Over Stock has all the items a person may need everything from clothing to gadgets and furniture. Fast shipping and nice people customer service are top line five star so feel safe feel comfortable and shop even on the phone there happy to help don't get discouraged they have it. I love them Overstock awesome...

“Products are subpar and pricing is incomprehensible”

Product I received had missing parts. We tried to buy some from hardware but two major crossbars are missing. Now they say we don't have the parts, take the whole thing apart, find a box and pay the postage to send it back to us. If it is this bad, and you can't fix it then send a new one. You get various coupons, many which are expired. How is it fair to charge different people different amounts for the same product. My other purchase which was a vacuum was of poor quality and seemed used. What does Overstock mean anyway. I think it means over the hill, over priced, over hyped but definitely not over any expectations. Extremely disappointed and will never use this website or company for purchases. I will let my consumer friends know why I have been so frustrated and outraged by the service that seems nice but accomplishes absolutely nothing. How embarrassing.

Ordered and paid for Staub pan, damaged during shipping by UPS, they referred me to Overstock who referred me to a third party seller. Contacted them and they referred be back to Overstock who again referred me back to them. This all occurred over 6 days and many hours on hold and awaiting emails. Overstock received my payment gladly but then had no responsibility, only referred me to the third party seller. Will never use them again and do not recommend them. There are too many other good sites just as inexpensive!

I've given up on them. Stuff isn't like it looks in picture sometimes and mistakes were a hassle to correct. I hope it's gotten better I did write complaint letters. They had a lot of kewl stuff. It's just it wasn't described properly and left me disappointed a lot. But I did get a few things that were better than expected. So it washes out the let downs. Don't expect a lot and you will be ok.,. Never ever use your own credit cards or debit cards for paying online. Get prepaid gift cards only or use PayPal

This chair is comfortable and perfect for a modern office chair. It doesn't lean back at all and that would be my only complaint. I can live without that though because the chair is beautiful. It is also well constructed and solid.

I only ordered once because they had something that I wanted that no one else had.

The prices are okay. No real breaks per se. They have a decent variety.

They shipped for free and the order arrived on time and intact

Edit: Customer serves spent two days resolving this. Finding a replacement dining set that met our needs and offering a substantial discount to meet my original purchase price...

I ordered a dining room table/chair set. My credit card was immediately charged (not pending or preauthorized, but posted) Three days later, when checking on the status of my order, I noticed it had been changed to a pair of chairs only. So I called in.

Many reps and supervisors later I get the bottom line that they made an error loading information on the web page and they would not honor the sale. The new price was nearly 3x as much. I could accept a refund, a 30% discount on the new price or apply my purchase funds to another product. That is not satisfactory. They should deliver the product we agreed upon.

You would think I was asking them to deliver to Jupiter or Saturn by the way this incompetent, idiotic company handled my deliveries. Though I moved into a new construction whose address wasn't in many systems, I gave clear instructions and told them to call me before delivery so I could ensure I was there to receive my packages. They failed to do this and sent my packages to the wrong address 2 TIMES before I decided to refund my purchase. The entire time, customer service was unhelpful and rude. $#*! Overstock. I will never ever use them again and will go out of my way to ensure my friends and family will never be customers.

HORRIBLE customer service. We purchased expedited shipping as my packages needed to arrive when I moved in, and they said this wasn't possible bc it was bundled in with another order. They were inflexible and didn't seem to give a $#*! that this was an inconvenience. I will never purchase from Joybird again and will warn all of my friends and family against it.

I ordered a large piece of furniture with a delivery day that I knew I would be home. I received notice a couple of days later that it was shipped and would arrive on another day, That day I knew I would be out of the area from my home. Because I had moved to my new home from another state just the week before, I did not know a neighbor that I could ask to help with receiving the delivery. I sent a text to the provided Overstock number explaining my concern. Immediately they responded and said they would take care of the situation, and that THEY DID! The bedroom chest arrived on the original date stated. The Overstock Customer Service was wonderful. And, to connect immediately with a warm body rather than going through a maze of questions and never getting to anyone that can actually do anything is a pleasant change from today's very frustrating norm. Thank you Overstock for taking care of me! We

I ordered a blender to my surprise they sent the wrong cups to my ninja blender. Overstock did not have the cups in stock. I received six calls in two days with updates. They gave me a credit and a year subscription that gave me free shipping for twelve months I was satisfied I found the cups on another site

I have bought many things from overstock.com. I purchased many sets of king sized sheets - all of which were wonderful quality and a good price. I purchased DAWGs shoes for a great low price. I was very happy with most of the purchases. Only once was I disappointed with the quality of an item and they refunded my money easily.

I actually haven't had a "bad" experience with this site. As with any "outlet" always doublecheck prices elsewhere and compare quality. The 10 day shipping isn't an issue for me as I like the $2.95 flat rate. I have never had to return an item so can't speak to return policies/customer service. The only issue I've found is that alot of the "bargains" are actually refurbished items, not new. While refurbished can be good and save money, there are some things you really are better off with new. I have ordered several items over the past few years and overall, I am satisfied.

Bought a sofa and chair with the understanding that I needed it by a certain date. I ordered it in a timeframe that should have been do-able. They missed that date by weeks. It hadnt even shipped till the following week only to go to Texas first then Las Vegas then Idaho. When I called for status, no one even knew where the items were until it was too late to cancel of course. Then they were going to charge me a $700 plus return fee. Pissed is an understatement. And if they say they will return calls, don't believe it. It wasn't till I came un glued, that I got a call back. Still with no satisfaction.

I will update my horrible review depending on the response received from either the manufacture or Overstock. I placed an order for this sofa in September, but it was delivered in November. They say that both companies only provde a thiry day warranty and I missed the deadline. I am going to let the pictures speak for themselves.

Item arrived with some damages but we were still able to put the couch togehter, a month later the entire thing started falling apart. Pieces will not stay connected, a foot rest will not go back down, one of the backs won't stay up. This couch is a hot mess. Lol

I called Overstock who won't do anything yet and say I have to take it up with the manufacture. I contact the manufacture and they gave me a customer service email saying they had no number to call... so yeah let's wait and see if they will help make this right with me or if I am just freaking screwed out of two grand for a hunk of junk.

I ordered a $1800 sofa set. When the set arrived the pillows (which were the actual back to the sofa) were disjointed - some had fringes 1/16 around with the other edges sewn, some were looped and some were double sewn around. Overstock just told me that they are contacting the warehouse to replace them. They then offered me $150 on a defected sofa set.

It's been 4 mos and they still have not resolved this. They keep you on hold for a long time and when asked to talk to a manager I was told that she would call me back. The worse experience I've had and I will never order from them again. Also, when I said I wanted to return it I was just left on hold forever. Of which, I'm sure they will want me to pay to return this large sofa set.

I would not order a thing from them, if there is something wrong with it it will not be resolved and you will just be stuck with it. I wish I could give them 1/4 of a star

They have terrible customer service! Can't get anyone on the phone only can speak through text message clearly to a robot! Ordered a gazebo the end of May which was suppose to be delivered June 4th. It's June 8th and still nothing! I can't get a response from a real person and I'm just getting the run around! The prices may look good but the stress of it all is NOT WORTH IT! Always something with this place smh

This is a hit or miss site. SOMETIMES you can find terrific bargains here! Shipping is quite good, and the prices, if you need the item, can be fabulous!

Gotta kiss a few frogs though, to find a prince.

We ordered patio furniture. We got a sauna comprised of three huge boxes totaling more than 300 pounds. Discovered that wrong product delivered less than an hour after delivery (on our porch). Five days later, the boxes remain on our front porch (in the rain, no less). We cant get Overstock to pick up the packages and get them off our porch. The oversize department doesnt take phone calls. If they choose not to call you, you are SOL. Will NEVER buy from Overstock again. Id rather pay more to a company that understands customer service (and will deliver the product we ordered). Patio still empty.

I haven't had to many problems with overstock once they couldn't tell me what happened to my watch but did send a better more expensive one recently I just sent a defective watch back it's been 5 days since they received it and no credit applied to my store card I think they're slow there probably playing with watch to see it was a arikbos 67.00 watch the other 5 items are ok but they were small items I did buy 5 yrs ago a 4 inch mattress topper it's still in good shape so. If they drag there feet dispute the charge or if they try to screw me I tell them what to do with there store card.

I should have known better. The last time I ordered anything from them was a tree table. The first one had a big hole in the middile of the "table" - no good. OK - I returned and ordered another after getting assurances that the next one really would be a table. They got me. This one had a bigger hole in the middle of the "table". Fitness for intended use it was not. And now - ordered a brown umbrella stand and they sent me gray. Turns out they were out of brown and now it's taken me hours to straighten out. This company is just plain disrespectful. They think their customers are fools and I've become convinced that they must be right! Never again!

I ordered a sofa from them online since it had high ratings. However, when I received it, it was used and damaged in the corners most likely from transit since they did not package it well. I contacted them on Friday and they did not respond until Monday. They have tried to offer money to keep the damaged item rather than immediately get me a return label and a UPS pickup for this package. Then they said that the carrier will be contacting me within 10 days like I have time to wait around and have $700 sitting there charged and have yet to get me a label to return this damaged/defective product. So I am out $700 while they **** around with the carrier. This whole experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I never want to order here again. If they do not get me a label and pickup soon I am going to have to file a chargeback.

I recently moved (probably common for a lot of overstock.com customers). My first shipment was scheduled to be delivered on the Friday of the weekend we were moving. That date was fine but for some reason, it got changed to Monday instead. As we were no longer going to be at that address, I gave them my new address to send the shipment to instead. However, because it was already in transit, they couldn't change it. Now, 3 weeks later they are sending me something at the old address again! They will not accept any kind of responsibility. They will blame the customer over and over again. No matter what, it is never their responsibilty! So if you are looking at another site with a similar product, I would definitely advise to stay away from Overstock.com or be prepared for something to go wrong because it will!

Dishonest culture abounds here. Placed an order. Said they would ship immediately. They didn't Lie #1. Contacted them thru chat on Saturday morning to find out where it was and it still had no tracking number. Asked them to cancel. Said they couldn't Lie #2. Only when I threatened with the BBB did they 'remember' a 'specialist ' at the Warehouse to contact. Asked for a manager. There are none apparently, Lie #3. CALLED the 800 number where someone put me on hold and then hung up on me.

Bad reputation for many reasons. E.g., Two items of my order arrived later than I agreed on. Recently, I asked for a replacement to a defective piece I have received, not sent yet, whereas I had an event and couldn't use it. I regret that I didn't return my order, which has included many items!

Everyone else was sold-out of the roll-out covered removeable food and garbage bin systems, but they had them in stock for 1/2 the price of everyone else! Same product, better color choice, and free shipping. Thank you.

Have ordered so many things from Overstock, I can't count all the times. Love the easy return policy if I get an item and then have to send back. I have only had to return shoes, and that was due to me ordering the wrong size. Overstock made it so easy to send them back and credit my account.

My first order with Overstock.com and the LAST one ever. I ordered the 'Zone Tech Grey Sheepskin Shoulder Strap Seat Belt Covers (Set of 2)'. This does say SHEEPSKIN right? It is not sheepskin or leather, just a poor imitation fur and priced at twice what it should be. Really unhappy. I did not know they could and would, out and out, lie about their products.
