Over Stock has all the items a person may need everything from clothing to gadgets and furniture. Fast shipping and nice people customer service are top line five star so feel safe feel comfortable and shop even on the phone there happy to help don't get discouraged they have it. I love them Overstock awesome...

“Products are subpar and pricing is incomprehensible”

Product I received had missing parts. We tried to buy some from hardware but two major crossbars are missing. Now they say we don't have the parts, take the whole thing apart, find a box and pay the postage to send it back to us. If it is this bad, and you can't fix it then send a new one. You get various coupons, many which are expired. How is it fair to charge different people different amounts for the same product. My other purchase which was a vacuum was of poor quality and seemed used. What does Overstock mean anyway. I think it means over the hill, over priced, over hyped but definitely not over any expectations. Extremely disappointed and will never use this website or company for purchases. I will let my consumer friends know why I have been so frustrated and outraged by the service that seems nice but accomplishes absolutely nothing. How embarrassing.

This is a site you have to pick and choose with caution. I have ordered several items and have been very pleased, HOWEVER, recently ordered a get well gift basket filled with chocolate during the summer. That being said, I assumed it would have been packed with dry ice due to the heat. Not only was the original basket ordered not delivered, it was substituted with a variety of stale, outdated items that had begun to disintegrate. It wasn't cheap and I felt as if OS did me a disservice as a long time customer. When I called customer service, they wanted me to take a picture of the item received (I live in Maine, the basket was delivered to Maryland) and send it to them so they could verify it was the wrong basket delivered and not eatable. First of all, having been a fairly loyal customer for YEARS and have NEVER sent back or complained about an item, I have a fairly good track record. Also, it is a get well gift basket... the party it was sent to was just released from the hospital after major surgery. Very, very disappointed. I would advise not to order any food related items.

Ordered a bedroom set from them, took forever to ship and arrived damaged and not complete. Called overstock.com and they did help initially but again took a long time to finally get in replacement pieces and oh fun fact still not a complete set. But I did not know that as I thought the railings that put the frame together were in one of the boxes as I clearly told the rep I was missing that item. Surely they can get it right the second try... wrong. My husband and I work opposite shifts which delayed us trying to put the bed frame together for a while. When we finally got on a day off together we realize the side boards or slants for our bedframe are not in the boxes. I call overstock.com for help, hoping they'd make it right cause I paid for this piece after all, you should get what you paid for. Nope, after taking a month to review they call me the day after Christmas which I did not answer as it was 9pm est and I was sleeping since I had a really early shift the next day. Then they also emailed me with a short one sentence "we wont help you". Gee thanks for stealing my money and sending me a horribly cheap bedroom set that isn't even complete. Overstock.com will never get another penny of my money, they sell garbage.

Ordered a bed on the 11th, was supposed to be here by the 15th. Overstock said it was on it's way to a UPS to be shipped out on the 13th but never made it there. Called customer service to see where our bed was located and couldn't find the bed. Got an email stating your package might be delayed. Besides them saying that UPS had a fire and that our bed may be delayed again there was nothing we could do but wait for an update we never got. Werid how it never made it to ups but we are told their a fire... Anyways customer service said we can't give you your money back. We will get back to your on the 20th or 21st to let you know if we find your package. Nothing back. Finally got a nice lady who would refund us because our package basically never got out to be shipped. So needless to say am I not happy with overstock.

You have to spend some time on this site and then you might find a good price. I was able to find the same product in stores for less than you would find it on this website.

I was very disappointed in earring I bought for a wedding. Looked bigger and discribed as chandalier earring. They were one inch long. Hardly could see them on. Did not wear them!

I order alot of items from overstock. I can say if something is wrong customer service will correct it promptly. I have not been disappointed as of yet.

THEY LIE ABOUT ZERO INTEREST FINANCING TO GET YOU TO MAKE PURCHASE, AND THEN DENY THE FINANCING AFTER YOU MAKE THE PURCHASE BASED ON THEIR OFFER. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SERIOUSLY USELESS, AND THEY JUST JERK YOU OFF. BEWARE, SHOP ELSEWHERE. YOU DON'T NEED THIS NONSENSE!

DO NOT BUY FROM OVERSTOCK - I ORDERED FIVE ITEMS AND ONLY TWO MET MY SATISFACTION.
BECAREFUL ABOUT BUYING SHOES FROM PAIR MY SOLE - THEY DO NOT FIT AMERICAN SIZES AND THERE ISN'T ANYWAY TO LEAVE A REVIEW ON SITE. FURTHER YOU CAN'T EVEN CONTACT ANYONE TO INITIATE A RETURN - SO I AM STUCK WITH TWO PAIR OF SHOES WHICH ARE TWO SIZES TOO SMALL!

OverPRICED.com is the absolute WORST. I have my own Overstock card & someone else in my house has their own Overstock card & because we both used the same exact log in site (same email address) they stopped both of us from buying from them even though all the requested info (Driver License and SELFIE!) were sent to them they said that "because you both used the same email account (not card) to log in with, we consider it fraud"! This has nothing to do with Comenity Bank, only Overstock themselves. Plus the delivery time via "O" can take weeks vs just days with Amazon. When I spoke with the Overstock fraud dept they actually treated ME like I was a criminal & REFUSED to unblock our accounts, then they actually hung up on me! I was VERY nice to them & did NOT deserve to be treated as I had done something wrong. STAY AWAY FROM OVERSTOCK!
ALL our business will stay with Amazon or Target.

I purchased a product "Kimberly Clark Professional Shop Towels" which was advertised as a case of 30 canisters, of 55 wipes each, for a total of 1650 wipes, which is supposed to come in a box with an easy grip handle for $7.19. For this price I decided heck I'll order 2 cases which I did on 8/19/2014. HOWEVER, what I received was 2 "canisters" of 55 wipes. When I contacted "Customer Service" they told me the website's description of the product was incorrect and they were not able to ship me the 2 cases I purchased but would instead contact me within 2-5 business days regarding a possible solution. To me this is unacceptable. I want what your website says I purchased. I was contacted on 8/25/2014 via email, which stated:

"I am contacting you today in regards of your Kimberly Clark Professional Shop Towels. I was able to get a hold of our warehouse and they advised that the information on our web site was incorrect. They do not have a case of 30. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused. As you are a first time customer, we have refunded you your full amount."

At that time you would think they would have changed the contents of the web page, however today 8/28/2014 the product description still reads:

"These shop towels are packaged in a box with an easy-grip handle. This case includes 30 canisters of 55 wipes each for 1,650 wipes total"

They are still FALSELY ADVERTISING their product!

I purchased a large room sized rug from Overstock. It arrived within a week with free shipping which was nice. We put the rug down and within one week we noticed a thread fraying from the edge at one of the corners. I called and was told that they would send out a replacement rug but that I had to wrap and package the one I had and take it to UPS and return the rug. I had no problem returning the rug but wrapping and packaging a room sized rug was a different story. First of all, where do you get the packaging? I was told that I needed to purchase it from someplace like UPS at my expense, and then wrap it up. First, why should I have to pay for the packaging as the rug was defective and packaging this size of a rug is not an easy task. Then I was told that I needed to get it to a UPS location. I told them I did not have the ability to do this. They then said that they would arrange for it to be picked up by UPS but I must wrap it in order to return it and for them to accept it back. I am not able to do this. So I guess I am stuck with a defective NEW rug. I will never purchase from them again.

Overstock has refunded the price of the curtains that I did not receive due to USPS added fee for shipping to PO Box that was not included in address. USPS is going to finally deliver to my house eliminating the need for a PO Box.

Found products cheaper at Walmart, unfortunately after buying at Overstock. Charged extra on a "free shipment" and returned product, only to be charged full price and not get anything. Applied to "free Club O membership for military veterans" and was accepted and then lost in system. Total rip off!

I ordered a new unlocked phone which was set to arrive for Friday. When I got the phone (which came poorly packed with only two air cushions in the box, really come on) the phones box was kind of beat up but luckily the phone wasn't trashed. Even though it was banging around in the box. Turns out the phone isn't even unlocked! I sent them an email and they did reply the next day as I asked for a call to straighten things out explaining that I needed a working phone for next week as a lot of my business calls are over the phone and I needed a phone next week. The rep only apologized and assured me that it is defective but rare and they can only have it replaced even though it just needed the unlock code. Anyway I'm getting it next week but I still don't have what I ordered and don't know what to expect. This whole experience has left a bad taste and I don't think I'll buy from them again as they don't appear to be dependable and it would've been nice for them to at least overnight the phone. Amazon and Newegg have come through for me and done exactly that for me when something went wrong. They know how to take care of the customer.

We ordered an item from overstock.com, the item was delivered to a wrong address in a wrong city. We contacted them, they blamed fedex, and refused to provide a refund. Never again. Beware

I have made many purchases on Overstock and all have been great. They have a good selection of stuff and you have to check out the world market where they sell stuff from around the world. Love it.

Overstock is a good shopping site but prices tend to run higher and shipping isn't as fast as say Amazon. Good products and sometimes a good bargain can be found

Recently, I place two orders for handbags. I paid for it using Apple Pay, which had my contact information, such as address, phone number, etc. When the packages showed delivery, I searched everywhere for them. I contacted them using chat to tell them the packages were not delivered to my house. I was told to contact their third party seller if they didn't show up in three days. The next morning after calling the post office, neighbors, and spending hours trying to find them, I finally was able to find them. They had the wrong address on them. I found them almost a mile from my house. After I found them I once again used chat to let Overstock know that I had found them. I today received the fifth email stating that this matter has been resolved and that there will be no replacements or refunds because it was delivered to my house and that it went to the correct address. I guess they feel I don't know my own home address. Customer Service is a waste of time for this company. Order from them at your own risk and good luck trying to cancel a order. I tried to after a ten minute period. I was told I couldn't. The item I tried to cancel had the wrong address again. So, I tried to get the address corrected. Guess what, I was told that couldn't be done either. This is a scam company.

When companies get big and do not respect the rights of its patrons. I would refuse to utilized the company. I purchase a acrylic tray that arrived broken. I was told I need to send pictures to get return approved. My time is to be valued as well as this company. I do not have time to take pictures of items delivered broke and email them to you. Any rational adult can judge if an item is broken or not. OVERSTOCK IS NOT THE ONLY COMPANY AN INDIVIDUAL CAN FIND AFFORDABLE ITEMS. I RECOMMEND THOSE DISSATISIFIED WITH OVERSTOCK TO SEEK ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE TO SHOPPING. OVERSTOCK NEED TO RESPECT THE RIGHTS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I would never recommend Overstock. I have that the worst experience with the company. I was sent the wrong product to start with. I told them to cancel the entire order and they still resent the ottoman. So I had to carry this large ottoman to the UPS store to return it. Then I had to contact customer service about my online credit. They said that the brown vintage ottoman was returned and that they would have someone contact me in two days about my credit. No one ever contacted me. I had to contact the company again and they said that they never received the brown ottoman and now I have to go back to UPS and do research about where the ottoman is now. They said that they could not help me unless I had a tracking number. I used the label that they emailed me for the return but now they say that their system says that I am not using the right return label... Just a mess. I purchase everything offline from household items to clothing. I would never recommend this company to anyone that I liked. Do not use this company unless you want to run all over town, do a bunch of returns and deal with the headache.

I returned an item for $678 and they refused to apply the credit to my Overstock Card. They made me join Club O to save the $100 return and then screwed me anyway.

They expect me to pay for the item I returned and use the credit as a in store credit.

How absolutely ridiculous! Now I have to pay $100 for get my credit applied to my credit card balance.
NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!
P.s. IT TOOK 2 DAYS TO get a rep on the phone that could help me.

What a joke
Ordered a sectional and it was stuck in the shipping process for a month. When it finally shipped we had a delivery date and time no show, no call had to call the shipper and overstock to get no answer or no resolution. Shipper claims it was sent to wrong warehouse overstock has no explanation even though this is there contracted shipper.
Bottom line I know it's COVID, storm in Texas and the Suez Canal but over 6 weeks with no explanation or end in sight.
DON'T BUY FROM OvERSTOCK
