Over Stock has all the items a person may need everything from clothing to gadgets and furniture. Fast shipping and nice people customer service are top line five star so feel safe feel comfortable and shop even on the phone there happy to help don't get discouraged they have it. I love them Overstock awesome...
Product I received had missing parts. We tried to buy some from hardware but two major crossbars are missing. Now they say we don't have the parts, take the whole thing apart, find a box and pay the postage to send it back to us. If it is this bad, and you can't fix it then send a new one. You get various coupons, many which are expired. How is it fair to charge different people different amounts for the same product. My other purchase which was a vacuum was of poor quality and seemed used. What does Overstock mean anyway. I think it means over the hill, over priced, over hyped but definitely not over any expectations. Extremely disappointed and will never use this website or company for purchases. I will let my consumer friends know why I have been so frustrated and outraged by the service that seems nice but accomplishes absolutely nothing. How embarrassing.
If you want incorrect orders, jumbled delivery dates, terrible assembly instructions and so-so customer service, you can stick with this company, but I want better marks across the board! This company is TERRIBLE! Their products are no good and the assembly is too much hassle for what was paid to get the items in the first place.

Overstock does not stand behind products. Period. Bought a rolling chair for $177. Within two months it started shedding 1/32 - 1/16th inch ball bearings and now the chair is useless. Do not expect Overstock to stand up for the products they sell. Do not expect that the products they sell are anything but cheap junk made in China that should not have been sold to anyone. Beware
The pillow cases I ordered were not even close to the shade they showed on their site. They also did not have the sheen shown on their site. They wanted me to pay for the return even though it was their mistake. I will never buy from them again!
When you place an order at Overstock.com it is presumed that the items are in stock since that is what they are selling - overstocked items. However, I actually had a situation where the item was not in stock and the the stock out was not disclosed for 5 days. I had to have the item and was forced to purchase it elsewhere. So I needed to cancel my back order. Overstock does not have a process for that because it is not allowed. It took 3 days of calling, chat sessions and emails to make it happen. Then and only then did they do it because it was 1) their fault and 2) I was moving and not in the position to receive the item when and if they ever shipped it! The process was extremely frustrating. Be forewarned. If it goes wrong with this company, it is hours and hours to make it right. Not worth it.
Don't go to this store. I ordered a sofa set which was scheduled to be delivered on Monday and I confirmed this on Saturday. But I didn't get the furniture and when I call them, they said there was some confusion and when I said I really need this, they told me that they can deliver it on Tuesday so I took another day off to receive the furniture and when I still didn't get the furniture they told me that it is not scheduled for today. They clearly lied to me. And the staff is also very rude, they were not accepting that it is their mistake. Don't trust them if they something because the other moment they will flip and will say that they never said this. This is the most ridiculous place. They don't even deserve one star.
I purchased eight leather dining chairs from Overstock.com. In just two years, after normal light use, the chairs are peeling so badly on the seat that it is both alarming and embarrassing. I spent $2400 on the chairs and the website says they are leather. They are not leather. The website is misleading and will not help me rectify/repair/replace the defective chairs in anyway. They were expensive and I would not trust the products on Overstock. The descriptions are not accurate.
Ordered several rugs from here and they ship fast.
They just don't ship you the right item, you have to spend nearly an hour to get it straightened out and they try to bill you again for the wrong product. Would not order from here again.
So frustrated... I ordered a table and chair set in June of this year. The set delivery date was set for June 28. Cool. June 28 came and went. I was never told I had to contact a logistics company to set a delivery date... cool. I contacted CEVA and set a date of July 1. Fine. July 1 came and went. I called both overstock and CEVA no one knew where my table was. I was told to give 72 hours for CEVA to find the tablr which happened to be July 4th holiday. So had family from out of town and NO table and chairs. Gave them over 72 hours no call and no table. Called this week, since they cant locate the table they are not willing to send me another table because they are worried about me receiving 2 tables. My options are refunding me half of the set and when they find the table refund me the other half. I don't understand this! Completely ridiculous. I paid for a table, just send me one! Or offer me a FULL refund! I'm so over this company. I will NEVER buy from them again!

I had purchased a big amount at overstock and signed up for the 10% off credit card sign up except that it wouldn't go through for another 2 weeks so Melissa of Overstock went through to give me that 10% right away and settled the score. I was so pleased.
Will never, ever, ever order from Overstock again. My husband and I live downtown Chicago. We ordered a sideboard. Overstock wants to deliver it to the sidewalk in downtown Chicago. Yup, we have to pay extra for it to be delivered inside the building. I understand having to pay extra to have it delivered to our apartment, but to have to pay extra to not have it left on the sidewalk in downtown Chicago?
Then, because we (shocker) don't want it left on the sidewalk, it has taken an extra week for them to coordinate with the delivery company to have it delivered inside the building. An extra week to coordinate an extra four feet? We still haven't gotten a call from Overstock to schedule delivery, and my husband gets a text today from the delivery company that they are outside the apartment, waiting for a signature, so they can leave it in the sidewalk. At this point I just want to cancel the order because I'm so upset my money is going to a company that values customer service so little.
I purchased an engagement ring on April 2 2020. It's now April 18th and the ring still hasn't shipped. I get things are slow because of covid-19, but this time frame is slow. I'm not asking for a action figure this is an engagement ring. Customer service only offers apologies. They also said, " be assured your ring will be shipped on April 17th." Huh, it's now the 18th and still hasn't shipped and continue with just apologies. How about the CEO role up his sleeves and start pulling orders. Be assured I won't be buying from them again, and hopefully you won't either.
I bought a recliner from overstock.com, the product is so cheap and week my mom could not use it. It is made for a child.
My mother is in a care facility and because they did not keep the box it is impossible to return. Nobody makes boxes big enough, they even sent me to the UPS store and they could not make it.
Overstock.com will take no responsibility for it. Mike one of the managers over the phone at Overstock says it is not their problem if I did not keep the box and I cannot return it. Overstock.com has no boxes and WILL NOT help in any way. Knowing my mother is in a care facility and giving absolutely no true guidance shows what type of company it is.

This site provides very unique products online and those of a different variety. Things which are very exceptional and not easily available in the open market are easily available on this site. So this site provides special services and effortless shopping. I always visit the site to see new arrivals and to buy the products online.
I lost the usb cable to my camera and was on the hunt to find a replacement. Overstock was by far the fairest price and had the lowest shipping charge as well. I received my item in working order much quicker than I had anticipated. I ordered it on a monday and received it on Saturday! I just used it for the first time and it works like the original! Thanks Overstock!
Very bad costumer services and very bad company I order set of dining room i received only 2 chairs when I called to ask where my rest stuff of my dining room they told me oh issue happen they post the price online wrong so for this price you can take only 2 chairs oh return them to us i dont care about ur $#*!ing issue if you post it online i have the right to receive my complete order for the same price its your issues not mine send me my set back liar people
I ordered a large, heavy file cabinet from Overstock. The cabinet I received was smashed. It took a good bit of work to get them to try to get them to pick it up which never happened. They had me wait at my house for 1/2 day for a phantom company that never came to pick up the cabinet. Then they (manager Kandi, I also talked to manager Chase) suggested that I invite some friends over to carry it down my stairs or that I get a dolly and drag the very heavy cabinet down my stairs myself. I explained that I'm a senior and the cabinet was very heavy but they didn't care. I called at least 8 times and they made excuses, dragged their feet and worse, told me they were "helping" me by describing ways I could develop a hernia and handle their problem for them. After 6 weeks, I was finally able to take care of their problem myself. Horrible customer service. I've read similar situations online. Avoid Overstock.

By the time you read this it will be too late! If you click onto their website you will, from then onwards, be bombarded with daily email advertising from them. You cannot stop this. If you click on the "UNSUBSCRIBE" box, nothing will happen. Instead the website has confirmation of your email address and will continue to bombard you with daily, incessant, email rubbish. My friends have admitted to this problem too. You cannot stop this even by labelling incoming mail as JUNK as Overstock deliberately changes its email heading address daily to avoid cancellation of the daily bombardment.
I ordered 2 items from overstock, then 2 hours later tried to cancel. Then they told me it was too late since it was transmitted to the whorehouse. They told me to call back when I receive the 2 items and set up a return. I called today and they are charging me $81.00 to return the items I did not want in the first place. I would never buy from them again since they are thieves.
I just received my first and LAST order from Overstock.com! I ordered a mattress pad for my bed and as I was taking it out of the package it ripped--it was literally l like a piece of office paper. I was DISGUSTED with the quality and was so mad, I took downstairs and threw it in the trash. Shame on Overstock.com for their horrific, overpriced products.
Received a ring that wasn't as described. The day it came in I opened a return with their support.
It's not automatic. I had to wait until someone could respond and tell me their shipping labels do not have enough insurance and that I would need to send it to a 3rd party's address (shady) and pay for my own shipping, insurance, and if anything happened I would be liable.
They sent me a fake gold ring and then expected me to pay for the return. Ridiculous.
Overstock sent me a damaged item and when I requested a refund they offered me a credit towards a future purchase. How insulting, like I would buy something else from them. If the item is damaged give me a refund! Period, no questions asked, other legit companies wouldn't make a sketchy offer like that.

I ordered 2 items only one item was in the package. But the delivery report read that both items were in that said package. I called got intouch with a CSR and they said the replacement is on its way I won't buy again from them my 1st impression was not a good one.
So my Samsung phone some how got hacked and got a virus on it, atnt told me I can take it up with Samsung but it a risk in most of the older android phones, the phone was under a year old, but it was a 2. I could not wait overstock had smart phones on sale, shipping was easy( but a bit costly) but my phone arrived in about the time they said it would with no issues. I would say that the expedited shipping is not worth it if you order on a weekend, It does not and cant leave the warehouse in time for it to even matter, they do make this very clear so you know the risk that you take. I am happy with my new windows phones it great and I will have no issue getting a phone from that company in the future.
I purchased a rug from overstock and wanted to return the item. Went on line and put in the return. I received a phone call stating I could not ship the item myself. I had to pay them $103.00 to use their company to ship the item back. I will never use this company again.
