I have purchased many, many items over the past few years from Ozsale and they are my go to store for the majority of my personal shopping needs. Even on the few times that something has not been right they have responded in a friendly, timely manner and resolved the situation. Keep up the great work guys!

I mistakenly tapped on their payment button. And it completed the order. No chance to cancel because there's no complete payment' option... and when i am asking for refund they are only returning half for the money to quickly took from me.
I love shopping on Ozsale! They send me daily updates on all the new sales all in the convenience of my lounge room. Very easy returns means I don't have to worry about making the wrong decision. It has made Xmas shopping a breeze:-)

I've been a customer for many many years. They're ok apart from the length but of time they take for some items or if they've taken your money and then they tell you it's out of stock.
My last issue with them has been going on now for 3 weeks.
I placed an order incorrectly. I contacted them and cancelled immediately. They confirmed cancellation. 3 weeks later I find out only a partial cancellation occurred and not only that they shipped the rest of the order. I repeatedly asked them to read the entire message thread before they responded but they won't. Too lazy or can't be bothered, I don't know

I find myself on the ozsale app when I should be working or being domesticated around the house! I love how cheap and affordable the prices are! Sometimes shipping takes forever but for the price I pay it's so worth it!

I recently contacted them regarding an order as I received an item that was not even close to how it was described. They ignored my contact and this is what you should expect as I have had similar situations in the past. If you are looking for customer service, then just don't use them. As you can see from other reviews I am not alone in my experience. If you are happy to not have any response should something go wrong then the site is not bad.

I totally love shopping at Ozsale, You can always guarantee there's a bargain to find. I have never had any issues with delivery of items or any items going missing and I've moved three times since being a member. The products i have personally bought have always been As described and that includes clothes, Jewellery, accessories and house hold items. I will always be a member. Thanks Ozsale. Keep bringing the great bargains.
Ozsale have some great bargains however you usually get what you pay for. I've bought leather bags where the strap broke almost immediately, cheap shoes that have also broke early on etc. However, if buying a product that I've bought before (e.g. Hair products), then the quality is as good as when I've paid full price.
I love the ease of shopping especially for Christmas presents from the comfort of my home without the crowds, parking & shopping centre madness.
Their customer service is also amazing - I contact them via their facebook page & they have never been nothing but helpful.

Purchase was quick and easy, had to return items which also was an easy process... however think it should be specified more that you receive a voucher rather than your money refunded, I would prefer a refund. Also had issues applying the voucher

I buy a lot from Ozsale mainly children's clothes I have never had a bad experience since started using the site.
I highly recommend using Ozsale it is so easy and convenient plus you can purchase goods wherever you are home, shops, holidays.
Have ordered many items from this site. Have always been happy with products. Only one thing have been waiting now for six weeks for one item. No one has notified me on why my order is taking so long to arrive. Little annoying.
I don't really know this website and i don't know how good they are until i brought 2 items, after 12 days came 1 item with the size too big for me i pay $8.50 to return and " NO " refund till now, the other item gone fishing never come, after i read so many review i notice i make a big mistake should read the review before i start ordering, i don't understand why a company have such a bad reputations still around, all i can tell you folks is if you don't want trouble " Don't " buy, it's only bring you headache but nothing.

I have been shopping through Ozsale for a while now and it is one of the easiest sites to not only navigate through but you can see where your order is at in regards to being packaged, dispatched and delivery... the checkout process is easy and safe too...
I love the range of products and the prices are very competitive, of all my purchases I have had one return and that was dealt with without any problem or question what so ever.
I love the fact I can get brand products cheap and its delivered to my door. The regular emails are fantastic, and there is never any pressure to buy.

I have ordered a handful of times from this site, I always get what I have ordered or have been refunded in full for the product. If your not in a hurry to get your order its a good site, but shipping can take along time sometimes. Sizing you should take care, often research on other sites before ordering. Over all I have been happy with the quality of my products. I will continue to shop from ozsale.com.au
It is overall pretty easy to use. Has some ripper deals and some are not bad. When I say not bad it means same kind of price range as the standard norm amongst retail sales sites on the web and actual retailer the item comes from.
I find when it is the bigger name eg Armani, Versace, Burberry and other iconic names the savings are not as big. How good would it be if you could snatch a super deal / saving on a big brand name and not just really a 20% on the retail price. I find this is the bench mark with these brands, when you do the maths it kind of always works out that this the general saving( -20%).
I love shopping with Ozsale. So many sales events that I have to read the daily emails constantly to check if there is a bargain I need. I manage to find some fantastic savings on everyday items including fashion, shoes and bulk buys (which I love).
I am a regular shopper with Ozsale and love the wide range of products and quality brands that appear on the site. I enjoy the great deals and the free shipping opportunities after each purchase.
