Over Stock has all the items a person may need everything from clothing to gadgets and furniture. Fast shipping and nice people customer service are top line five star so feel safe feel comfortable and shop even on the phone there happy to help don't get discouraged they have it. I love them Overstock awesome...

“Products are subpar and pricing is incomprehensible”

Product I received had missing parts. We tried to buy some from hardware but two major crossbars are missing. Now they say we don't have the parts, take the whole thing apart, find a box and pay the postage to send it back to us. If it is this bad, and you can't fix it then send a new one. You get various coupons, many which are expired. How is it fair to charge different people different amounts for the same product. My other purchase which was a vacuum was of poor quality and seemed used. What does Overstock mean anyway. I think it means over the hill, over priced, over hyped but definitely not over any expectations. Extremely disappointed and will never use this website or company for purchases. I will let my consumer friends know why I have been so frustrated and outraged by the service that seems nice but accomplishes absolutely nothing. How embarrassing.

Order never arrived, and always got the same answer " It will come tomorrow". Finally just cancel and got next day from another site. The worst customer service, don't know how they stay in business. Stay away.

Great shelving! Easy to put together however EXTREME caution is needed when handling the shelves. There are notches cut into each corner of each shelf that fit into the metal "legs". I broke each piece off simply by picking up the shelves and trying to put into place. As always, Overstock customer service was wonderful and sent replacements within the week.

I ordered some curtains from Overstock. When they arrived they did not look like the picture in that the color was way off. They showed a muted print and the actual print was a stark white on teal. Very garish. I feel I should not have had to pay $16 to return these curtains due to this. I will not be ordering anything from Overstock again because of: 1. Cannot Email Customer Service 2. Charged return shipping for something that was not my fault.

Would avoid and try sears or amazon instead.

I was interested and paid for a total of 3 times, payment cancelled on all 3 purchases due to out of stock reasons, very frustrating when you have a site of this magnitude.

If you are looking to have a soul-crushing, frustrating, and the worst online shopping experience of a lifetime, Overstock is the place for you. My husband and I bought chairs we were really excited about, having looked everywhere for the perfect chairs and found them in Overstock. We had to order these chairs three times because they were sent to the wrong address first, lost the second, and arrived broken on the third try. We were promised credit that we never received and although we acted politely to everyone we spoke to on the phone so as to alleviate some frustration, we were treated with annoyance as if it was our fault. I understand I'm writing this review solely based on the fact that I had a horrible, nightmarish experience, but if you are able to read this and still order from them, then you and Overstock really do belong to each other.

This is an average canvas but it did not match my room the way I thought it would. So, I decided to return it and keep looking. When I went through the process of requesting a return and printing the return label for $26.00, I learned it would cost me $26.00, the canvas cost $79.00. With the cost to return, it's almost not worth returning the item. I'm very disappointed. I was not totally disappointed in Overstock at that time. But, as I wrote a review, it was denied. So, you can't even write a review on your true experience. Now I won't purchase from them.

Beware of using the "no" interest for 12 mos - 18 mos. If you make multiple purchases and pay over an above the minimum due, they don't take your "overpayment" and apply it to the oldest no-interest transaction. They spread it across all of your transactions so you THINK you are paying more per month to pay off the oldest transaction. Nope. I was hit with over $3k in interest for owing.50 on one transaction and $1.41 on another and.99 on a third. They don't apply and pay off because if it goes past the final due date, they collect interest on the past 12 - 18 months. Awful. Good luck Overstock with your "stock" value when everyone starts filing bankruptcy because you are raping them with your "finance" charges. Awful, shameful and disgusting practice.

I recently purchased ~$10,000 in furnishings for my new home which included a $1,500 King mattress. Upon receiving the mattress, I lied down on it and realized that it was too tall for my platform and too soft for my liking. My request for a refund was rejected because Overstock.com policy states the following:

"You will only qualify for a full refund for damaged or defective mattresses, mattress sets, or foundations if you refuse the item(s) at the time of delivery. If damage/defects are found after delivery, please notify us immediately."

It is impossible to know that you will like furniture simply by viewing it on a website. Furniture is used in our living spaces and therefore, we can only know if it meets our needs if we "experience" it in our living space. Overstock.com fails to realize this important fact and therefore, I will never waste another dollar with them.

I ordered some patio chairs and then changed my mind. I cancelled the order while the status still said "processing". Overstock's return policy states that a full refund will be issued if the order has not been processed. They are now trying to charge a restocking fee of $111.00 because they say I refused delivery of the item. They were never delivered to me. This is completely untrue! I disputed the charge with my credit card and they are saying that overstock provided a tracking number showing that they were delivered and I refused the delivery. They had to have manufactured this because it is completely untrue. I will never order anything from Overstock again.

I looked all over the Internet for comments on return fees if a sofa doesn't work out and found none. Now I regret ever ordering from them. Total waste of $147.00. The couch was too small and the wrong color. I had to call for them to respond to my request for the return and then get hit with the return fee. And be sure to save the huge sofa box or it will cost more. The website should warn buyers of the return fee. We are buying furniture site unseen after all! And it was free to ship to me. Kind of misleading. Never again.

Ordered ink cartridges for Cannon printer and a drum for my Brother printer. EVERYTHING was defective. Won't do anything for the cartridges "company policy", will replace drum after I send the one I'm using back and wait for the replacement to arrive. It'll probably be bad as well so why bother? Very lame. I might as well have thrown my money into the trash which is what I'll have to do with their products. Won't happen again.

My daughter ordered a wood dresser for her apartment. It was damaged on the corners. They said they would send another one, which they did less than a week later, but that one was even more damaged than the first one. Luckily this time we made the UPS guy wait until we inspected it, so we refused the delivery. We still have the first one sitting there waiting until someone from the carrier comes to inspect it. They said if no one shows up within 10 days, we should dispose of it!

We bought a pair of shoes that turned out too small. I contacted them and was told that I should ship them back for a full refund. I returned my purchase over a month ago and still did not receive the refund. Contacted overstock and been promised a refund but still no refund. Overstock said refund should be processed within 5 days. The refund tracking on their website showed that the return merchandise was delivered over a month ago, March 28,2017 to be specific. I had to contact my credit card company to intervene. You can really waste a lot of valuable time shopping at overstock.com

My order said it would take 10-15 days to deliver, which I thought was a long time but oh well. They don't tell you where things are getting shipped from. Turns out my item was an international order and after about 2 weeks the status of my item changed from "Shipped" to "Delivered" but I did not receive my item. There is no tracking number, and had I known this before, I probably would not have ordered anything. I have contacted Overstock twice and both times they said a representative would contact me in 1-2 business days. Its been almost a week and no one has contacted me and I still haven't received my item. What a waste. I will never order from Overstock again. Hopefully someone will get a hold me soon so I can at least get my money back.

I purchased a protection plan and now that I need it, no one at the company or third-party vendors will help me. So essentially, I gave the company $40 for no reason. I am livid and exhausted. I can't believe they outright stole from with all the evidence I provided for my purchase.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid protection plans here at all costs. Its a scam to take your money and pretend they will protect you.

After you order a product the money is immediately taken from you account while your product sits in their warehouse for months. I tried for months to contact someone regarding this massive screw up but overstock has no customer support. They still owe me hundreds of dollars for an item I had to cancel after it sat in their warehouse.

Tip for consumers:
There is no customer service available.

I received my bookcase without any hardware at all. It's been over 10 days trying to just get the parts to me. Now they are saying they will reach out to the company to see if they are available. They said to save the packaging! Wait! What? That was discarded when I first started the project! Worst company ever! Will NEVER ORDER AGAIN! $250 WASTED! Save your money. Buy local!

While our order was lost in shipment by FedEx, follow-through by Overstock was sadly lacking. A replacement was supposed to have been sent last week but no communication from Overstock about the status. Tried to cancel and have the charge refunded. Now I would have to wait until I receive it and send it back to get a refund. This would not be acceptable since would not be around to do that. Awaiting word from customer service if this can be changed but even if they are able to stop shipping, it has not been a pleasant experience. I'll live without the item and look elsewhere.

Anyone else had problems with their delivery time? I placed my order 7 weeks ago. I have contacted them three times with the same answer each time. "It is on it's way to you and it stated in the order it would take a few weeks." I have not had any kind of update on my order since it said it was shipped and they are giving me no information!

Purchased a futon mattress and frame, the frame came in the wrong size. I ordered in plenty of time, however, the sending of the new product is taking forever. They stated the replacement would ship the next morning, it hasn't shipped yet. My product is now going to take up to 6 days. They would send any other way. They were no help. Not an easy company to deal with.

I like overstock. It has been my go-to for home furnishings and pretty much anything I need. I ordered a desk from Overstock a couple months ago. It arrived quickly as promised. The furniture needed assembly, but easy to follow instructions made assembly a simple process. I would shop here again.

First time purchaser. Item arrived with minor damage. Called overstock to see about replacement. Started reading reviews and how difficult it is to get refund and replacement (which I should have done before ordering) but now considering keeping item and never again ordering from a company with such a bad reputation.

I purchased island stools from Overstock. They didn't even last a year. The sent 2 new ones after 2 flat-out broke- the replacements lasted 6 months. The design was defective. They do not stand behind their products. I left honest reviews on their Facebook posts and they blocked me from sharing my experience. Horrible products, Horrible company.

I have used overstock.com for several years. I've bought many items from small to monitors. Everything has been packed perfect with no delays. I will continue to use this site for most everything. They offer great on line specials with no shipping charge. As with any store there will always be problems. I just haven't had any.

Will never order from this website again. The first time I did the item fell apart pretty quick but I thought maybe try again. Have not used the product yet but it not the size I want so went to get a return label and it was charging me $10. That is more than the original shipping. It not even worth sending back. Will never order from there again. Complete rip off. The only reason I'm giving a 3 was the quick delivery or I would be giving a 1.
