% restocking fee as well as the shopping cost. After 3 hours and 4 customer service agents I was told that due to being a 3rd party vendor my membership doesn't apply so no free return for me! What? My membership applied to every other aspect of the purchase and there is absolutely NO disclaimer stating that Club O Memberships are not valid on Marketplace vendors purchases. When I spoke to Curtis, Dominique, Donna and Naomi, I was also told that "you should have known" and "your points are absolutely not applied (which they were" and " nothing we can do". I asked all of them to pointt out any terms and conditions that listed this caveat to the membership and not one of them could direct me to it. Then it was back to "you should have known". I truly believe that this is a bait and switch and I am wondering if there is a class action out there because certainly it is affecting others. I have filed with the Attorney General as well. Overstock.com's customer service truly lags behind the industry standard. When I mentioned to one of the agents that my Amazon Prime membership covers outside vendors they stated "we're not Amazon". I can attest to that. Save yourself the trouble and go with another company. These guys are truly substandard.
I have found all sorts of items at Overstock, at reasonable prices. Returns are fair and reasonable, and pricing is great.

I ordered a comforter set and received it within a week. I found it to be reasonably priced and I'm happy with the quality of it.
Few days back I ordered jewelry for christmas party. Now I got this on time. Quality that they show on website I got exactly that piece.
Poor quality product. Not what was depicted the ad. The order cost $140 the cost to return was $63. I will not use Overstock again.
Thier customer service is pretty much non existent. If you have a problem they do not answer, they say they will and do not. Do not buy from them.
I don't always go to Overstock.com to buy. At other times, I go to sell my old stuffs and get good money for them.
For whatever reason, overstock doesn't have it where I can leave a customer review on there page so I will be leaving it here and every single other potential avenue possible along with the necessary bureaus. My husband and I purchased a pressure cooker back at the end June 2018 from overstock. We have had pressure cookers for 8 years now that we use at least 5 times a week. Needless to say this one we got hasn't last but about 6-7 months and it's already not pressurizing right and losing pressure while cooker. We reported it to overstock and the manufacturer to which both companies are not helping. Mind you we not only are under a 1 year manufacturer warranty but we also have an extended warranty that we PURCHASED and PAID FOR from overstock. The manufacturer states they do not have any replacements in stock. It's been 2-3 months we've been "waiting patiently" as requested and still today were told to please be patient. Um excuse me, I've been patient for months! I use this 5 plus times a week and it's starting to be very very annoying not having it, especially considering I'm supposedly DOUBLE COVERED on this damn thing. Overstock is NO better! They aren't helping, providing alternative exchange options, refund, absolutely nothing. Yet I have two warranty coverages!? WTF! I've always heard people talk about Overstock having great customer service. This is FAR from great customer service. I receive better service from my local McDonalds! What did I buy an extended warranty for and purchase from overstock if they aren't going to provide any help and coverage? Terrible customer service and I will be continuing to fight this until everyone knows and I have a resolution. Do Not buy from overstock, especially not the extended warranty, complete garbage and worthless waste of money!

The prices can be high, although I used to trust them to be the lowest. I would rather the percent off than the Overstock money to spend.
I will explain this situation one last time. I am tired of explaining and not getting timely answers and responses.
I purchased a mattress and foundation set. As you can see in the attached picture I already have a bed with slats where a mattress or boxspring can sit on. Therefore when I read the word "foundation" I am expecting a flat surface I can place over my current slats that would support the memory foam mattress.
Instead I receive a mattress and a wood base with slats!
Definitely not what the description says. Totally misleading and confusing infornation.
The day it was received, I immediately called customer service to inquire about returning the "foundation". I am told that since it was a set I could not return only the foundation but I had to return both items at my cost. Immediately I object since I believe the item is not what I wanted and I am not paying shipping for an error on Overstock's part. The agent committed to put an inquiry and return to me in 48 hrs.
I waited 48 hrs but no response was given. Very irresponsible and inefficient. I had no bed so I decided to open the mattress because I was tired of sleeping on the floor. I was tired of waiting.
1 week later now they want more info (which I had already provided on chat and over the phone) and now they wont accept the mattress. I decide to call again and the lady did say that I could donate the mattress and get the money back.
So confusing! I feel like you are dragging this out and are avoiding accepting the fact that you had a incorrect description of the product.
Got an email about putting the frame together and sending picture (which I wont do because is a waste of my time). I know they part you sent does NOT work.
Now again they are saying that they wont accept the mattress
I dont care! I dont want anything anymore.
If you would have solve my issue on the day I received the item and accepted to pay the shipping fees, we would be in this situation.
Terrible customer service. Bad response time. Terrible return policies.
I want this to be over now.
Please send me a prepaid return label and full reimbursement of my money to my credit card on file.

I always check Overstock for whatever I am trying to find at a good price. I am usually pleased at what I find for the prices.
IF you look around, there are some good deals, though stuff sells out fast and sometimes it's a little more expensive than it should be.
Buggy website that causes issues with shipping. Subpar furniture. Worthless customer service. Shopping nightmares. Will never use again.
They actually rose their prices for Cyber Monday. All of the items I've been adding to my cart increased in pricing by about 8%. Ridiculous
Always exceptional customer service in all areas from ordering to delivery. Sales and promotions are unbeatable. Will purchase again, thank you.
This site is alright, sometimes you can find some good deals and other times you're just better off looking somewhere else.
