Over Stock has all the items a person may need everything from clothing to gadgets and furniture. Fast shipping and nice people customer service are top line five star so feel safe feel comfortable and shop even on the phone there happy to help don't get discouraged they have it. I love them Overstock awesome...

“Products are subpar and pricing is incomprehensible”

Product I received had missing parts. We tried to buy some from hardware but two major crossbars are missing. Now they say we don't have the parts, take the whole thing apart, find a box and pay the postage to send it back to us. If it is this bad, and you can't fix it then send a new one. You get various coupons, many which are expired. How is it fair to charge different people different amounts for the same product. My other purchase which was a vacuum was of poor quality and seemed used. What does Overstock mean anyway. I think it means over the hill, over priced, over hyped but definitely not over any expectations. Extremely disappointed and will never use this website or company for purchases. I will let my consumer friends know why I have been so frustrated and outraged by the service that seems nice but accomplishes absolutely nothing. How embarrassing.

Still waiting on an item I ordered may 22nd. Called several times and am getting the run around and told someone will call me back and they don't, on hold and I can't even speak to a supervisor or someone to issue me a refund. I am not happy, and will never order from them again.

We purchased a table set and within a few months the chair leg splintered and cracked. We contacted them and they wanted $32 for just the chair leg... not the chair! Outrageous! We will not buy from them again. Should have been replaced.

I ordered 4 chairs from Overstock.com. They came with no parts or hardware and no instructions. As a "solution," Overstock said they would send me four more chairs and I could open them, get out everything I was missing from the first order, then repack it all and take it to the post office and send it myself. They refused to open a box themselves and take out the parts and send them to me. When that option didn't appeal to me, they credited me a whole 20 dollars. The chairs are still sitting in pieces in my spare bedroom, totally useless and a big waste of money.

I had to return curtains. Four very lightweight packages. After finally getting my label to print, I was told I was going to be charged $13+ for a return label. If I had known I was going to be charged before I placed the order, I would not have ordered from them. I ordered Ivory colored, but when they arrived they looked a bit yellow. Yet I got stuck paying to return them. I will not buy from Overstock again.

After a complete nightmare ordering furniture from Amazon, who used OJ Commerce Furniture, I was hesitant to order anything online again. I was pleasantly surprised ordering from Overstock. The bed is beautiful and it arrived on time!

Recently I ordered a pair of women's sandals ( $70 price). The shoes arrived in a terrible, unwearable condition! When I first opened the box, a horrible musty odor filled the whole room. The shoes were covered with a thick layer of dirt, mud and mold. There were some big letters written in black marker on the insoles... Honestly, I was disgusted to even touch those shoes! Overstock refused to help with the return. What a frustrating, shocking experience! SHAME ON THE COMPANY! NEVER AGAIN! I agree with the other reviews - Overstock used to be a nice company, but now they don't even deserve a zero star review! Stay away from them!

We ordered the Li'l Rider alien car for our grandson for Christmas. From the time he saw it, he loved it. He is 2-1/2 and got on and immediately knew how to run it. It is such a sturdy toy and the lights ar amazing. It came so fast from Overstock. I was surprised. Definitely recommend the toy as well as the company. It was packed well and the price was excellent.

Recently, I bought four bed sheets and 2 rugs from overstock. The products just arrived and I felt the quality of the products are satisfactory. I find the customer service quiet laudable and helpful.

I have brought many times from this place. Everything from the description of the items to the delivery of them has been faultless.

I love all the quality items I have brought & everyone should have Overstock in their lives.

I purchased patio furniture on May 26. I was told 1-4 weeks for delivery. Contacted customer service via text (because you can not get them by phone). After 8 days my order was not even shipped yet. They assured me that it would be ship June 9th. Went to check on my order status on june 10 and Overstock cancelled the order. No email to inform me. When i contacted customer service I was told that they were out of stock when I placed the order. They said sorry for the inconvenience. STAY AWAY FROM OVERSTOCK

I purchased items over the phone from Overstock and within 24 hours my account had been compromised. Thankfully, my bank caught the unauthorized transactions quickly and my account was restored. I haven't purchased from Overstock since!

When you try to place an order, you will receive pop ups for discounts if you order now..."first order save 12%", etc. Well, when you try to use this discounts, nothing is eligible as everything is on sale. So, it is just a ploy to get you to order. I received a 12% moving coupon from the post office when I changed my address. It was offering a discount after i open a charge card and use it on my order. I did that and then could not get anyone to help me apply the discount. Because they already were giving me an "OFFER", a sale item that is, I couldn't us the coupon. The small print said nothing about not being able to use on a sale item. I believe their practices are a bit deceitful.
The executive offices were very short and unhelpful. Terrible and never again will I shop with them!

Bought a dresser from them and they shipped me a mirror instead. I called to tell them they shipped me the wrong item and in order for me to return in and get the dresser, I had to pay $40 for shipping to return it! Their mistake but I still had to pay? Ridiculous. This is probably how they make a profit. Sending wrong items and having you return them. Customer service was HORRIBLE. They don't care at all. BUYER BEWARE! TERRIBLE COMPANY. Will never order from them again.

Placed an order for a set of patio furniture on April 21,2021. Got an email notification on April 22,2021 that my order was shipped via UPS. Tried tracking my order on UPS site and all it stated was "Label Created" and till this date still stating the same. Called customer service and I was told that they will get back to me and that was a couple of days ago. No return call from them. This was my first time buying from them and I WILL NEVER be buying from this website anymore. They are the worst.

I ordered a pair of dress pants a couple weeks ago and the estimated time of delivery was april 24. It came today (april 13) i was not expecting it at all. But it was very fast and im impressed. The delivery was a bit pricey but it was worth it. The package was very well packaged. There was bubble wrap and very secure. The pants were very well folded and brand new.

As a follow up to my first review Im still waiting for my cushion to my sectional. I called four times now. When my cushion didnt show up a week after my last call I called again and was told nothing was on order for me. I talked to a third supervisor and told him I want part G for my sectional. Three days later and my cushion showed up, only they sent the wrong one. So after another call and another supervisor Im still waiting. I received yet another cover to the wrong cushion and after the next call I received an email saying part C was on the way which is still wrong. So after 7 phone calls I tried calling again only to get a recording saying they are all at a meeting. Eight phone calls, three different supervisors, over a month waiting for one cushion. Ive even emailed the board of directors. Do not buy anything from this worthless company.

The last thing I ordered from Overstock was a pair of SKECHERS shoes. They took a while something like 10 days. They came from Caiif. I live on the east coast in CT. Anyhow the were shipped from shoebuy.com! I checked their website and the shoes were 10 dollars cheaper. I contacted Overstock and told them this and they said the best they could do was give me astore credit for the 10 bucks. Well I decided to use the 10 dollar credit to buy a 73 dollar mattress cover. I ended up checking Amazon same Mattress cover was 56 dollars and free shipping. I said I just want to get rid of that store credit and not shop at Overstock anymore. So I ordered it on Fri. 4/ 28 it's now Wed. 5/3 and the order is still processing. They said 1 to 2 days to process and 3 to 6 days to ship! Yeah right! I am so done with Overstock.com! Never again..

I ordered a pair of shoes and I got an email saying they had shipped the next day and I was very pleased. A week later I had been having problems tracking the shipment so I contacted them and they continued to tell me for 4 days ( because I contacted them several times) that they were going to fix the problem and get back to me in 1-2 business days which NEVER happened. Eventually my order said that the return status was in progress and I had never even received my order or told them to return it. Every time I contact them I get the exact same response which is that they will fix it and get back to me within 1-2 business days. That never happens and I have yet to receive a refund or my order.

Ordered one pair of cat boots. Not the boots as pictured got delivered. So I ordered a second pair of boots got them today ordered a 7 1/2 got a 61/2. They just send out whatever they want! Fraud fraud. They picture the wrong boots then send you something cheap. They know it too then they tell you that you have to pay the shipping back

I will never order from this company again! I had ordered a toy for my grandbaby for Christmas and when I got it, it was a piece of junk... a $22 piece of junk! I returned it, but they deducted the price of the return label. I have ordered a lot of things from other companies, and have never been charged for returning a defective item. They deducted $8 from my return credit. And, their prices are really not cheaper than what you can get elsewhere online or even in-store.

Tip for consumers:
You can find the same items for the same or less at other online sites or even in the store. Their return policy sucks.

I saw a perfume here I love at about half the price and they say they only sell authentic items. I contacted the company directly and they said they only confirm authenticity on items from their boutique in NYC, their website, and a few high end stores, so where did overstock get it from? They wouldn't say. Buyer beware.

I was excited to find a Christmas gift on Overstock.com on Cyber Monday. It was at least $60 dollars cheaper than other sites I was looking at. Two weeks later they said they miscounted in inventory and actually don't have, but would give me a $5 dollars credit. So not only did I have to rush to order reorder the gift in time before I leave for Christmas break, pay the extra shipping fee to get it in on time, pay the original cost (since I missed out on the Cyber Monday deal) but I also get a measly $5 in store credit which is useless since I don't plan on ever shopping there again.

Recently i ordered sofa on this site. I thought they will be shipping soon, after 3rd day, without any notice the order was not appeared in the site and money has not charged. So hereafter i wont trust this site. So many fakes!

I ordered a light that came with a missing piece. I was told they couldnt help me because I was outside the return window. Now I spent all this money on a light that doesnt work. Supervisor Chelsa V. was completely rude and not helpful. I would stay away from Overstock! Use Wayfair 100%
