Love shopping on the ozsale app. I love the variety of brands they get and the prices are usually lower than most stores. The only thing I don't like is how long it takes to get the product. If this could be improved I would definitely give 5 stars.
I have been shopping regularly with Oz Sale for many years and even though the products can take up to a month to get to you. It is well worth it. Great brands, great prices and so convenient. There has been many other online stores since. But Oz Sale is one of the best and I'm browsing nearly every day.
As a busy person, it's great to have an online service with a wide range of different categories of products to choose from, at very competitive prices.
The merchandise, from well known brands is good quality and very good value, with prompt delivery, saving both valuable time and money.

I want my refund! For 1 month I have been contacting and no communication or contact from you... this is terrible and I will continue to post negative reviews about your company until this is rectified so that other unaware customers can make informed consumer decisions to never shop here again... PEOPLE: BUYER Beware! This company is awful! Purchase your items from a reputable company that upholds Australian Consumer Law, which states that if a product or service you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund. OZSALE if you fail to provide me with a refund for my product then I will be taking this matter further.
Love the variety of products available at great prices. I also like that you are able to track the process and delivery. Sometimes the time from ordering to shipping is a little slow but you can see exactly where the process is at and estimated frames for each step. I spend way too much on here but the products are always top quality and so much cheaper than retail!
Buyer beware! Note well BEWARE! Do not risk placing an order with this company or you will regret it. Remember, I told you so. I placed and paid for a simple order for a pair of sneakers TWO MONTHS ago and still no news from the company except for it saying the order had been shipped, Waste of time trying to track the order. Absolutely no information except saying "Shipped". No specific delivery date. It could be next year as far as I know. I will never use this company again. I have learnt my lesson and prepared to lose the cost of the item but, hopefully, this warning might spare someone the trauma of dealing with this firm.

I've been using Ozsale for quite a few years now to find bargains on some of my favourite brands. From organic skincare to clothing to jewellery and shoes. Ozsale has introduced me to other brands. Buying is a breeze. If the item doesn't fit or simply a change of mind. The return process is easy and fast.
Horrible service! I ordered a product, after 4 weeks I checked the status by sending them an email, then they told me they can't deliver it so I get a voucher with credit. When I went to use the voucher for my next order, it doesn't count towards delivery costs. So you always, with every order, have to pay an additional fee. This time it took 7 weeks when I send them an email inquiring about the status of my order. Again, I got told they don't have the product in stock anymore so they cancelled it and got another voucher. They were not polite in their emails and I'm very disappointed in their service. NEVER ordering from Ozsale again!

I love the fact you can shop from home and have a huge variety of shopping options. Items arrive in good time and you are notified when they are on the way. It's also great to be able to pay in installments.
I have done some of my Christmas shopping through Ozsale for the first time this year. After a car crash earlier this year it is hard to get out and Ozsale has taken a huge stress of wanting to get the perfect presents for loved ones. I look forward to the emails so I can browse the offers and even get ideas for gifts that I haven't thought of. The items I have purchased have been delivered in perfect condition, are exactly as described and arrive in excellent time. I will definitely continue shopping with Ozsale.
On the other review site they receive a 1 star and would be zero if you could vote that low.
They take the money, say they have the goods but never dispatch them.
Face book should not be letting this shady site advertise on their site. Still advertising goods that are out of stock.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses last week that they don't even have stock of and of top of that refusing my request for a refund. They are insisting I wait for stock to arrive to the US.
Contacting their customer service is also very painful... Unacceptable service and I won't be shopping with them ever again!

They use drop shipping companies and they don't even have stock of the items they make you pay for! My candle came back broken in pieces and my Valentino bag was a lost order. Don't buy from them as they are unprofessional and absolute liars.

So many options to choose from, I love browsing the site for inspiration. The opportunity to get items at competitive prices is very appealing plus I love buying experiences (massages etc) at less than half price. Highly recommended.
Oz sale retailers appeal to a variety of shoppers, offering the opportunity to shop from the comfort at home whilst accessing everyday to chic designers. They are reliable in delivery time frames, providing the shopper with an experience that doesn't leave you with sore feet at the end of the day.
I love Oz Sales and the products BUT I am very annoyed with having to pay return fees when the product is not the correct size or colors etc.
When buying online this is difficult to pick always the right size (specially for clothes, sometimes it doesn't fit) or to have a real idea of the product color / fabric etc...

So upset. Waited so long for sandles ordered which were suppose to be Brown Mooseleather I choose from the pictures a lovely leathery brown colour with black writing on the foot of the sandles. Am super sure the middle of these sandles are suppose to be cork like birkenstock. So what I recieved today was a pair of yellowy tan cheap leather with yellow writing on the foot of sandles the middle is made of PLASTIC the sides of the sandle have glue protruding from them. NOT authentic Mooseleather. Seems Ozsale are using genuine pictures but getting these sandles made from some cheap knock off oversees factory. Oh, and their a weird fit, they kind of stick out at the heel. SO dissapointed now how to wait for my refund and go buy a PROPER pair of shoes.
I ordered a pair of Gucci loafers ($850.00) they came after a long wait and were the wrong size I sent them back with the return sticker, ozsale advised me they can't track their own return sticker. They say they never received them back and refuse to track them for me! Please never order from this website they are so dodge.
