I find ozsale is easy to use. I have never had any issues with this shopping site, I buy all my family's xmass gifts online with ozsale.

I placed an order and paid for it on the 29th November and I am still waiting for it. I have not had any emails from Ozsale regarding this order.
Prices arent always the best but generally pretty good.
Its a shame at the frequency at which items arent in stock.
