Over Stock has all the items a person may need everything from clothing to gadgets and furniture. Fast shipping and nice people customer service are top line five star so feel safe feel comfortable and shop even on the phone there happy to help don't get discouraged they have it. I love them Overstock awesome...

“Products are subpar and pricing is incomprehensible”

Product I received had missing parts. We tried to buy some from hardware but two major crossbars are missing. Now they say we don't have the parts, take the whole thing apart, find a box and pay the postage to send it back to us. If it is this bad, and you can't fix it then send a new one. You get various coupons, many which are expired. How is it fair to charge different people different amounts for the same product. My other purchase which was a vacuum was of poor quality and seemed used. What does Overstock mean anyway. I think it means over the hill, over priced, over hyped but definitely not over any expectations. Extremely disappointed and will never use this website or company for purchases. I will let my consumer friends know why I have been so frustrated and outraged by the service that seems nice but accomplishes absolutely nothing. How embarrassing.

Would have given them 1 star - but since they are from Utah I have a little homerism in me still. Just like amazon - claim they are selling a specific product, you order and it turns out it's imported crap that you could have gotten for cheaper directly from the chinese counter part.

I received an item that was not as the description stated. They wanted me to pay half the price of the item to send back. I called them, and after 15 mins of nonsense jibberish from the representative, I got no where. Now I'm stuck with it.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy unless you want to keep the item regardless of condition.

I purchased a 3.3 oz bottle of Jimmy Choo perfume, which did not ship until a week later, it was finally shipped out because I requested a refund and told them I would contact their corporate office (which I intend on doing anyway) But once it arrived it was actually a 2oz bottle. When I attempted to email them with the proof the email was kicked back, and after reading other reviews this seems to be the scam that they pull selling one thing and shipping something different. I will never shop with this horrible company again and I will definitely let others know to stay away and beware. This was absolutely the worse first time experience with this company... Do yourself a favor and stay away from this disreputable business. Look at the 363+complaints placed on this company before you give them your money. They're just scam artist hiding behind a Big name.

I placed an order for outdoor furniture on 5/18/20 and again on 5/20/20 for a smaller item. The smaller item came damaged. I am not sure if they are really shipping a new piece or not. It's been 4 days and no confirmation of shipping. The furniture still hasn't shipped the shipping date keeps changing. It has been 3 weeks with texts of apologies and emails of changed ship dates. I always loved Overstock but will never order from them again. Our daughter is getting married on the 14th. Lots of family coming in and the back deck is empty...

It is impossible to cancel an order at overstock.com. As soon as you hit the buy button, you are stuck. Your only option is to receive the item and then return it at your own expense.
If you try to cancel your order, you send an email. It can take hours to days to receive the "No" response. The reason "your order has been sent to the warehouse already for processing….
Even if it is within minutes, even if the fedex number says that only has a label been created, but hasn't shipped. No matter what, you can't cancel an order.

I ordered a sofa and matching chair, tables. When the sofa did not get delivered after 10-15 days; I contacted the customer care, and they mentioned that the item ordered was out of stock and it hasn't been shipped yet. They never even tried to intimate me about the out of stock concern, in fact they mentioned that the item was in stock at the time of purchase. The sad thing is that they still charged my credit card.

A long while ago, I was hesitant to use this site. It was the classic; To good to be true scenario. The individuals in the TV adverts were bragging about getting "GREAT" deals on 30$ iPads etc... Of course when you go to the site the actual price is upward of retail price at an extremely minimal discount. The prices on some items are honestly way better if you bargain with coupons at stores, or if you go to a "true" overstock store.( Such as Here Today)

I am never disappointed in this site! I love the service, delivery times, returns, ( although I've never had any). And the products are all what is listed and shown. Definitely my first go to site for anything.

I ordered two rugs and four curtains from Overstock recently. All of the items were poor quality - wrinkled, fraying, thin - you name it. The worst part of this experience, though, was what I was charged to return each item. I wound up paying over $80 for nothing and dealing with their customer service was horrific. Slow, couldn't understand me, and dishonest. They tried to charge me a pickup fee for both rugs, despite UPS' site saying they charge per pick-up, not per item. They will pick up all items in a single pick-up. Stay away! I know I will.

I personally love Overstock.com! But, I noticed something strange when I review a product... 5 star review, says, "posted publically immediately!" Whereas, anything short of 5 stars, says, "review may be posted in 3-5 days upon approval!"

Buyer beware. Overstock is overpricing items above retail.
I have asked for a refund on the difference and had to fight to get it.
Since I purchase the item they have raised the price even more.
Never ordering from them again.
Not the first time I have felt ripped off by this company.
Beware of buying any jeweler from them. I had three sterling sliver garnet bracelets each broke within 90 days.
RIP OFF COMPANY!

Applied for credit card based on 24 month free interest promotional offer. I applied for the credit card and ordered based on this promotion. I am now being billed interest each month, although I have paid more than the amount due. When I contacted them, all they tell me is that there is no promotion associated with my account. No offer to help, nor even explain why. Horrible business practices and obviously the consumer does not count for anything.

I recently bought some living room furniture, and the first time shopping here. The product images look nice but when I received, I found some defect here and there. It was quite disappointing:(

Overall shipping on time, and price is very good. I like the wide selection of the style and price.

Will I recommend this website to others? I am not so sure.

Customer service and response time for questions and returns was excellent. I received a damaged product and asked how I could return it. They responded immediately and arranged for a UPS pickup the very next day. Done. I waited for refund and did receive it in about 10 days (a little longer than quoted). When I inquired about when the refund would come they were quick to follow up, and - BAM! DONE.

I quit ordering from them a few years ago and just checked to see if they've changed. I had to return a rug that was clearly inferior to what they advertised, lots of hoops, delays and shipping costs. I also bought a music player that was clearly used for a while, which was sold a refurbished with minor cosmetic blemishes. It broke within a matter of days and wasn't worth returning due to their charges. Stick with Amazon or Walmart, they are more ethical and competent

I purchased Santa Cruz Outdoor Brown Wicker Sofa Set by Christopher Knight Home from them. It delivered after weeks and that too with broken legs. When I called them for return, they asked me to spend the money myself and sending this garbage to them back to get my refund. I spend again $400 for sending and at last i got my refund. I found the same product from Amazon it was little costly but changed my mind to place somewhere from Macy's or similar. Meanwhile, i found https://www.brandcruz.com/ website, I tried to search review online, I could find many reviews about it, Keeping God name at last ordered.
They delivered me same sofa very nice packed within 10 days. I thanked them and I cant believe I got this deal at much cheaper price and quickly delivered to me.

I will never shop here again. Placed an order on Dec. 15,2016 Site said guaranteed by Christmas. So I clicked on the details, and it said your order qualifies for delivery by Christmas. Wish I had copied, and pasted this but I trusted this company. Well they sent me an email that I would be getting it Dec. 28 thru Jan. 1st. I thought this was just a typical email they send to everyone. WRONG, since they hadn't sent me an email that my package had shipped, I got online, and contacted chat, the person was very rude, and said that my order of $136 plus taxes did not qualify for this offer. They are such liars, so I would suggest you copy, and paste any dealings you have with Overstock.com, and they will lie through their teeth, and could care less about your business..

We ordered a patio set THREE WEEKS AGO from Overstock.com because the prices were fair and they offer free shipping. What they don't offer in transparency into shipping and delivery. Three weeks after we ordered we find out our order is with some mom & pop type shipping company out of state that is "trying" to deliver it. It's been three days now and multiple calls to Overstock with no resolution. Free shipping is a 100% trap I would have paid $150 to have it shipped in one week considering the size of the set.

First it took the site 2 days to process my order and it was only after I contacted a Customer Service Rep (who was great). Order was in process for 3 days, shipped on day 5. Really, when getting express shipping?
Then, after one order I have received at least 10 plus emails from them. I have unsubscribed from their company at least 2 times and yet again this morning I have another email from them. Spam galore!
I am hoping the product I ordered was worth all this inconvenience if not I will definitely be contacting them again with my gripe!

Be careful buying any jewelry from this site. Most of it is not clearly described and tends to be faker than fake. The rings turn colors, cause rashes, and stones fall out. Truly not even worth the money or time to buy from this site. Get it on Amazon or eBay instead.

Even the most tiny item, and it's NOPE... will not ship to Alaska. Hello? We ARE part of the USPS and guess what? The prices to here are just like the mailing prices are to NYC from LA! Cutting of their noses to spite their faces. Ignorance! No thanks, I don't want to part with my money to a company that refuses reality. Or worse, LIES about it.

My iPhone charger broke so I order anew one from Overstock. My order was placed on March 25,2017. Their online system is horrible and does not show step by step tracking. I called customer service today (March 29th, 2017) and they told me that my item is scheduled to be delivered April 1st, 2017, a whole week after I made the order. If I knew this I would've order from Apple. I chose overstock because they were supposedly cheaper, however, I would've paid the extra money to receive my charger in a timely manner. I will NOT be ordering from them again.

I will not be a returning customer. The bed I ordered took over a week come in. And when it arrived it was missing the support legs. When I called customer service to tell them about the missing part, they told me that in 2 DAYS someone will reach out to me to let me know IF they were able to get the part shipped. So of course, after 2 days I get a call from Overstock.com customer support team letting me know that my parts have been shipped out and it's on its way to my house. The guy even gave me a tracking number. Hung up the phone, immediately checked the tracking number and it hasn't even been shipped yet! "A shipping label was created" was the status. Never shopping at Overstock.com again.

I LOVE the body butter. Shipped fast, great price, all wrapped, none were expired. The texture is perfect. Most of the scents are outstanding, but a few are sickeningly sweet and overpowering. So much so that people with sensitivities to odors will complain hours after the body butter was applied.

I bought this ring from overstock and it was beautiful when it arrived. By the end of the weekend all of the stones had come out of the ring and this is what was left. Disappointed in overstock and reading the reviews I don't think I will waste my time and energy trying to get a refund. Just cut my losses and never buy from them again.
